I brought 2 cars in to have two tires changed on each on and alignments done on each one.The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They work smoothly as a team.They also have an AMAZING separate space for waiting it has two TVs, a coffee bar, a bar with outlets to charge devices, a little play room for kids, two bathrooms, and many comfortable chairs. The space is large open well lit and clean. Makes waiting on services easier and more comfortable especially if you have children.They explained everything to me and were very patient with me. I highly recommend them!

Ok so my experience is not really worth the five stars but I want you all to see my comment. The customer service is really great. I personally feel like they don t have enough mechanics for the amount of business that they have. It was between them and Oakies but I can t deal with all the cats and the smell over there. I dropped my car off at 6am before anyone else got there. I went to work in Asheville and told them I would be back at lunch time. They only had to rotate the tires and put one NEW tire on. We get back around 1 and the guy says 1hr. I come back at 230 and it s still not ready!!! Other people came after me and they were leaving before me! This is the second time coming to this place and the wait being stupid long for no reason. I try to support small businesses, but dude it shouldn t take 6hrs to put on one tire. The only thing they want to sell you is that waiting area.. talking about it has tvs, coffee and a massage chair! Sir I don t care about waiting in that building, you have been paid and I want my car! I personally think they need a larger building at this point and more mechanics. They do amazing work, but one mechanic can t run the front and work on cars!!! Maybe we should pay the mechanics what they are worth 25-30$ and hr and we would not have a 6-7 hr wait time. To the guy at the front I do apologize for crying, but my patience had worn thin if you tell people an hr then it should be ready in an hr. Don t tell me and hr but expect me to be waiting for 2 hrs. Other than that it s very clean, and great people work there. They just have too much of a work load and should let people know it will be a 9-10hr wait.

The entire team is great - top notch. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. They really value their customers and understand how to provide elite customer service. The customer waiting room is really nice - you can wait for your vehicle to be ready in quiet comfort. I've been a Monroe Tire customer my entire adult life and I've never had a bad experience. They even have a really nice massage chair you can relax in while you wait and offices available if you need to get some work done.

I went to Monroe Tire Service after going to other places in town who were unable to fix the problem I had with my tires. From the moment I arrived their staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Their waiting lounge was secure, clean and very comfortable! My issue was resolved within fifteen minutes and I was on my way and their prices were extremely reasonable. I would definitely go back to them and highly recommend their business!

Monroe Tires and Service is the best! I have found them to be not only honest, but they provided me with a detailed report that includes pictures of everything they found of concern while checking my cars. They only performed the services I ask for and then made recommendations for any service they felt was needed. Their waiting area is amazing! It is so spacious you can choose your own personal area while waiting. They have a coffee bar, tv s , it is exceptionally clean and comfortable and even pet friendly.

It was easy to make an appointment and got my vehicle back the same day. They did an awesome job and explained everything to me. I didn't need to ask any questions. I will definitely use them again.

I was traveling home and the low pressure dash light went on so I stopped at Monroe Tire in Shelby. The team took me right in and checked pressure in all tires. They discovered a leak in one and repaired it in short order. Very friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for service.

I have been bringing my cars to Monroe Tires for years. I am happy with customer service and how they are honest and have the best integrity I have ever experienced with a repair shop! I highly recommend this tire company to all of the surrounding areas! Trust, honesty, and integrity is what you need in the care of the car you drive!!! Several thumbs up

From the minute we walked in, they were friendly and helpful. Very accurate on how long the job would take. Very nice waiting area. I liked the text notifications while we waited. All in all, an excellent experience. We will be using them in the future

Appointments are easy to schedule in a timely manner. I am always confident that service is what is needed as I have used Monroe Tire for years. They offer a clean and modern facility for waiting, and use current technology to share vehicle condition, needed service, and options for safe on line payment. Everyone in the office is knowledgable, helpful and courteous!

Both times I've had a flat they were able to get me in on quick notice and with fast turnaround. Their waiting room is also very nice and they send you picture updates as they diagnose and are fixing your problem. Price is good too.

Monroe is great! 10/10 recommend. They fix everything! My van was honestly a mess and they have worked on it three different times, and it is running better than ever. They are up front with you, honest, and give you the best price. Their mechanic knows what he s doing and doesn t mind talking to you about what he fixed. He doesn t talk to you like you are dumb and takes time to explain things so you know what s going on. The front desk staff are great too, we re on a first name basis now and they are always friendly and quick to help you. We will continue to use them in the future. Thanks Monroe Tire for keeping us on the road.

Just last week I went to Monroe's to get rotors and callipers and brakes if needed but they told me that I didn't even need them. I told them that Mavis tire and auto told me that I did but apparently Mavis was just trying to take advantage of me. I commend MONROE'S for being honest and putting the customer's needs above a sale. I learned not to seek out where I think will be cheaper and just go with the best- which is Monroe's in Shelby

Easy appointment set up, excellent customer lounge while work is getting done. Fair price for tire rotation and oil change . You get text msg updates during each process. No up- sale tactics or pressure sales which is nice. I ll be back.

They were friendly and fast. My favorite part is they send you updates (great if you wonder off or have to wait a long time) and even include pictures with issues they find. THANK YOU for being the first place I have ever found that understands people want evidence of issues.My only small note is they didn't tell me their link's included pictures and maybe it's just me but since I got a bunch of texts I didn't think to look at first. Telling a first time customer would be helpful

Monroe Tire performed the services I requested and corrected the issue I came in for... They also take the time to hear you out and communicate with you throughout your wait. The waiting room is luxurious and first-class as well. A much better experience than any dealership that I've been to lately.

Always the same fast 5 star service! They are the best. If you are worried about finding a business you can trust then go to Monroe Tire and Service. They go above and beyond to do great work and they also take the extra time to thoroughly explain in detail what service you need and why.

Previously, gave a three star review, but after having a talk with Monroe and clearing up my mistake, I will now give five! Truly great customer service and he explained how NC inspections work.
