Blew and tire on my way home, I got there 20 minutes before closing. The team at Ortiz had us in and out in less than 20 minutes with a new tire on at a bargain of a price! I highly recommend them for your tire needs!

I needed to have new tires put on and I chose this place because of the reviews. The man I spoke with was courteous, patient (I didn t have my info ready), provided an accurate estimate, and told me to bring it on in. I received great customer service, a great price and I was in and out on a Saturday morning within 35 minutes! The same day I took a 2 hour road trip and have been commuting to work 30 mins one way the last few days with no issues, my car is driving much better in the recent heavy rainstorms. Highly recommend this place, I ll be back, thanks guys!

I bought a tire two weeks ago, it leaked slightly every three days about five pounds. I told dropped by and told them they said used tires doesn't have warranty, but he checked it and fixed the leak with no problem. Thank you so much!!

Terrible customer service! Messed up and scratched my rims and told me I should ve went to sound station if I wanted the job to be perfect. What kind of business owner says that? Terrible place, will never go back. Don t go here!

This place was AMAZING! the guys had such great attitudes and we re joking about the heat. Gave me a wonderful price offered me drinks and had me waiting in the AC since I m in a boot. Will absolutely be back since I seem to need tires all the time

Great service couldn t be happier. I m from ny and had a tire blow out on my even and they had me back on the road very quick they are very busy with early to late hours they charged me very little for what I got.I wish I had a tire place like this near me in ny

We got a flat tire in our Cadillac SRX on I-95 at exit 87 in Four Oaks NC on a Saturday afternoon. Since this car does not have a spare, the fix a flat was useless since the tire was punctured. Called AAA and got flat bedded to Ortiz Tires. My husband called ahead and confirmed they had our tire type. When we arrived, the Ortiz team went into action and replaced the tire in less than 15 minutes. They offered me a seat inside the shop and gave me a 2023 calendar. They were quick, efficient and reasonably priced. We were back on the road with no further problems.

When traveling from Maryland to Myrtle Beach we had a blow out on our food trailer on i95. We talked in the phone, I gave them my location and they came right out and changed my tire on the side of the interstate. These guys were amazing and wasted no time getting us back up and running. As a small business owner 5 stars for this business

Had a gash in our daughter's front tire. We were from out of town and it was after 5:30 pm on a Friday. Placed a call to Eddie. In less than 50 minutes he had come to us, taken the gashed tire back to his place, put a new tire on the rim, returned to us, andwe were on our way again. Excellent service!

We were traveling out of town and the valve on our brand new tire was faulty and our tire went flat. After several places would not assist us without an appointment. The guy at Ortiz Tires was willing to help before the shop was open. He was quick and efficient. I just wish we knew his name. Thanks again for your customer service and willingness to help.

I was able to get my car towed to Ortiz Tires and Eddie was ready & waiting for my husband and car. Fantastic service & got replacement tire & installed in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend this business. A+ Thank you!

Thank God for this place we're traveling far and had some tire trouble and they fixed our problem promptly with a reasonable price I would definitely recommend Ortiz Tires for service

We were on our way out of town on a Sunday and our tire blew on the side of 95, every tire place was closed except Ortiz. A god send! They were extremely diligent and super gracious. 10/10

Rainy horribly cold Sunday - had to wait to be serviced for a plug .. had a different customer pull up for tires waited on them before coming back to us even thou we were there first. Felt like I had to force my business on them.
