They have had my car since June 7, over three months ago. This has been the worst and most stressful experience I have ever had with any company. Each week, it has grown worse. They said they were going to have it done by the end of June, so we were only allowed a rental car for a week. Since then, it has been two more months that we have been without a car. The customer service is awful. The woman working has talked over both my mother and my grandmother and does not show any regard for our feelings even though THEY are the ones that get paid to service US. They will promise to call, but never do. They will not reach out for updates until you do and then, they give another excuse about why it is not done. Today has been my last straw after they "accidentally" ordered the wrong part for the third time. This is absolutely ridiculous and they should not be conducting business this way. I have still not received my car back even though today has been the 14th date that has been pushed back. We deserve compensation for the car payments I have paid and the lack of a rental car but, that will never happen. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Do not recommend had my Car for over two months had to call constantly for updates was an excuse each time.Delay in parts or someone was out sick. My husband had to finally just go over and demand a timeframe. When we finally received my car, battery brackets were loose. My door handle panel was off and my tint on driver side was damaged.They should ve never switch ownerships.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible service. Had our vehicle a month, called after 2 weeks, was told 1 story, called back the day before the promised date, got a different story. Called on the promise date and got a different story. Called our insurance company and they got an even different story. Called the manager of Carter Chevrolet at the end of the promised date and he gave me a different story. But yet amazingly enough, the parts they couldn't get for our vehicle, could suddenly be arriving the next business day. There was no communication unless we reached out, and then it appears as though each time we reached out, they told us lies. 6 days after the promise date, after complaining, they have our vehicle ready. Let's hope it's truly fixed. We will NEVER use them again!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.That is all I have to say. You won t know the status of your vehicle unless YOU contact them first which seems backwards to me. Countless stories and excuses, not knowing what the f is going on. IF YOU NEED ANYTHING DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS YOU DONT MIND WAITING HALF A YEAR.SincerelyService: Body & Trim
