Came when there was no other customer just to get a battery changed and it's been more than 1 hr. Still waiting. I should have just done it myself. Takes 15min max And if you have an appointment that says 9-10 on the app and you come at 10, your appointment will be cancelled because their computer says 9:00 for the appointment. They won't tell you though and you'll probably wait 2.5hrs for 1 tire to be replaced.

Came here to get some service done, due to getting a screw in the tire. They were very quick and easy to work with and the lady at the counter was nice. Glad we were able to swing by while passing through the area, and had a good visit.

I went and got my tires rotated and oil changed. They did a thorough job but it took 4 hours and I was the first person there at 7am. They don t do appointments, just first come, first served.Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

Had great service here, if you have faded headlights they do a great job bringing them back to almost new, forget all that nonsense you see on YouTube for just $28 they do an excellent job here, my headlights were completely faded and peeling and they manage to make them clear and looking new again saved me tons of money from having to spend on new headlights. Well done!

I've had two decent experiences here. Though the last one I had to quit over an hour for a five minute tire tire change because they couldn't be bothered to find a key to see if they had the tires they claimed to have over the phone.Today, 11/18/22, after being told I don't need an appointment for a tire change and they they open at seven, I came down here only to find the department empty because they decided to waltz in. Three people get in front of me and a call in gets ahead of me. I'm not coming back here again. Lazy and unprofessional.

Bought a set of tires. Called they said they were there without checking so the first trip I spent 45 minutes standing around just for them to tell me they weren't there yet. Few days later called they had only 2 out of 4. I think anyone would be frustrated with it I explained to customer service and tells the mechanics and well a day or so later I'm looking at the back 2 ones I didn't have changed but rotated at this shop and guess what I find? A big *** dent only a tool from their shop would've caused. Long story short, do not waste your money or time you will not be satisfied and you are likely to have careless hands working on your vehicle.Service: Tires

I called around to many locations asking the price of their tires. I found this location to have only 2 tires that have been discontinued for only $30 each. They were Goodyear tires the right models I needed. I said I'm on my way so they put my info on them to hold. I had them both mounted on the rims and installed, balanced and Road hazard insurance plus tax for $122.00. Great day.

They messed my dad key fob. The unlock button was working perfectly right when my dad went to get his oil change, when he went to get his car back he noticed the unlock button was messed up.I asked them why the key fob like that, they said they re going to order the little Piece, and come back a week later, I go back a week later and then this old lady (manager) I suppose. She said she doesn t know anything about they but then she like we already ordered it.they messed it up now don t wanna fix it. They are the most unprofessional people ever. Just don t go there anymore.Service: Oil change

Very friendly customer service at the counter, but I talked to a tech about having some tires put to the side I was picking up and his response was "What's that got to do with me? Talk to the lady in the office." Also, don't complain about the wait times here when there's free reviews warning you.1-Walmart wants you to be in the store as long as possible. I worked at a Walmart and their pharmacy and auto have the same opinion from corporate that the longer you're there the more you're worth.2- Buy the tires and have them put on at an actual mechanic. Most of these guys aren't mechanics they're walmart employees that work in a department.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in at 830 AM to get a tire mounted. I did not leave until 1 PM. There was only 1 person working on tires. This is the second time I've had to wait this long at this walmart automotive. Whoever is in charge of scheduling should look at the daily trends to be prepared. Horrible experiences

Went to get my oil changed Saturday morning while I was shopping. This includes checking air pressure in tires, etc. Notice my tire pressure light is on that evening. By Sunday night the tire is completely flat. Tried to put air in but couldn't. Thought there was an issue with the head on the compressor so I changed it. Still no luck. Tried a different tire, no problem. Called to tell them that somehow something had happened to the valve stem. They'll be happy to look at it if I'LL DRIVE IT IN. When pointing out the obvious I hear the manager in the background say , "all we did was check the pressure". There was NOTHING WRONG UNTIL YOU DID THAT!!! Won't ever go back.

Came here for a tire repair. Waiting almost 2 hours for them to tell me I had no hole in my tire. I told them I had to, because I have to put air in it every other day. The lady said they could recheck it, but i would have to wait again. After waiting over an hour I shouldn't have to wait again. I ended up taking my car to Blacks tire and auto. They found the hole and fixed it. I wouldn't recommend Walmart auto center at all, unless you want to waste your time. This is the second time I've taken my car to Walmart for a tire repair and the same thing happened last time. Learned my lesson, from now on, I will pay the extra money and go to Blacks tire

Got my oil changed here before a long road trip to Florida. By the time I got there, my oil light was already on. Impossible I *just* got it changed, and I certainly didn't go over 3,000 miles in a day. Come to find out after a quick check, they didn't tighten a bolt, so I was literally spraying oil all the way down I-95 for 8 hours. By the time I checked, I didn't have a drop of oil, so I had to pay almost $60 down there for another oil change. When I got home Walmart did refund me the cost of BOTH oil changes, but it is ridiculous that something like that even happened to begin with.

I brought my car in last month to get an oil change. I showed up a 7AM on the dot to make sure that i would get a good place in line, and I ended up being 7th. My wait time was expected to be about 3 hours. I was annoyed, but not at all surprised. I have been to this location multiple times in the past, and extremely long wait times are completely normal. When they finally got to my car four hours later, the manager approached me and informed me that they would be unable to perform the oil change because the oil filter housing cap was broken. She asked who had done the oil change last, and I replied that they had. After hearing this she immediately went into full denial mode claiming that there were no records of me ever bringing my vehicle to that location.I went out to my car and found the invoice from the last oil change at that location and showed it to her. She looked at it and said that the odometer reading on that invoice was 5,000 miles less than my current odometer, and it should be 3,000, so my invoice proved nothing. My vehicle takes synthetic oil and goes 5,000 miles between changes. She then pointed to the quaker state sticker in the corner of my windshield and said "quaker state did your oil change last", to which I responded "quaker state is a brand of oil, not an oil change shop, and that sticker is from 10,000 miles ago. When I was here 5,000 miles ago, your technician never gave me a new sticker." Even though I had proof that they had done maintenance on my vehicle, she just continued to deny, saying that I must have tried to change my oil between the last time I was there and this time, and I had broken the cap. At this point I just gave up because this woman was clearly delusional.I brought my car to an independent oil change shop and explained the situation. they took one look at the oil filter housing cap and said that it was obvious that the previous technician had used an air wrench to put the cap on. i went out and bought a new one and they put it on when they changed the oil.My advice to all: Do not trust Walmart with your vehicle. Pay a few bucks more and take your car to an independent oil change shop.tl;drWalmart broke my car's oil filter housing cap, and refused to admit it even when I confronted them with evidence.

I've been coming to this store since it was expanded to a Supercenter. I always come in early AM for my services. All my cars have been serviced here. I'm an automotive & customer service expert for over 25 years. Biggest issue is employees being ON TIME. Store opens at 8AM on Sundays and no one arrived until 8:05 and 5 customers waiting. You MUST be 15 min early. When and if your on time, YOU'RE LATE!!

Never come here. Manager is an Ahole who never helps. The people working up front have terrible customer service. An oil change WILL take AT LEAST an hour and a half. Really wish they would get new management or shut this place down. Pay more and go to an independent shop. You will get treated better and have quicker service.

I looked online about a set of Toyo Open Country tires, they showed to have 3 in stock,so i drove up there and the lady told me they didn't sell Toyo tires. She said I would have to order them online so that's what I did, but not from them. If you say you have it online make sure you do.They don't want my money and they wasted my time.

My experience sucked I went to picked up tires that my fiance ordered online....an the tires that were there were completely wrong ... an nobody there seemed to know what to do about the situation... so I couldn't except incorrect products an I wasted time an gas to go pick up an incorrect item where nobody will claim responsibility for messing up my order
