Friendly staff, will go above n beyond getting oil filters out n changed with every oil change. They work as a team helping one another to help get you in and out as fast as they can very helpful knowledge as well informative. Thank you'll keep up the great work. I'll be going back.

Always friendly and professional. They do try to offer you up charged services, but aren t pushy in any way. It s usually things I want anyway, like new windshield wipers, filters, better oil. I am using my husbands account, but I am a female and always feel comfortable and respected. Love that I don t have to get out of my car and it s always quick and efficient! They have guys topping your fluids and air in your tires while you wait in line. Wonderful people!Service: Oil change

These are good guys and they're fast. Lots of other places have made me feel dumb or have tried to take advantage of a woman alone, but I have never felt that way here. Had a bad experience here like 10 years ago, but let me say that I gave it another chance and am glad I did. Best experience I ve ever had getting an oil change, and the customer service was TOP notch and prices are cheaper than most in the area. Won t be going anywhere else ever again!

If you bring your own oil and filter to Fast Way Oil Change it will cost you $51 labor for an oil and filter change. So figure $25 for 5 quarts of oil, $10 for filter and they charge $51 for the change of oil and filter change. So just know you are now paying $86 for an oil change with your own oil and filter. No Thanks, such hard pass.

I have been going here since they opened many years ago. I get my oil changed, tires checked, and car inspected. They have alerted me to bad tires. I could have had a blowout. These guys are amazing! Service is always quick, all the guys are nice. They top off or fill up any fluids needed. More on the upper side of price range for an oil change but once again its quick and you don't have to get out of the car and they top off all fluids and clean your air filter out. In and out roughly 5min tops.

This oil change place lives up to their name. I come here for my oil change and inspection. These guys are super fast and I never have to get out of my car. I usually spend less than 10 minutes here for just the oil change. Prices are pretty competitive with other places. Good group of guys too

I almost always get my oil changed here. They have always done a good job. I never have to Wait too long. The guys are always friendly and their prices are reasonable.

I always go to Fast Way for the oil change. They're quick and efficient. They're also observant while changing your oil because they will tell you if something about your car needs to be attended to.

The people that work here are all so nice and very quick at their jobs, they do not waste your time or try to up sale you on merchandise. Definitely give them a shot if you need oil changed or a car inspection

My grandson went on a Wed to get oil changed.... on Thursday car broke down! No oil in motor! Manager came out to my house and verified that there were no leaks but claimed it was not their fault! Started investigating and found that this has happened to several people who have been to Fastway. Beware!!

I pulled up at the shop located in Shelby x a�aaaaand told the man what was goin on with my car and he asked me to pull up to the bay door & they would check it out for me..they changed out my oil plug in for me! And explained what was goin on & even how getting another plug would stop my oil from leaking! The guys name that told me all the helpful info was Dustin Craig!! Thank all you for your help!! Will def b back for my oil changes when they are due!!

Hands down the best place to have your oil changed. They change your plug washer and plug when you need it. The employees are friendly and efficient. I've never had a problem here!

Best oil change place in Shelby expect the people upstairs to do most of the talking if there s any problems with your cars on the bottom leakin wise they will tell or if there s a nail in your tire very friendly and fast workers get the job done quick and right with a new plug if you need it and always a new filter!!!
