Replaced brake pads, rotors, and calipers. They gave me a quote over the phone for those parts unlike most places, and came in over $200 cheaper than the places that did. Work was complete in under 24hrs, they were very communicative and friendly. My horn wasn't working when I dropped the car off and now it is. Great folks.

I'm a local and I'm never going back and I know many who feel the same. I paid 6400$ for a new motor with a siliconed oil pan and leaking oil from oil pan gasket area with a bunch of excuses! I'm sure others have had great experiences but I sure didn't.

The wrecker garage didn't seem too bad but Uhaul trailer that I rented from there was no good. The axle snapped when I reached South Dakota. Luckily, Uhaul got us taken care of and through the rest of the trip across the country.

My dad paid 6400 for a new motor in his dodge. He picked it up and it was leaking oil and had silicone half way around oil pan. They took it back and now it's setting in yard not usable because Shepards put a new motor in it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE. They don't care about customers just money.

They are awesome. Called them had my truck towed and diagnosed very fast! Saved me a lot of money, they let me know that what was messed up on my truck it s probably under warranty and they were right! This place earned 5 stars! It was Friday and my high mileage car was leaking oil. I did not have an appointment and they were busy. They managed to work me in to diagnose and repair my car. They finished it early enough so I could continue with my travel plans. They were friendly, reasonably priced and best of all, my car is now running well. I am very grateful and recommend Shepherd's Services! Thank you!

Very happy with the punctuality of the driver and the care that was taken with our vehicle. We live 900 miles away and were treated like we were hometown friends. Great experience! My car was misbehaving at the store so I called Shepard's. The girls in the office were awsome, the price was completely fair and my car was back in my driveway before I got home from work. Would definitely call them again.

Honest! They will take the time needed to get you on the road without having more issues. Replacement of my engine in a diesel truck is no easy task and they performed. Customer relations after the fact has been very good as well. Mechanics will step away from their workload to talk to you. Yes they are busy and thats good! Yes they may be expensive but situation dictates price and time.

You never want to need a tow truck, but when you do, call Shepard's Wrecker and Towing!I had a terrible mishap at one of the public parking lots at the beach (new configuration of parking blocks laid out by the county) and found myself wedged between the blocks--A friend recommended that I call Shepard's and they were prompt and efficient in extracting my vehicle without damage to the car. I am grateful and Highly recommend this service!

I would like to say service was great on the uhaul side the service gentleman was patient, courteous, and arrived early. The service man was Josh and I hope if anyone has an issue, please be patient and understanding. I would highly recommend him for a wrecker or any other towing service. Great job Josh I am highly satisfied and able to make the journey out of state on the holiday. Thanks again shepard's wrecker for the dispatch.

I paid $750 to have my clutch parts completely replaced including flywheel and they scammed me. I told them twice to keep old parts so I could see them and they didn't have them when I picked up the truck the next day. This is because they probably didnt replaced them. After driving my truck only a few hundred miles I still have the same clutch problem. Another garage told me yesterday that I shouldn't still have the chatter, jerking motion when letting out the clutch pedal and the job was never completed properly or at all.

I had my tire almost fall off, after getting all new calipers, roters, and pads. I told the office staff and they didn't care whatsoever. I told them to do a general inspection and my brakes because I am traveling cross country with a trailer and f350 and they left all the lug nuts loose on my front left tire! I could hand twist all of them and also left 2 loose on the rear left. How incompetent! These "mechanics" could have gotten me killed but hey who the hell cares right

I thought I had a puncture in a pretty new tire. It turns out when I bought new tires, the place didn't thread the valve correctly and this caused it to leak. These guys had me in and out with my tire fixed in about 10 minutes from check in. They were even gentlemen and didn't charge me. Thank you, guys! I will forever patronize your buisness because of this kind gesture.

I took my car to Shepard's to get fixed because as I drove it, it was making loud noises. They told me my transmission was going bad, and that I have water damage/ corrosion. I am no car expert, but I am smart enough to know that was a bunch of BS for multiple reasons. One it has less than 70,000 miles, and two because before I moved here I took my car to the Hyundai dealership I bought it from regularly so they can keep up with the maintenance, and three I am the only owner, it has never had "water damage" or sat in deep water. I asked them to put my car back together, and not do anything because I wanted to go get a second opinion at another shop. When they brought out my car they had apparently "snapped the ABS cord" so now my ABS, traction control, and check engine lights show up. He said oh when you bring it back I will fix it for you then. After that my husband asked for something in writing stating they would fix the issue, and the man aggressively said "Buddy, I am the owner! I won't forget." Between feeling like they are trying to rip us off, messing up my car worse than when we took it in, and their POOR customer service, I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Got them to work on my vehicle, a 1995 acura integra. They finally touched it after about a week and a half. They got it running two days later, and contact me and tell me it will be ready the next day but wont take very long. I contact them the next day, a Saturday. They close at 2, which I didn't realize. I call them at 1:50, and ask a women if my vehicle is ready. She tells me she hasn't gotten any paperwork for it, and that she can check and see. She then tells me that it is fixed and running and tells me the total, I ask if I can come up there and get my vehicle and she tells me no because they are closed. I get it, it was 1:56. But, why was I not contacted when my vehicle was finished? And now I have to wait until monday to pick up my vehicle, that's not good business.

After paying $1300 and $200 for a car rental my trucks check engine light back on. After being told that what i paid $1300 for wasnt i stalled right....i took it back and the check engine light was just reset and nothing done. Told me if it came on again to take it back asap. Well the secretary said nope i had to wait 3 days. Very frustrating!!!

I would give a zero if I could. Turned my car in one week before my vacation and asked them to fix everything wrong with it. they said that should be plenty of time, they ended up keeping my car for 12 days because they said a bolt didnt come in, and I had to drive a different car on my leave, costing me 700 dollars to get this car ready for the trip. Total cost was 1600 I paid it on the 27th of December. On the 5th of January,� mind you the car might have been driven 80 miles since I picked it up, my engine light came back on. I took it in for them to see what's wrong and they called me saying it would cost 700 dollars to fix. I said I found it hard to believe it's just coincidence my car is broken less than ten days after paying 1600 to Shepards and wanted another opinion. They tried to get me to pay the diagnostic fee of 70 dollars again. Absurd.

Beware! Every repair I've had done has had to be redone elsewhere. 2 different repairs on different visits both needing redone. One may or may not have been a faulty part.

We were on vacation and found a nail in a tire. They fixed it in under 10 minutes for $14. Unbelievable service and value. Everyone was nice and professional. Highly recommend.

FIND ANOTHER MECHANIC! These guys are scam artists. Bring my car in to fix one problem and leave with another, every time. My engine seized up after getting an oil change. Not only did they lose a loyal customer but I m doing everything in my power to get this business Blacklisted for military personnel. They will take advantage of anybody and everybody. Would give this business zero stars if I could.

Just Wanted to Say---"You can sell junk cars, salvage cars, and scrap cars without a title in North Carolina if the model is 10 years or older. The vehicle cannot have a lien and must have a VIN. ... If you need a replacement car title, visit the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles."
