They got me in right after lunch, considering I called them at 11:30. Their tech diagnosed the problem right away. Parts were ordered and installed the next morning. Great personnel throughout the company. Highly recommend this company. I feel that they treated me as a long time customer even though I had never been there before. Thank you so much.Rich Callahan

They were awesome. I called mid afternoon on a Wednesday needing an axle seal replaced in my Columbia freighter truck. For obvious reasons they couldn t fit me that day nor was I thinking they would get to then or even this week. They told me bring it in tomorrow at 8 and we will jump right on it and it should take 2 hours. So you can wait for it if you want. Well. That s what did. They were super friendly very professional. They had me out in 2 hours all fixed and truck was as clean as it was when I brought it in and the no finger prints of grease all over. Thank you all.

I had one of those days you hear about. First day as an Owner/Operator with a new contract and everything was going great ...and BAM!!! A trailer full of logs locks up on me in the middle of an intersection in downtown Smithfield. I was able to back the breaks off to get her out of the intersection just in time for DOT to pull up. Long story short the officer told me I had to get this truck moved now and to call the place literally one block over to which they told me it would be $500 to pull me 500 ft. The city cop pulled up and said he would sit there until the tow came and then told me to call NC Truck and Diesel. I did he was there in less than 30 minutes with the part I needed and put it on at a super decent rate. Off to the mill I went to break down again!! This time with engine problems. 30 minutes later I had top quality service that took a lot of time in the hot NC sun. After he ran a diagnostic test he fixed the problem and I was on my way home with another super fair bill. He even followed me to make sure the truck was shifting gears and had power. About 30 minutes after that he called to make sure all was good. This is the type of service this industry needs!!! I would not hesitate to call again and would definitely recommend to anybody in the area. Really a top notch business with top notch mechanics. Thank again y all!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Was quoted a rough price for work to be done , bill was double ! Owner did take off some of it and seemed to understand my complaint. Work was done properly. In the end it was still $600 for simple work . I just paid $250 two weeks before , at another shop who was to busy for the same exact work . Staff all polite except guy in office who lied repeatedly. Additionally I was warned about pricing practices here . Unfortunately it seems to be true .

I took a 2017 F350 in to NC Truck and Diesel earlier today and had a very pleasant experience. I was buying from a used auto shop and wanted to have someone more knowledgeable check the truck over before I pulled the trigger on buying it. They gave me wonderful information that aided in the decrease of the sticker price out the door from the seller. Well worth the money!

This Place is so AMAZING They are very professional and knowledgeable about you re vehicle! You can tell that the mechanics take their time and don t miss a thing. The ladies in the front are very sweet! Just an overall great place! Would recommend to anyone!!

So my AC stopped working over the weekend in OH. Took to a local shop. They ran 3 hours of diagnostics and determined it s the compressor. Unfortunately they couldn t get a new one until Monday. I suffered for 2 days and continued driving and made my delivery in North Carolina. Came to NC truck and diesel and asked them to get me a mew compressor. They ordered it and in the mean time ran some diagnostics. Well after 2 hours he determined it was NOT the compressor and found the real problem and got the AC working. Nice people. Been here twice. Both times they got to me very fast and fixed my problem fast. They give you cold bottles of water. The receptionist is very nice. They usually have candy by the window that s ADDICTIVE but unfortunately they had to throw them out because of bugs. So no candy this time which was disappointing.

Great people in office and shop!!! Always get repair correct the 1st time!! Definitely recommend going there for repair/maintenance needs on truck or trailer.

Be aware this place. They have charged too much as dealer. They charged me just for diagnostic 115 usd for using their computer, separate for labor 115/hr. Their diagnostic does cost same as freightliner dealership price. Totally they charged me 287 for diagnostic. Be careful they are cheating on price.

I have the light blue freightliner Classic and I m very pleased with the service I m receiving while my truck is being worked on here. I don t feel like I m being rushed at all and they have pin pointed every issue that can bring me problems on the road. I felt a lot of vibration on my right side and popping and the shop techs showed me that my passenger leaf spring is bad. I contemplated doing a temporary fix on it but the shop tech showed me the possible consequences of not doing it right and I appreciate that. Preventative maintenance is very important in this business and I can appreciate their honesty and will definitely be doing business with them again. They showed up in 20 minutes(I was on a truck stop, mile and a half away ) and fix my air leak(hose from compressor to air dryer, 4-5 feet long) in 90 minutes and charged me reasonably.

Mine was dead onthe road. Coming home after Deployment in Middle East. To Surprise Family. USSA came through to tow. Even the FORD guys said we will try. That's they were going to tow him to. They said this who need. Awesome beyond belief. They where willing to help. Take payment over the phone. Take him to a hotel. LOL. He had self diagnosed. They confirmed. . No charge. Thanks for being a wonderful company. . Thanks from a MOM. You hear about blacklist. Your company just went on our MOM list.
