Great team. Great service. We purchased over the phone/text. Great comunication, we got videos of the car, and all the process was very smooth. Thanks to Felipe,Travis and Jamal for all the help. The car arrived to Miami Fl in perfect condition and how it was described. And very fast deliver. Thank you again.

Long story short I gave them $500.00 to get me a car I put it on my credit card then my husband had a heart attack and I m not able to up grade my car so I asked for my money back still haven t heard anything will not do business with you again thanks but no thanks

The young lady who helped me, Taylor, was the only good experience. I came in looking for a recall repair, they changed the relay then couldn't get my car to start. I had to pay to get a diagnostic or else they would have pushed it out for me to deal with.I had literally just replaced the battery two days prior, they didn't get my battery cable on all the way and engaged the anti-theft. They ran the battery completely dead trying to start it and then tried to tell me the alternator might not be charging. After they put the battery cable on tighter and charged the battery, it cranked right up. Imagine that. An hour repair turned into a 3 hour repair.They then wanted to charge me almost $300 to replace a bad crankshaft sensor. I had just replaced this same sensor with an aftermarket so I knew how long it took to change it - 15 mins. I opted to buy the OEM from them and do it myself. Many times aftermarket parts don't work in Nissans so I wasn't surprised.If I had let them do all the work it would have been close to $500 for what shouldn't have cost me a dime. What a total ripoff and an example of them trying to take advantage of female customers. Too bad I figured out their game but not before these idiots completely drained my battery and charged me $150 to figure that out.

I am so very thankful for Patrick and Brandon at Nissan of Shelby! They worked with me to get in the car I ve been dreaming of for years! They did everything they could do to make it afford and I was able to drive it right off the lot that day! My 2019 Nissan Maxima is immaculate! If you are thinking of buying a car, I suggest you go see Patrick and Brandon! Have the car you love, at a price you can afford! Tell them Iris sent you!

Everybody here is great - I've had a few issues with the transmission and Devin fixed it and explained it in a very down-to-earth way. Anabell, Crystal, and Herman are all nice, hard working people! Great place!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
