The only reason why it only has one star is because I can t post without a star. This shop is horrible they take advantage of people they charge my elderly parents so much money for jobs they didn t even know the mechanic did he didn t even ask permission and took 9 days to fix the car and didn t fix anything. The car is still leaking oil and the control arm got disconnected from the driver side wheel and thank god my parents didn t get an into a really bad car accident. They have contacted the mechanic and the Pawnee of the shop they answered once that they were going to provided them with a car and get the car towed to their shop and never heard back again from them my mom has call several times and he still ignoring them. This is so unfair this is not right he charge them 2,000 for nothing and ignoring them cleaning his hands

Very bad experience for my first time , a short guy was very rude and yelling at me to back out even after he gestured for me to come up then proceeded to give me attitude while explaining his reasoning of his yelling I told him do not yell at me but continued giving me and my brother attitude. We mentioned we needed an inspection on a car with a 10 day tag and should him paper work but all he wanted was the registration we told him it does not have registration because it has a 10 day tag. It was like he did not know how to do his job and was very rude , it s a new place we wanted to give it a try but we just ended up leaving because he was so bad and unprofessional yelling at a woman and giving attitude I told him this is not how you run a business and took our money else where . Do NOT recommend.

This place is an absolute joke!!! Went here on 7/14/23 to get a vehicle inspection and upon arrival I was told the payment was cash only for vehicle inspection so I drove 10 miles round trip to get cash and come back. Clearly the mechanic saw that my windows was tinted so instead of them giving me the common courtesy to let me know that my tint wouldn t pass they re inspection they pulled me into the bay knowingly that it would fail and still charged me $34.00. It wasn t about the money it was the fact that I wasted my time with this place and this should be known how shady this place is. I usually don t write reviews and wasn t even gonna write this review until I googled this place and seen you guys have done this to other customers. We the customers is what keeps your business going so if you can t give us the common courtesy then I m sorry but you won t last long in that area. Be blessed!!!

Don't even try to get a u-haul anything from here! New place can't even process any info to rent u-haul truck!! Just wasting your time!!

Do not rent a U-Haul from this establishment! They are completely incompetent! I had rented trailers from them several times since they opened. The last two times I rented from them is why they are receiving this review. After returning a 6x12 trailer a day early, I trusted the employee at his word, that he was busy, but he would remember to check the trailer in.He never did. I was overcharged $30. I called and spoke to the employee, he said he would look into it and get back to me. He never did! I lost $30! Apprehensive about renting from them again, I had to have a trailer for Thanksgiving weekend. I made a guaranteed reservation online. I came to pick up the trailer, I was told the trailer was not there. There was clearly a 6x12 trailer on the lot, but I was told I could not have that trailer. Someone else had rented it. The same employee told me there was nothing he could do to help me. I was never notified that the trailer was not there to rent. Again, I had made a guaranteed reservation! I spent the next hour scrambling to find another trailer. The funny thing about this, I drove past the establishment later that afternoon and there were two 6x12 trailers on their lot.

Bad customer service they don't want to help you if you have problems with your NC inspection. Never go to this place. For me Never comeback. Bad service. It's illegal not notify the client the situation. Also are illegal charge more money and its illegal accept only cash and don't provided receipt.

These guys are great, they got right on my vehicle and rotated and balanced my tires, I had a small issue with a tire on my truck and they brought it to my attention, I definitely appreciate the honesty and the timely service .

Received prompt and very professional service. Despite I was a problem customer ( ugghhh, Toyota had never placed the wheel lock in my car), he went out of his way to ensure they would be able to remove the wheels and service my brakes. Its a total win for me!

If you are Spanish don t go here! They give me a wrong inspection and then he don t want to reimbursed the money. PLEASE DONT GO. SCAM

Este lugar nolo recomiendo el due�o tenia una cara de y una mala expresi�n contra los clientes yo fui por una alineaci�n ime sale conque el carro necesitaba muchas partes yo le avia remplasado todo pero nunca le comente para aver que tan onesto era t�pico mecanico que enga�a alas mujeres y solo efectivo los que conocen de negocio ya saven porque
