I would highly recommend 360 Mobile Repair! Samantha and Andrew were so kind and understood my frustration with my car. I had a bad oil leak that was leaking since January. I had multiple people fix it but they didn't do the job right. They were able to fix my car within a day and I only wish I had found them sooner! Plus they are licensed, insured and so professional about things. I will definitely be using them in the future and referring anyone who needs a mechanic their way!!

I am so thankful for Samantha and Andrew. Sunday afternoon my suburban serpentine belt fell off because the belt tensioner decided to seize. They drove out to where I was broke down on the side of the road while I waited for the tow truck to diagnose and order the parts. I asked them to also repair my oil leak from my engine manifold and intake. A problem that I had been ignoring. In less than 2 days, my car was ready to go home at an affordable price. Samantha and Andrew are a great team. I absolutely recommend them for auto repair.

360 AUTO & DIESEL MOBILE REPAIR ordered a part for us that was never put on and when we asked for the invoice for the part they would never provide one for us. We finally found out why. It was because they had put a 56% mark up on a $625.12 part. I would give them a 0 star if I could!

Great experience with this company. Andrew and Samantha were great, they came to me within 12 hours of me contacting them. They went through many hoops to make sure I had my car back that day, they told me they wouldn t leave until it s running! Can t recommend them enough.

I contacted them to come diagnose my 2003 F150 after no local shops would touch it. It needed a reman of the engine amd overall work. They charged me $300 to come diagnose it (was ok paying it) and they said they would send me a full quote and schedule it to be towed in. 3 weeks later, I haven t heard from them despite multiple texts being sent.

Was on the schedule to have a hydraulic issue with my JLG lift addressed. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment which I was fine with. Called a number of times and texted during that 3 week period to ensure we were still tracking. No response. Day of appointment comes. They are a no show. Unsatisfactory business practice to ghost someone and then not show up to do the work. I have a whole lot more respect for someone that tells me they can't make it or can't do the work vice getting ghosted. Had to find a new mechanic, last minute who showed up 30 minutes after my call.Update: Now they have blocked me from their FB site because I left the same review. Completely unprofessional! I was wondering why all the reviews were 5 stars...it's because they remove the ones they don't like.

Samantha and Andrew are super amazing. My husband was having some issues with his 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500HD so we went looking for a diesel mechanic and they came highly recommended. They were quick to respond and got out to my house the same day found the issue (glow plugs advised to replace all of them as they will eventually start going out 1 by 1 which would be more costly to have to keep replacing them one at a time which we had already done so we agreed it was best to knock em all out in one punch)they ordered the parts and had them installed the very next morning. Andrew was very thorough with explaining what was needed, and what his recommendations were and we fully trust him and his work. He even provided my husband with what was causing an alignment issue on his truck when chevy and other places were dismissive and said there was no issue. They were very fair in pricing and affordable especially when compared to big shops like the dealership. I would highly recommend 360 Auto & Diesel Mobile Repair to any one who needs some work done. They are a local, licensed and insured small business who are honest with pricing and do not price gouge their customers. I have used Andrew to repair my truck's exhaust manifold. On site, quick competent, reliable repairs. He did all I ask, was here and had completed the work in 3 hours. Since our first encounter we have used them three other times to repair my family's vehicle. Samantha and Andrew are my go to for quick accurate service. Highly recommend.Service: Exhaust

I wish I could say what it was like to work with them, but they ghosted us after agreeing to install a hitch onto our vehicle on Saturday..We contacted them asking if it was something that they could do. They said yes, but they have a road call currently. We said ok and to just let us know when it was over and when they would like us to bring our vehicle to them (something they agreed to). That was early afternoon. As it got later and later, my husband messaged again asking if they have an estimated time. They said no. So then we waited for a few more hours. By this time it was dark. They NEVER got back to us that night. My husband messaged them on Sunday morning to try and ask what had happened. They again, never responded. So I went onto their Facebook page. They posted how they were burnt out and aren t accepting any new calls until after the 4th. I said I would have appreciated them telling us that instead of ghosting us. Guess what they did next? Blocked me from their Facebook page.. Lol. That s fine. I m getting a friend to do it for me today for next to nothing. But it s the principle of the matter. This was unprofessional. I had a mobile mechanic do work for me years ago that also was very shady, and I told myself I d stay away from mobile mechanics, but I needed a hitch installed for my disabled husband s wheelchair. My husband has heart failure. Luckily my friend is doing it for me. Thank you, 360, for almost ruining July 4th for our family.

Diesel engine swap nightmare. I'd give them a zero rating if possible. Decided they didn't want to complete the job after pulling the engine, I believe because she quoted too low. All calls and texts unanswered. Very unprofessional behavior in person as well. She needed "all the parts" before putting the new engine in. Well, why didn't you call or just buy what you needed and bill me? Had to drive out there 3 times (nobody home during the day, 25 mins each way) to finally get a list of parts which included a radiator, glow plug harness, coolant, oil, and fuel filter and nothing to stop them from performing the engine swap. Paid half the quote and retrieved the truck and two motors months later. Also said she would set the new engine in the truck to make retrieval easier. Didn't do that either. Real clown show. Stay away.<edit>She ghosted me but it's all my fault. With regards to: "You were given access to my engine hoist for easy loading." You left out the part where you spitefully told me not to move a small 4-wheeler in the way of one of the engines so as to NOT make for easy loading. Bye Felicia.

Very responsive, very reasonable prices and quick repair time! I've used their mobile service to diagnose and fix leaking windshield washer fluid at my home and we had our daughter's vehicle towed there when it wouldnt start at work. Diagnosed as a bad starter which was quickly replaced.Will most definitely continue to this service!Services: Electrical, Battery
