Zach went above and beyond to ensure i got really good quick service. I usually get the people that are pretty reluctant to help but as soon as i walked in he was friendly and ready to help. I got my battery replaced in no time!

Was greeting immediately upon opening the door. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Needed brakes and rotors and was in and out in less than 5 minutes

I called this store looking for a battery for a car I recently helped a lady with some work with and earned. The employee told me the price of the battery was $110 and there was not one cheaper then that. Well I've been out of work for 2 years with a poisoning and I don't have that type of money. I tried a couple pull a parts places and they had none that I needed. The lady I worked for gave me the money for the battery for cutting down an apple tree for her. I went to this store and I recognize the person I talked to on the phone that said there was none cheaper then $110. She was obese and called for another employee to get the battery for me. Well the other employee was quite nice and offered me another battery for $80 and saved me the extra money which I desperately needed. So thank you to the employee that went above and beyond her duty and to the lazy manager type. Take lessons from your co workers. Thank you AutoZone for the battery I needed to get my car on the road.

I am so grateful I came to this store! It was early in the morning, I was over an hour away from home, had no time, and still needed to drive the rest of the day. Kelly helped me immediately, came out in the cold, and fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. I also really appreciated that she was confident and personable. Best Autozone experience I've had!

Went to this store while in Shelby, NC for a wedding. I needed to buy some Coolant for my Ford Escape. The associate took me to the stores coolant section and informed me that my only option was the full concentrate and not half and half. So due to this I would have to mix with 50% water prior to placing in my car. Purchased the coolant and used a 1/2 full water bottle to mix and pour. I wanted to get my battery checked but I felt rushed in the store and as soon as my transaction at the register was done the associate just walked away towards the back. Not my best experience at Auto Zone.

We arrived with a dead battery and Russell was so wonderful took excellent care of us! We got a new battery and he even replaced it for us. Fast and efficient!

This is a great store to get auto parts if they don't have what you are looking for they will order it most likely will have it the very next day. They will match any price you can find out there so don't worry about over paying. They are my go to auto supply store when I need auto parts. The employees really know their stuff when it comes to cars and go above and beyond the normal call of duty to help you out. They have a very neat and organized store making it easy to find just what you are looking for.

I was in and out of the store all day Saturday. The Shelby Auto Zone store was busy at all times. On average, there were 5 or 6 people waiting in line each visit. I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the employees were especailly considering how hot it was and how busy they were. I don't think anyone took a break. They provided excellent customer service.

Was charged $26 dollars that was $14.41 on ebay and Amazon.Identical part. AC blend door actuator. No more Auto Zone. Now it's my "NO GO ZONE".Check ebay or Amazon for way cheaper prices.

Went in for hose replacement on my car. Josh was behind counter was very nice and very professional. He even helped give me guidance installing the hose. Top notch and good customer service. This is what's missing in business today. Thanks for letting me comment. Danny Webb

The guys there are very helpful! I'm often taken advantage of when getting stuff done on my car just because I'm a woman...they were ready to help me find exactly what I needed at the cheapest price and install it in the rain! I would definitely send my friends and family over to them!

I mainly deal with the commercial department for my business and personal automotive needs. Chris in commercial does a exceptional job! There are a few others under the roof that also deliver excellent service. Great pricing and quick service when Chris is handling it!

Solid staff although they claimed to not be able to read my vehicle with a OBD2 reader due to programming but I've had them do it before so I'm not sure why they said that but

I was here on the 23rd of December. I bought a water pump for my mother's car. They charged me twice and when I went back into the store the employee was like, "you'll have to wait a few days to see if it returns or call corporate". I called corporate immediately upon arriving at home where I spoke to a lady who took my name and number and informed me that the district manager would call me back. It is now Monday, December 28th, I never received a call back, the money has not been refunded to my card, and I cannot reach anyone at corporate as well. Bad business and I will never do business with Auto zone again.

Bought a battery Saturday night, turns out the battery was a faulty return and was placed on the shelf by accident. Went back Sunday morning and manager Steven A. Was extremely helpful in refunding my battery and even upgraded me to a better battery for my troubles, awesome guy!

They know your car better than you. The very best batteries, Duralast. I bought one put it on my shelf for 3 months. I put it in my truck and fired it right up.super battery.

The customer service was terrible. The store manager would rather sit an talk with his friends instead of helping customers. There was 3 customers that walked out while I was in there because the guy running the register it was his first day an all he could do was apologize because his store manager was not willing to lend a helping hand until I spoke up

Absolute garbage! First, they decided it would be a good idea to remove the books from the store so you can t even look up your own parts, then when I asked about it, the manager gets an attitude and said I don t need to look it up, he can find it for me. So he ends up giving me the wrong headlight, I get home, go to install and it won t fit. Now they won t even exchange it. Idiots. I ll buy from O Reilly from now on.

One of the sales reps sold me a $52. brake caliper set but would not include the bracket that came with it because I didn't bring the used one in with me. So I paid full price for the part minus the very part I needed, and had to pay for a separate bracket at another store. The guy was quick to bad mouth the competition, but couldn't find his way to help out a stranded motorist with a brake problem. I'll never go back to this store. Yeah, they're knowledgable all right: on how to disenfranchise a customer.
