I am a faithful Strickland loyalist by coming here every 3 thousand miles and recommend my friends to come here too. Really, a business is just 4 walls . What makes it come alive and keeps me coming back happily are its employees, specifically the manager, Melissa. She is a 100 on a scale of 1 to 10. Ask for her and she will ALWAYS do you right and make sure you are ALWAYS a happy customer. I wish all businesses had someone like Melissa. Thank you Strickland for your great employees and service

I have never had a problem till today when i went to go get my oil changed the hood of my car is very hard to open because of an accident i had.There was this older lady who was trying to open and couldn't i got out of my car and she started being very rude. I told her "you're not going to be able to open let me help"... and in a very rude tone voice and pointing fingers she told me "get back in your car" about three times i told her again you're not going to be able to open it it has a trick to it. Then she get mad because of the same accident my hood doesn't stay up so she gets something to hold it up and walks away and slams the door to the office. Her body language and rudeness was very out of it. I don't know i just really think that if you're not in a good mood to work in a job that YOU applied for!!!! Where you have to deal with customers don't work at all or don't come to work!!!! CUSTOMERS SERVICE SHOULD BE YOUR PRIORITY FOR THE COMPANY... no matter the situation.Her body language said a lot!!!The rest of the crew were really nice!!

What a wonderful place. After my atrocious experience with Snappy Lube earlier in the day, I was not expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised. They were courteous, thorough and very quick with service.I needed to replace a tire to pass inspection. They showed me the issue with the tire and even tolde nearby location to get one.When I returned they didn't require me to wait. They examined the replacement tire and completed the inspection in 10 minutes!!! NO WAIT AT ALL.That's how you build repeat business. I highly recommend this location. I do not live in the area but travel through for work. It's convenient to get minor things such as oil changes and inspections done. I absolutely will be returning with both my cars.Well done!!! Five ++ stars!!

The service was quick although I think it was more than 10 minutes but I was fine with that as long as it got changed. The lady was very kind and gave great customer service! I wasn't too impressed with the pricing but everything has gone up these days. They also discovered an issue I had up underneath the car that I gladly appreciated them telling me about.

First let me say Melissa was great at what she do.Her staff is very professional and prompt. I would suggest allowing her more hours to get more help they always so busy.Thanks again to Siler city Strickland Brothers and Melissa and her staff for wonderful service.

Melissa and John were exceptional when it came to customer service and satisfaction. When I arrived to have my oil changed, they were out of my oil. Melissa and I ran down to the AutoZone store and picked up what I needed. Upon return John and team serviced my truck and were very professional in every step of the process. Thanks to Melissa and John as I will continue to be a customer for many years to come. Experience their customer service for yourself. You'll be impressed and grateful!

I brought my Prius in for an oil change a few days ago. John and Hunter were friendly, fast, and efficient. I just left the shop with my 2005 Ford Freestyle, and once again, exceptional service from John and his wife. 10/10 recommend. I love that this is a family business! Y'all are great!

Ms. Melissa always goes above and beyond to service my Fleet vehicle. Her and her team always get me taken care of in a timely manner and they are very friendly. There hasn t been a time that Ms. Melissa hasn t made me laugh. If you need a quick and easy oil change you will not regret taking your vehicle here.

Love getting my oil changed here, have been for over 2 years, always in and out with no problems and they always do a great job! You also get coupons for $20 off in your email after getting an oil change!

May be instead of just looking at me and wishing I would just leave you should just tell me to leave. So waited for them just tell me they have no diesel oil. I must say that most of the Strickland bro oil changes are pretty much the same no customer service and no desire to have any.

I was unsure if they were open, being a holiday weekend..but when I pulled up, a young lady came out and explained that they were out of some oil types, but after looking at my sticker, said they did have the one I used. I also asked if they could check my tire pressure and the gentleman said of course ! He did not act like it was a bother at all, like some other places do. A great experience and I will continue to take our vehicles there!

I am an older woman with a low tire and a casted broken arm. I was going out to chapel hill to the doctor and was afraid of getting a flat. The mechanics here not only filled my tire but found and fixed the leak and would not accept any payment.

I've been getting my oil changed and expections done here at the location in siler city for a few years now. Melissa, John and the rest of the crew are on the spot everytime. I like going here not just because the quality of the work but also because of the crew who are always outgoing, friendly and treat you like family. If you ever need to have work on your car and your in the siler area go see strickland brothers.

Clean exterior and interior of business. The manager and staff are very professional and friendly! They greet you with a smile. I went in for my yearly inspection and they were very efficient. I needed a brake light replaced and the staff changed it so quickly. I highly recommend this business for your car needs. I will definitely be going back for their services!!

Pay attention to your receipt. The manager is great, but the other lady who works there is rude and unprofessional. If you re gonna up-charge someone, let them know prior to doing the work, despite the amount. I won t be back!

Super friendly and very professional. My truck has two large skid plates and I m sure it was very frustrating for the tech in the pit but never heard a complaint about it. Very fast service. If you listen you can hear the tech in the pit and the tech up top talking and verifying everything. When I left I felt confident that everything was completed correctly.Service: Oil change

Melissa checked us in, she's efficient and friendly. The cute, young guys who did the work showed me all the filters that needed replacing, and my doggies were given treats. We hung out in the very clean, comfortable waiting area- there are nice magazines, a clean bathroom, and a bowl of quality candy on the service counter.
