This shop is frickin awesome! They have pretty much everything you could put on a vehicle! Christian and Nabiel are awesome and if you need anything dine on your car I highly recommend these guys.

Wish I could give zero stars!Had some wheels mounted and balanced here and first off these guys failed to return two of my center caps and failed to mention them they just didn t say anything about them, some of their employees thought it was funny to write POS TRUCK on my other wheels cause they were kind of dirty and returned them with the writing and third off they couldn t even balance the wheels right they still shake at any speed, these people are crooks and terrible people with horrible customer service over the phone and in person would never suggest these guys to anyone

So this the type of work y'all be doing in Smithfield? Wowwww!!! There s not even any bare metal for a ground smh. Well I m definitely never coming back to Sound Station & Security in Smithfield.

Never had any issues here. Nice staff. A bit pricey but if u bring ur own stuff the installation team is good at what they do. I had some small LED bars from Amazon installed on my 09 Camry to give me some extra lighting. They installed the lights and also put in a switch for me. I'm happy with my lights.

Great experience!! Great customer service!!!! Excellent work on my radio in dash install!! .I recommend this place 1000 percent...Thank you guys... I will return again for more upgrades!!!

I just called the store and said " hi I just bought a base model superduty truck"... the guy on the other end cut me short and said hold on...then just forwarded my call to a voice mail. I'm guessing he's too busy.Not very professional...would not recommend calling them. Happened on June 1st 2023 at 2:20 ...was looking to pay for a new sound system, security system install and window tint if they do that. I think I'll take my business somewhere else.

This place is fantastic and was very accommodating to me for tinting my brand new car. They were able to take my car while I was at work and brought it back to me with out my having to miss any work at all. Angie was so helpful and so sweet. The tint on my car looks superb!!! Thanks again and I most definitely will be recommending this place to all of my family and friends!!!

I went inside this place to ask about getting a simple set up for my truck I was referred to Christian who proceeded to find the information I was inquiring about. Another customer approached and he immediately stop helping me and proceeded to help the other customer. I see this as completely unacceptable and disrespectful. If this is the way you treat new customers I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere. Im sure nothing will come of this. Just thought I would share my poor experience with Sound Station and Security of Smithfield.

I took my truck there for a front end alignment. It was just lifted with new tires and rims and it's a considerably nice vehicle. My mechanic who put the lift on made sure to look over the truck prior to bringing it to them. Dropped the truck off and the gentlemen told me they would get started on it at about 2:00. I returned at 3:30 and was told they couldn't do it because it needed Upper and lower ball joints on both sides of the truck. So, being the person that I am I took it back to my mechanic for him to check over again. After his inspection of the truck he informed me once again there was nothing wrong with the ball joints. I took the truck to some one else today and they had no problem performing the alignment and also agreed that there was nothing wrong with the ball joints. So, they were trying to take me for over $1000 on 4 ball joints. Beware of this place, question everything and have them show you. I will never do any kind of business with these guys. I should have listened to my 20 year old son who told me not to take it there in the first place.

Should ve read the reviews first. I came to have my rear back camera installed. They installed everything except a module that did not come with my kit. Called the company, they sent my part and I went back to have that piece put on. After 11/2 they tell me that I needed the module. The kit that I bought, the module was the harness. They kept showing me some kit evidently that they only knew how to install. I bought another type and I knew that it was the correct module because they have a link on YouTube how to install the kit that I have. Needless to say, it is still not installed. Will have it installed elsewhere and checked over to make sure that at least the camera was installed correcctly

I had a not so great experience at another location but the Smithfield location more than made this up. The owner and staff are kind and caring and listen. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to get the job done right! Reasonable pricing and kindness goes a long way! I will come back and reefer many people here. What a wonderful experience! Thank you thank you thank you so much for everything you did for me today!

I got great service. My radio stopped working in my 06 HUMMER and I brought it to sound station and security in Smithfield and they took really good care of me. I was helped right away and they installed a brand new touchscreen head unit for a great price. If you are looking for a dependable place to do business this is the place to go. They even have really comfortable couches and small snacks,coffee and water while you wait. Great place with tons of rims to choose from as well, will definitely be doing business with them again. Javier helped me out. Great guy.

Yes it's a bit pricey, BUT you can't expect people to work for nothing.. I've been coming here to see Ali over 15 years.. He has put everything from lift kits,tires,stereos etc.. on ALL my vehicles throughout the years(which have been quite a few) and even if I had an issue or two he has ALWAYS made it right. You're not obligated to pay/buy from this place so if you don't agree with their quotes/prices..go somewhere else ..He's always treated us like family from day one..and yes most times they're busy...I just sit and wait my turn.. it's a BUSINESS..

Purchased 4 new tires for our Suburban had the front end aligned . Very well pleased with the price. Ali explained everything about the alignment even printed out the before and after specs. The dealership doesn't even do that . Very friendly cares about their customers. They also do oil changes and inspections . Will definately be returning for services. Thank you Ali !!!

I own several vehicles and I have had them all serviced before and after the renovations to the original site. From window tinting, under body lighting, HID kits to custom rims and tires. At no time was I dissatisfied with prices or service

Came to have a back up camera restored after a cable broke, I advised them to pay attention and not make sure camera video would not be in reverse. They hooked it up the way they wanted which was not the way it was originally. When I pointed out the issue the tech came out and looked at it and said there is nothing they can do they fixed and that is it! If I spent more money and bought a camera from them then and only then could it have been repaired the way I had it! Not impressed at all! This was a terrible first impression and will be my last. I gave them 2 stars because at least they fixed it! But their lack of detail and need to up sell me lost my business forever!

Sound Station in Smithfield ordered and installed 2 spacers on my Ford Expedition (something the local Ford dealership never could do) within a day of getting the parts in, took about 30 minutes and was very reasonable with the price. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend Sound Station.

I m writing this review now as my issues still have not been resolved. I received a new head unit and speakers (4) as a gift from my wife and kids. The package purchased included professional installation. So needless to say I was very excited to have the equipment installed. The kit purchased works great, however, the installation was horrible. The head unit kit does not match the dash color Flat black, it is pewter in color, the installers cracked the center molding on each side of the head unit and attempted to cover it up by gluing the trim together, rear interior panels were not installed properly. If you elect to do business with company inspect the work performed very closely. This issue on my daily driver has prevented me from doing any other business with the establishment.

Christian, Ali, and the rest of the group are truly genuine, good people who wont BS you on things to try to make a sale. I've bought a number of items over the years (stereo systems, wheels, LED lights, etc...) and each installation has been done perfectly. Cant say enough good stuff about this place.

For a person to use the lease option I was set on the back burner to get some things done. The quality of work was great but I don't feel they looked at me as a paying(cash/card) customer. So yes I rate them as just OK

This place is just great, They have the best services and they help me with a good price in my car audio ! :) to be honest is reasonable price with good material that use and very good attention they make my dream come true , I really want this for long time and finally I just got it today . I am so happy! :)

There job is to be educated in everything vehicles, they may be slightly educated. But just as a doctor shouldn't treat you like you're ignorant because you can't preform heart sergey,, these guys shouldn't treat people ignorant for not knowing something about a vehicle. I've watched them countless time's belittle people.
