My husband and I had some car issues while driving long distance, and these guys were nothing but amazing! They towed our car right in, gave us a ride to the shop and started working on it immediately. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Super quick, reliable, caring and honest work, at a price that can't be beat. Thank you so much BrightLeaf for your help!! Also, they have the cutest most friendly shop cats!!

Our tire pressure light came on in the middle of an 8 hour and roadtrip and this was one of the first places I came across while doing a Google search. They were very welcoming, quick, and kind! I would recommend this place a million times!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

I wanted some car parts for my 2013 Hyundai genesis and i spoke to Junior o FB market place and he said they 2 hyundai genesis for parts so i went there on Friday December the 8th 2023 around 11am and I met Adam and Mike and they took care of me as soon as I got there cuz Junior told them that I was coming to pick up the parts. They're are very nice people with a great customer service so I will definitely go back there for more business.

I took my Mercedes Benz on 9/20/23 for a driveshaft replacement. The owner told me it would be best to replace the supporting parts as well as the broken part. I was quoted a price and promised my car would be ready the next day. And it was! They were very attentive to my car and Getting my car back to me as soon as possible. I m very satisfied with the work that was done on my car and I appreciate the owner doing a ride along with me when I went to pick my car up to ensure maintenance was done properly. I would tell anytime take your car here if you need service. You will have your car back in a very fast turnaround time. I m so happy for this dealership and the staff! I would use them again for any maintenance needs they are fast efficient and stick to their work ethic and professionalism. Thanks again for fixing my Mercedes and my mom s car . Decent prices

These guys know CARS!If you need anything auto related in the category of repairs......this is the place!This shop performed an entire salvaged engine swap in a blown 2011 Malibu within a week timeline for a competitive price but MOST importantly.....they did it correctly and professionally. Those last two qualities are becoming harder and harder to find in the private automotive repair community. They also went above and beyond regular customer service by repairing a cosmetic scuff that could have easily happened elsewhere. Complete customer satisfaction is they're objective along with a proper repair. The surrounding community of Smithfield is lucky to have a shop like this.Keep up the good work guys.

Great bunch of guys. We were on our way back to Pa lost bolts in our exhaust thanks to theses guys we were able to get back on the road in a quiet truck. 100% Quality Work, 100% Cost Fairness (Parts & Labor) and MOST Important to me 100% Trustworthy.As a grandparent and mother I am so thankful and grateful my daughters 2014 Dodge Caravan repair fell into the hands of Brightleaf Tire and Auto.Thank you Frank for the last minute tow late on a Friday evening!!Thank you Adam and team for the extensive work (there was an electric wiring issue, etc). Broke down on 95 from out of town? This is the place to go. Needed tire repair urgently. We got taken care of right away! Did safety check (all tires were over filled from rental company!) before sending us on our way. Very reasonable priced! Happy ending to bad situation.

They have a new front desk guy. I've been going there once a month for a year. I was in there today and the new guy went out of his way to insult me twice in five minutes, then quoted me a price $40 above what they did the same work for last month. I said nothing, drove 50 yards across the street to the tire place next door who gladly accepted my business. Do yourself a favor. Go next door.

First of all, I am not one to take time to write many reviews. This certainly deserves time and attention.On 6/22/16, we were on our way driving from PA to Orlando for our family vacation. Unfortunately, our vehicle broke down on the highway. It was early morning and already hot. We have already been driving about 8 or more hours. After the van broke down, our kids have been sitting in the hot van for about an hour before we made contact with a towing company. Where we waited the traditional hour or so before they arrived. In the meantime, between the 6 or 7 good Samaritans stopped to try to help us. Each of them, along with the referral by our roadside assistance and affirmation by the tow company, they all suggested Brightleaf Tire and Auto as their first choice.Once we got to the shop, we were promptly greeted and told us that they would look at it right away. Talk about understanding! They knew we were not from the area and tried to help get us back on the road as soon as possible. I went outside to pace around and sure enough, I saw the technician already looking over our van! They kept me updated every step of the way and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They found issue, got the part they needed and got it running again. Quick, friendly and honest at fair price!Unfortunately we are not from the area, otherwise we would definitely choose them for all our automotive needs! Still, we highly recommend their services if you are passing through the area or even from the area to check them out. We were not disappointed and very happy with their local service!

Good price on tires but do not let them give mechanical advise or work on your truck. I came up there to get tires balanced, they told me that I needed to have tie rod ends inner and outer, control arms, ball joints, pittman arm, idler arm, and idler arm assembly over $2,500 dollars worth of parts and labor. Ended up one tire was out of balance 8 oz. They will look for problems you don't have. Do not trust them.
