                      We hit an object on I 95 on our way from Florida to New Jersey which destroyed our tire and damaged the front of our brand new Jeep! We were towed to Deacon Jones in Smithfield, North Carolina and received the best service!  The intake clerk, the technician and the whole crew were fabulous- friendly, knowledgeable and polite.  They got us back on the road in a few hours after having to find a tire, pick it up, install it and checking for other damage.                       I cannot recommend this dealership enough for their repair department. I have a Ram 1500 and have had issues with water coming in them rough the back glass for months, even years now. I have dealt with the dealerships in Lillington, Raleigh, Cary, Garner, etc and no one was able or willing to help me. Again, this has been years ongoing. I called as a last attempt to Deacon Jones in Smithfield and was fortunate enough to have Brian assist me. Without hesitation he was more than willing to help me and fix the issue that I had. Without me asking, he proactively advised me that this was covered under the Certified Pre-Owned warranty. I was absolutely blown away. I mentioned another issue with a clicking noise from the engine and he identified it quickly, followed up promptly, and has me on the books to have this repaired, again under the warraty. Strictly because of the exceptional service I received from Brian, I will not only be making my next purchase from this dealership, but will also recommend this dealership to any and everyone that I come across.Thank you sir for being willing to help

                      I wanted to not leave a negative review after my first not so good experience, but after today's visit I had to leave one, I'd be doing a disservice to consumers if I didn't. FYI at my first, new to this place but have had my Jeep for five years, the guy changing a filter broke my glove compartment, didn't tell me, noticed it when I got home, smh.This time I went for an oil change, there was a car parked in front of me so I waited, no one came out after waiting so I went in. That's when I was instructed to pull up. Fast forward a simple oil change cost $100! Never have I paid that much in the past five years. The lady with long brunette hair couldn't break down the cost and proceeded to share with me that she sometimes buys her own oil and asks the guys to change it for her. Should she be sharing that with consumers?! Can we do that? I told her the service wasn't that great and never did she try and rectify but instead went on to tell me about Strickland Bros. I won't be back, as a person of color, this place made me feel unwelcomed and cringy. Please do better.

                      Purchased several cars at Deacon Jones. Of course it takes a little time to check out cars and do the paperwork, but everyone involved was very polite, courteous , and helpful.  Jimmy in one bldg, and Jimmy in the other building were both great. They brought cars to me to try out, as I am disabled, so I wouldn't have to walk more than necessary.                       I have been a long time ram owner and have purchased all of my ram pick up trucks from Phillip Jones with Deacon Jones in Smithfield. He is an outstanding salesman with a caring, kind heart.                       I carried my car to Deacon Jones with an issue of low air in a tire.  It was kinda an emergency.  They said they checked the tire and did not find an issue with it.  They also serviced the car, changed the brake fluid, fuel induction service. I paid them $471.  I asked for an estimate of new tire replacement.  I got 5 minutes down the road only for the air in the one tire I asked them to check to see if there was a nail in it.  The tire was down  to 19 pounds.  I made it to a Sheets station, pouring down rain and got air in the tire, enough to get me 20 miles to my house.  Parked the car and ordered tires from a local dealer as I never received an estimate from Deacon Jones.  At 76 years old, female, never again will I deal with Deacon Jones.  Needless to say, they did not care about my safety. Our world is now absolutely full of worthless money hungry people

                      Love that the express lanes at DJCJD are open now.  Makes getting an oil change a breeze.  In at 8am on a Saturday morning and out by 8:50am.                       This dealership really needs to get it together. I bought a vehicle from them and 2 months later the title is still showing in someone else s name. No one can give you a direct answer on what is going on. I have never seen such a poor job with handling of a customer.                       Now that I have been there, I wouldn't go anywhere else.  Professional sales staff.  Excellent treatment.  They let us take our time and look at all the vehicles.  When the time came to close the deal, they gave us an excellent price for our trade in and found us the best financing.  My wife returned a couple days later and the salesperson took the time to explain all the features of the truck to her.Thank you, Gavin.  Excellent from start to finish.                       Good service, asked for a few documents I had misplaced at an earlier date and they were avid on helping me replace those. Only thing is when I got my vehicle back from its scheduled maintenance, my tire pressure system warning light came on and now my front two tires don t read anything after being rotated.

                      Took my Ram truck there in March 2023. Picked it up in October.  They had it for 6 months. Check engine light was on and that's the reason it was there. They finally got the parts needed in July. That still didn't fix it. Finally in Oct they say it needs a new motor. So it took 6 months to figure it out although I don't agree that the motor is bad. For a self employed person going 6 months without a vehicle is ridiculous.  Communication has also not been top priority.  It's just been a big mess. I must been put on the back burner although I bought the truck in 2012 from there.  Ask yourself this before you take anything to them. Can I go months without a vehicle?.                       My husband and I moved from VT to NC a month ago, and we bought 2 vehicles from them yesterday, it was easy! Not to mention they had great AND unique selection of inventory to choose from.  They have the volume and pricing that large dealerships have, but the hometown, neighborly feel you want.                       I bought a used 2018 Chev Colorado from this dealership on Jan. 26.  I contacted them online on the evening of Jan 25.  I got a call from sales professional Kris Richards within 5 minutes.  He was very thorough in his questions as to exactly what I was looking forward.  I told him what my budget was and he said they could probably work within my budget.  The next morning after a few calls, we came to a deal.  I traveled there the same day to purchase the vehicle which I had only seen online.  The vehicle was everything that was described online.  The truck showed better than the pictures that were online.  There was NEVER any pressure from anyone in the dealership for Kris to Dustin Johnson, the Finance Manager.  The staff were extremely courteous, friendly but professional.  I have purchased dozens of new and used vehicles in my years but I must say this was probably in the top 2 of best experiences I have every had with a car dealership.  By the way, I traveled 100 miles to purchase this vehicle and will look to the Deacon Jones Auto Group when the need arises for our next vehicle.

                      Two hours for a scheduled oil change and state inspection. Inspection was not done but the dealership failed to inform me it was not necessary since the car was purchased this year. I took the car to Vavoline (didn't want to wait any longer at dealer) to get the inspection and they informed me the inspection was not necessary. Still waiting for a callback from dealership to get the cracked plastic decoration trim on steering wheel replaced. They are supposed to call to schedule appointment when part comes in. I was looking to lower my monthly payments, and didn't think it would be possible with the position I was in, but he hooked me up. This was my first time dealing with the Deacon Jones group, and I have to say, I will def be back, and will recommend them to anyone looking to get into a new ride.
