While traveling from Georgia to North Carolina, the air conditioning in my CT6 went out. Stopped in Smithfield at your dealership to ask if someone could possibly take a look at the situation. Needless to say, I waited about 10 - 15 minutes before anyone even asked if I needed help. The advisor did not represent the "Cadillac Experience" that I am use to receiving. My husband and I own 2 Cadillac's and have never been treated the way I was at your dealership. I extended a handshake and the advisor reluctantly gave a handshake and in return stated (rudely) that they could not help me until Monday. Please respect the Cadillac Standard of Customer Service.

I took my Cadillac for an oil change today. Arrived at 9am and left at 111pm. I am so angry having to sit for 4hrs waiting for an oil change. Had to check on my car 3 times and each time was told it's almost ready. Finally I found someone else to check and was told that Aaron has left but your cars been sitting outside waiting and no one told me. What kind of service is this? Never again. Just got off the phone with a female working in the parts department and she didnt understand how a front strut for a 2011 Cadillac DTS worked.... How is that even possible? Smh
