Had my vehicle came in a while ago. They had some sort of deal with a local dealership. The hinkle guy realized he was being used by the dealership. So he poured his anger down on me, a customer who had no idea what is going on between those two, and he refused services completely. I was left with a vehicle with ball joint problem. Would not ever come here again. Really poor customer skill despite him stating that he has more than 20 years of experience on the trade. Definitely no customer service skills at all. One year after the incident and I still feel mad and insulted by that hinkle guy!!!!

The staff at Hinkle s were so helpful and kind. They have great prices and are willing to actually explain the things they suggest and/or do rather than just saying they re necessary. They even referred me to a local mechanic for an issue I mentioned during my appointment. I will be back for my next alignment no doubt!Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Very good and reliable. A few days out on work so you'll have to leave your vehicle. But it will be done when promised. Had an alignment done and bottom ball joint(that another place neglected to replace when doing my control arm) replaced on 2001 Ford Expedition. He noticed it and called me to recommend that I replace it. $370 put the door. Drives straight. No squeaks .

I was referred to them by the Ford Dealership to do the alignment on my F350 with recurring death wobble problems. They told me what they needed to do to fix it for good, and did great work with a lifetime warranty on the parts used. Robert and his crew are 100% trustworthy and know their stuff. I had an issue while I was out on a roadtrip, and brought it back to them when I got back in town - they took care of it no questions asked and reimbursed me for the money I had to spend when I was out of town. Great people, great service, great experience, highly recommend - and will be coming back to them for years to come!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Great folks! Wow, this place is fantastic! One of a kind suspension shop. #1 in the South. Did coilovers on my C7 Corvette street race car. Unbelievable! Only place to take your car.

I just recently brought my RAM 2500 in for an alignment and also had them put on a leveling kit, turned out I needed ball joints and a new hub. They took the time to explain the issues in depth, as well as help come up with a solution. I will defintley be returning to them for my next alignment!
