I brought a great well kept 2013 Buick Regal from here a couple of weeks ago and Mr.Doug was great !!! He was super sweet, upfront, and very down to earth! They will work with you all you have to do is communicate with them !! The process was easy and did not take long at all !

I love Sauls!! Mr Doug goes above and beyond to help you out and to make sure you are happy! This is my second time buying from him. I got an SUV in 2018 and it was the best vehicle. I never had any issues with it other than having to buy a battery. So when I wanted something different I went back and Mr Doug got me the Charger I ve been wanting!! I def recommend Saul s to anybody!

Great people great cars!They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Just purchased my car yesterday!!! I m very satisfied!! Thank you! Katie and the guy who coordinates the test drives are awesome. They have an on-site mechanic and they fully inspect your car before you leave!.

They are AMAZING. A1 service, hospitality and experience. 10 stars is not enough need more. They make you feel like home and all you have to do is pull up a chair and get a car.The conversation with Doug,Kathy and staff was about life. The buying of the car was the benefit. After two months of in and out of every dealership I could imagine and constantly being told Im sorry there s nothing we can do because of my past credit experience I ended up at Sauls yesterday. From the moment I pulled up the owner came out very politely and said if you d like to see anything let me know. He gave me time to look without swarming me like a shark circling wounded pray. I finally found a few vehicles I liked he took time to walk through each vehicle give me the run down of everything I was looking at. He was not rushing me and was a blunt and honest man something you don t find anymore. He went out of his way to work with my on the down payment and he found reasons to say yes instead of focusing on all the reasons he could have said no. The whole entire staff were nothing but pleasant and friendly they went above and beyond to make me feel like family and to be honest that s not something I am used to it was incredible and was like a breath of fresh air. If your in the market for a car and you have bad credit repos whatever maybe holding you back please go see that man because he will fight for you to get in a car and will make it happen. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at any dealership ten out of ten highly recommend. I will forever shop here as long as his doors are open! Thank you guys for making this the greatest experience I could ask for!

Save your time and money! I could tell you a sad story about how they treated me. But just pray for their hearts and those animals in there buried under all that trash. I m glad my car just had a leaking engine with a bad tick, bad brakes and a and a failing transmission and some bullet holes they tried to cover but it started up most days and I had that car in the WIND. I had them put brakes on it since they were the only ones willing to work on it lol and steadily saying nothing was wrong All in all Glad they saved me the trouble and came to get it on the day I agreed to make a payment. Shady but I m grateful fr.

Ron and Roger are amazing! I m 19, & do not have any credit built and I still walked out with an amazing 2014 Dodge Dart SXT as the main owner so I ll build credit (and FAST) through the company they finance through. I have payments I can handle and still manage my home bills. They did everything I hoped for and more! They re more than willing to fix things that you notice and super helpful with any questions or concerns. I was walked through the shop and was explained how they go about fixing the cars they buy to give me more peace of mind. They gave me an AMAZING deal on trading my car that I don t believe any other dealership around would have given me to help me out and get me in something that day (which I did!). They have good hearts and genuinely keep your best interest in mind, which I ve never seen in a car dealership. They re not in it just to sale. I would recommend Sauls to everybody I know looking to get a car that they want with good payment plans and exemplary hospitality. I couldn t be more grateful for going through with this, as I ve never done it before and was a little nervous walking in. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! After a couple years, I will definitely be back!

Shady business practices and staff. Refused to sell me gap insurance even though I ask numerous times. Attempted to make me pay 3 payments a month. And having just put down over half the note for the month with 85 dollars remaining, picked my car up around 10pm on the 01/02. Called and Katie told me that she can pick it up at 12am the day of a missed payment if she wants. Never again will I go back and have even shared it among my Facebook groups.

This has to be the the worst time of me ever buying a car. The man made everything sound perfect but he didn't know anything about the car , after I bought it then he tells me that it's a rebuilt but it was only the bumper that got hit so I was like okay, but not even driving it 10 minutes down the car starts the over heat there's sooo much that went wrong short story don't get ur car from here this company is nothing but a scam with ppl who know nothing about cars at all.

I didn t want to give them a 1 star but that s the only way to leave a review. Sauls Motors need to be shut down completely. I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape and I was back at the dealership 4 days later with issues. They turned off every code that popped up without fixing the issue. I had a planned trip to Georgia and the car ran hot before I could make it out of Fayetteville. Had to take the car back on my own because they claimed they didn t have tow trucks. Saul then express attitude because I was there telling him that he basically sold me some trash. I received a refund and left the suv. DO NOT get the blue 2013 Ford Escape it has issues and I m pretty sure they will not fix it.

My husband and I just purchased a ford explorer from Sauls and our experience was great. We worked with Doug and he went above and beyond to work with us. We almost got into a bad deal with another company for the same car and he gave us a much better deal and understood our situation. Would definitely recommend them and work with them again.

Sauls Motor Inc is personally one of the best places to go to if you need a nice car. I would personally recommend Roger and Ron to help and assist you. I almost didn t get approved but Roger worked so very hard for me and guess what ??? I LEFT THAT LOT WITH A VERY PERFECT 2013 FORD ESCAPE SE and it is an amazing vehicle ! I highly recommend these guys ! They are not pushy and they listen to you and what you are looking for. And when they say they will work with you , you best believe it that they will ! Again I just want to say thank you so very much for allowing me to come home with that sweet ride !

Great staff, very open to answer any questions I might have. After talking with their mechanics and seeing the work they do here; I am impressed. I was looking for a specific car (subaru BRZ) And they offered the best price, as well as the best condition of one I could find. Offered me very competitive rates for a warranty on my purchase. I was not using them to finance my car as and was honestly skeptical when I showed up to the lot. I would love to come here and talk with the owner about cars he seems to have a serious passion for them! Roger the manager negotiated fairly and openly with me and I was never once pressured into anything! Very satisfied with my purchase and would reccomend to anybody looking for a good deal on a car (especially cash buyers). A lot of the bad reviews on this place seem to stem around peoples personal finance situation... well the dealer is NOT the lender so just remember that when you get here. The staff seems to truly want to help out and even offered to fix minor things on my purchase that i know other dealers would never do! Very happy with my Experience and would buy from here again!

I came in let Doug know I didn't have much but I had something. He helped out showed me around gave me ideas of how much I was willing to pay monthly. Didn't take him no time, he went over everything with me. Got me in a car the very next day. I definitely recommend this dealership.

I have told everyone that has asked me where I got my car to go to Sauls. I am extremely pleased with the fast and friendly staff. I didn't have to wait on a salesman like you do every where else. My new car is perfect for me and in emacalent condition with low mileage. You have to stop by and get your next car at Sauls. Love them!!!

My wife and I ha e been in the market for a new to us car. We are military and know not to by near the installation due to mark up pricing. We came to Saul's and found a Volvo XC90 that my wife loved. We had been informed that the SUV has been an insurance claim due to hail damage. They took the time to show us the before pictures with the little dimple marks in the hood and roof. And the repairs made to fix them. My wife and I noted a crack in the left upper rear tale light, back gate shocks needed replacement, and needed front brakes (rotors) mainly. We arrived later in the afternoon and they stayed late till 9pm on a Saturday and finalized the deal. We came back almost three weeks later and they had all the repair parts ready and installed within three hours. I would highly recommend them for a good quality pre-owned car at a great price. They are family owned and operated. Thank you for your time and help.

Bought a car and after only a few days had to take it in to check the transmission after we found the fluid leaking. They put more in and said it was fine. A few days later again same issue, but they claimed there wasn't anything wrong. Called before our 30 days was up to complain again, but they kept stalling until the 30 days guarantee had expired telling us that we had to use the warranty to fix it that our finance company put on our account. We've been waiting a week now for the warranty company's approval as they are questioning why after we just bought the car the transmission needs to be replaced so soon. It's obvious they sold us a car that they had to know had problems. I do not recommend buying from them unless you get in writing that it was checked by a reputable mechanic.

Alex and Roger are the best! My husband and I really needed a vehicle and had been turned down so many times we weren t even excited about being there, but Alex reassured us and Roger worked it out! They were both so real and personable. We weren t able to get our first pick, but still ended up with a really nice truck that checked all our needs! Go see them, you won t regret it!

I have been extrememly pleased with the service provided by Doug, Kathy and Brantly as well as the rest of the staff. We have had both engine and body work completed at Sauls and we have always been pleased with the quality of service and fair pricing.
