Very happy with their service! Had 2 truck rotors resurfaced here, and they did a MUCH better job than the last brake shop I had rotors turned at. I was impressed with the finish and ability to put an effective, light turn on my near-discard rotors. They were honest, professional, and saved me over $100 with this service. Thanks guys!

Came in last week for windshield wipers and British helped me find the correct size for my car. She was very nice and knew the answer for all of my questions. Wish I could give her 6 stars!!!

Went to get wipers for my car and British was so kind and so very helpful and done a fantastic job on changing my windshield wiper I will be going back for other stuff

Zac was trying to sell me the wrong part. Obviously didn t match what I needed. I had the part with me so it was easy to see it wasn t right. Definitely felt like he believed since I was a woman he could sell me whatever. Shaking my head.

Back in March, I was headed to the Charlotte airport to travel to a funeral. I was having battery issues, so I stopped in here to buy a kit to clean the corrosion. The man who helped me, I don t remember his name, was very kind. Without my asking for help, he cleaned my battery for me, and did so with a smile. He didn t know it, but he completely made my day, and I got to the airport with plenty of time for my flight. My battery was still bad, but his help got me where I needed to be. I will never forget this. If you have auto parts needs, go here!

This was my last time ever going to O'reilly's in Shelby. I walked in right at about eight o'clock and stood right by the counter in front of one of the staff. He was on the phone so I waited patiently, Yet proceeded to end that call and answer another call without even acknowledging me being in the store. I then proceeded to wait a few more minutes the phone call got lengthy, so I walked out after another employee walked in and told me to wait. Zac is a good dude and followed me out to fix the situation, But the damage was already done. The family business used to really come to them a lot but not anymore.

Very nice lady started to experience some very pleasant. And one guy who seem to be mad at the world one of my pet peeves is wet people make their problems open the customers problem.Every human being on this planet has bad days and that there s some that seem to have them more regular then others.All I heard about was why he didn t have time to do what they re supposed to do. What is the simple battery installed and the guy had such an attitude about it but I told him to refund my money and I was going elsewhere.Then, instead of trying to salvage my business, he turned his attitude up.Obviously, I know that this man does not always business or probably have much of a stake in the company, but the business owner needs to be very well aware of people that work for him and behave like this. There a direct reflection on them.I am reading this review to Spiros, because he might ve just been having a bad day, but it was completely unacceptable behavior. And especially self when I was very calm and just wanted to cheer him up and snap them out of whatever things seem to be on his mind.When I realized it was just what are likely his personality I m not interested in after dealing with that particular person again.However, the reason this is not getting a one star review is because of that lovely lady, who is very sweet and I could tell wanted to intervene, but for some reason he did not, or could not.Owner of this business contacts me, Mason well aware that they are informed of this and have addressed it. I will change this review with more of a positive light.Everyone of us has bad days from time to time, I myself am most certainly far from perfect, but there are people that care and others, that you do not.I prefer to give my hard earned money and business to people who care .

These guys are outstanding in Shelby, NC. Very helpful, friendly and go out of their way to help. They work together as an team. Always thinking of your needs first.Just went in yesterday to buy an headlight bulb. Ended up buying an twin pack at an better deal package per price. Then, also got my cell batteries in my remote for my car. They, even changed it out for me.The store is always clean, well maintained and their always on the job. Very knowledgeable group.I stop in for all my car maintenance there.

Just went to the store to pick up all the fluids to do a complete flush on my old pickup. I grabbed a few other things and rented a couple tools. The folks behind the counter went above and beyond to help me find what I need, box it all up, and help me carry it to my car. I always have a good experience in this store!

My dad & i visited, ordered quite an expensive part for my car. My dad returned to pick up part when we were told it would be there. Associate Paul, who had helped us the day before, was very rude to my dad. Very inappropriate no matter the case. Will not be spending another penny here.

Picked up a starter in Roanoke, VA, replaced it myself in Shelby, NC. Then the O'REILLY in Shelby accepted the old part and put $30 back on my card. Great store as always!

I have been to this location several times to get sale items only to find them out of stock. I also know of a few others that have had this proble here. While staff is always ready to help and friendly they really need someone to take charge of inventory for sales. This is an on going proble that needs attention ! Its very easy to get in and out as well as see from the road.

I am a lead tech. here in shelby. The people here will argue with you on warranty parts. Do not pay labor claims. Delivery drivers are rude and demanding. There are too many parts stores in Shelby that deliver excellent service across the counter and in their commercial departments. Check out the guys at the zone if you want to see how a parts store is supposed to do business.

Professional customer service at it's best. Employees are knowledgeable and have a friendly attitude, assuming you do too. Highly recommended, cleanest parts store I have ever been in!

The Shelby Oreillys is always my 1st choice . With advance being a close 2nd And the Zone dead last almost Always fruitless. NAPa is not on my map with their Extremely High prices and crude rude customer service.

Horrible I bought a Alternator from there 2 months ago yesterday it went out and took it in to exchange it for a new one only for the manager to say its was good so put it back on my van battery light still on went got a new battery light still on took it to advance to check they said battery good alternator bad so I came to O'Reillys they checked it said it was bad so why didn't I get a new this morning is my question I run a transportation service and I need my vans rolling!
