Best auto shop in town! Amazing staff and very quick service! The woman at the front desk is always very friendly and helpful, my family has been coming here for years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I stopped in to get an inspection, customer service was very great! I was offered water and coffee, I will definitely be going back there from now on. Nice and clean looking on the inside as well!

We have been going here for a few years now and we wouldn't go anywhere else for our services! They are always so quick,efficient, and knowledgeable with everything. Also, very affordable prices. We love all of the employees, not just great with our vehicles, but also amazing with our crazy toddler. They are like family here!

This is my first Google review. My hope is this helps someone else and to give Quality 1st Automotive their much deserved praise. While traveling, my car started to die (alternator). It was close to the end of the business day, I was as not familiar with the area and made the call to Quality 1st. The kindest lady answered and immediately started helping me. I got my vehicle towed there after hours and they worked to get me back on the road by the following morning. I felt very fortunate in an otherwise stressful situation. 5 stars all around. Thank you!

Updating my previous rating. Went there to get new tires put on back in May. 3 days later I'm driving and my car catches fire (not blaming them for that, just btw)! I go to get receipts of the new tires for insurance to get a little money back for that. I tell the guy who was doing the tire change and says "that doesn't surprise me". What?! So you saw something that made you think that would/could happen and you didn't say anything?!Update: One employee does not reflect on the whole business and the rest of them are amazing!!! Lisa and Linda and Lee are great people who do care. I will come back in the future

Our tire rim cracked on a road trip home quality 1st automotive gave 1st rate service and support helping out to not only secure a rim and tire for our Tesla but to hold our car overnight and help with installing for us. I am very picky and OCD about my vehicle and who works on it. I've been going to the same specialist for 7+ years and after just 1 visit to Quality 1st Auto... I won't ever look back to the shop I came from. I cannot stress how thorough of a job Quality 1st Auto did. I was kept informed and up to date on every detail while my car was in the shop. Things were found, corrected, and fixed that others failed to even notice. I was given options, not ultimatums, on different courses of action to accomplish certain goals which I greatly appreciated because it allowed me to choose which path suited my needs best. I would recommend anyone to Quality 1st and feel confident that it will be one of, if not the best service experience you could ask for. Highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable! I was also very pleased to feel welcomed. Some shops do not treat the guy spending $500 the same as the guy spending $5,000 but I felt that my business was appreciated and wanted! Which is why I wouldn't hesitate to make the 2 hour trip from the triad area. Absolutely awesome work. They don t waste your time or money! Honest too! They bought a part for my car, put it on and when that didn t fix the problem they gave me my money back and continue working on the car until it was fixed. That s honesty that so many mechanics do not have. They could have left the part on the car-I wouldn t know! Alex and his team are the best in Johnston County with my experiences. They take care of any of our company/fleet trucks as well as my personal vehicles. They re honest and up front with you. Will treat your vehicle as if it s their own. Can t say enough good things about them. I have been going to quality first all year. I've spent thousands here. Yet this was my worst experience with a mechanic I have ever had. I called Tuesday December 14 to see what I should do about my vehicle stalling. I had a dead battery but when I jumped it and removed the jumper cables it would stall. I went and bought a battery at an auto parts store but was told if the problem was the alternator I could fry the new battery. I decided after recommendations from quality first, to not install the new battery and have it towed to quality first for diagnosis. I was assured if I didn't need an alternator I would not be charged for it. I NEVER received a call about the diagnosis. I did get a call at 10:24am on December 15 saying the alternator was the problem and I could pick up my vehicle. I was unable to make it on the 15th to pick it up but I did pay and get the keys on the 15th. I went with my wife to pick it up December 16th at 7am and it stalled three times in the parking lot. So, I left it there and called at 8am to let them know the situation. I was called back at 9:12am and told it was not stalling and it couldn't be diagnosed unless it stalled again. Thinking it may have been a fluke, I went back at 3pm to pick it up. When I got back, it stalled more times than I could count. At this point I asked for a mechanic and my old alternator back. They rudely informed me they had swapped it for the core and assured me the alternator was new. The mechanic ran diagnosis on it to no avail. He basically told me I could leave it with them and maybe they could figure out what was wrong. He ultimately recommended I take it to the chevrolet dealer. So that is exactly what I did. I question that my vehicle was diagnosed at all. I question that the alternator needed to be replaced as it's having the same problem as before and now I'm out $412. I am beside myself that this mechanic that I trusted and has had impeccable service in the past has treated a repeat customer this way, especially during the Christmas season. I would not recommend quality first to anyone and I will not be back.Service: Battery

Quality 1st Automotive is a great place to get your vehicle work done! I have been getting great service each time I go get my service done on my vehicle. I wish I could give this company 100 stars because 5 just isn't enough.

Awesome people , extremely knowledgeable and well equipped!!!!! They have absolutely put an end to my fears of mechanics overcharging and overselling of things that don't even need fixing...Because if a vehicle is not "broke" in any way and / or is not in need of any general maintenance, they will be very honest and tell you it's not broke. But when something does need to be repaired or just for purposes of maintenance and upkeep these guys are my #1 and only choice and I highly recommend taking your vehicles to them. As long as they are in business and for as long as my family and me have vehicles I will always bring our vehicles to them.

Blew my 1998 5.7 Vortec engine with 123k miles on it, two weeks ago. Less than a week later it was sitting back in my drive way with a brand new engine. Running great thanks to Alex and crew! Great customer service as well! Repeat customer for sure!

Very competent and customer oriented. Polite as well. Oil change, lube, filter, check fluids and tire pressure---$36.00. Awesome. These guys rock!! Definately highly recommended. Wish I could give them 6 stars.

They quoted me a price on a water pump and I asked her if they could get it done in one day and they went to the extra mile to get it finished in only a few hours.Great people and service they took me back to my hotel, and when they were finished they pick me up and brought me back to the repair shop, and I got a year warranty on the service

They take care of all our cars. Being a woman sometimes mechanics take advantage of you, but I've never felt that way here. Robbie, Scottie & the other young guy are awesome!!!

This place is pretty awesome, they re willing to work on just about anything you may be having issues with. They re also willing to do welding jobs, and partial jobs like rebuilding shocks so you can install them yourself, little things like that are huge for DIYers.

I took my car to get a wheels alignment they took like 10 minutes to do it and I had a feeling they just took my car in and out they charge me 65 dollars and they didn't do anything i took it to a different place and they told me and shows me it was way of they told me it look like they do anything

over priced, they said it was going to cost about $1000.00, the dealership fixed the car for $100.00 including parts. I will not be back.
