Nikki was the sweetest car sales person I ever meet even though she s the owner of 5 star auto.. She was truly a Blessing to me I can t even count how many car lots I had been to and had been disappointed at or better yet lied to before I fought 5star I would recommend this car lot to anyone who has been turned around at any other car place if she tells you she Got you she Got you !!! When she says they will work with you on down payment and car payments they will do just that to make sure it s affordable for your you . Nikki was very understanding. When They Say bring in your DL and Prof of income and provide documentation where you live they mean just that!!! I had no problems.Nikki you are the Best .Thank you again for giving me a chance to start over again in life and not holding me to my past . Thank you for answering my prayers. I can t Thank you a nuff and I Definitely can t Thank God a nuff for giving you the heart to do what you have done for me I can truly say there is still good heart and pure hearted people in this world who cares about others yes it s Business and yes money is involved in it but Nikki showed me a different kind of love that showed she s not just into for the money (greedy) she in Business for smiles and to help others and to go home and sleep at night knowing she did something to help someone. Her smile is just a nuff to make you want to buy a car

I bought a 2012 Honda Civic a few days ago and we love it . I have dealt with other car lots and not been this happy . I have not had one single issue with this car. So if you want a good viable car. come to five star and Nikki will hook u up with a nice reliable vehicle .Thanks again Nikki . It's hard to find honest people like u guys .we are definitely satisfied. I don't think this will be my last vehicle with you. I would definitely buy from you guys again.

If you are looking for a reliable vehicle this is a great place to go! The owners are awesome people. If you are in the Cleveland/Gaston county area I highly recommend 5 star auto you won't be disappointed!

We are very pleased with our experiences with Five Star Auto. In February, 2015, we purchased our first vehicle from this dealer. We obtained a gorgeous one-owner 2000 Buick Park Avenue which was in excellent condition, inside and out, and came complete with full maintenance records including all repairs and any parts obtained. The mileage was less than 175,000 on a 15-year-old vehicle. The only things we have had done to the car in the last year and a half were to purchase new tires, replace the battery, do oil changes and replace a coil. Having had such a stress-free experience with Nikki (the owner), we knew that when we wanted another vehicle we would go to her.We called Nikki and asked if she could be on the lookout for a Trailblazer or similar size and quality SUV (year ranging from 1999 - 2006) in good condition that she could sell to us for between $4,000 - $6000 and still make a profit for herself. True to her word, we heard from her last Friday. She had in a lovely 2006 Trailblazer on which she offered first dibs to us after her garage had the chance to go over it and take care of anything they came across that might need repair. The vehicle needed very little and, once that was taken care of, she was able to set a price which we found very reasonable. Yesterday we drove out of Five Star with a lovely, well-maintained 10-year-old Trailblazer for less than $5,000 including taxes and registration. We paid cash for each of the vehicles, but she would have worked hard to make it affordable for us had we needed to finance.The next time we are in the market for another vehicle, we will immediately turn to Five Star and you recommend that you purchase your own vehicles here also.

I love this place and would recommend them to anyone. They're very honest people that just want to help you get in your next car. Nikki and Celeste have always been so nice and considerate to me. I'm about to pay my second car off with them. I'll miss them. I guess I'll have to buy another car.

My review must have been deleted. My fiance bought a car from Nikki, the check engine light came on after a few hours of driving it. The clutch needs replaced, the CD player doesn't work. Nikki said, "the car was fine when they had it." After my first review I posted, Nikki calls my fiance during his work hours to tell him, "your girlfriend needs to get her facts straight!" They argued a minute on the phone with it ending in, "are you threatening me" to "at the end of the day, you're still a used car salesman." Then Nikki hung up on him.Nikki doesn't take criticism very well, she's very arrogant. Please do post the recorded conversation publicly.

Very wonderful customer service. Celeste was very patient on listening to and understanding our situation as was Nikki. Worked with us on getting paperwork straight and all around awesome service! I highly recommend anyone needing a good car to atleast stop by and give them a chance. It was well worth the drive! Keep rocking guys!

I love their prices but I feel like they could be nicer Celeste is very nice. But the owners, I feel like they could be more understanding. And then I don t understand they take your car when you haven t paid your insurance and my insurance isn t with them. So there are something s that could be heavily improved with the owners attitude, understanding and perspective on other people s lives. Other than how they treat people they are great in every other department.

Kinda in between about them, had great communication over the phone, we talked about my down payment amount, and some other stipulations that I agreed upon over the phone. Did a credit application. Drove there the next day, test drove the car, I was so happy and in need. After test driving, everything literally changed in the blink of an eye and was asked for double the amount of the down payment that I offered which was basically 3 times the asking down payment amount. Geesh, like... we literally talked the day before. I m not sure what happened. Especially with emails and constant communication with me providing needed documentation that they asked for. I did get to stop by Checkers which lifted my broken spirit, a little.

The people here are amazing. Very easy going and helpful. We needed a vehicle and just dont have the credit for a huge down payment and get a junk car like other places. At 5 Star, they work with you and get you into a car that you actually like and enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone.

Im thinking about getting another car with them I bought my Toyota Camry 2005 from them had my car now for 3 years I only had Lil problems that any car gets after having it for so long that was fixable I love my car . . My mom also bought a car from there now she has another one with them n she should be bout done paying it off my cousin has one with them my dad & step mom has one with them . . I think they are good people to deal with and they do try to help you out the best way they can

Brought a 2006 Honda Odessey Van in Jan. 2016. Had 156,000 miles and fairly clean . Not to bad for a Honda . Now after 9,000 miles & 8 months of driving I have had to replace both front axles , a new a/c , brakes on all 4 wheels , and now it is sitting in the driveway and won`t start ; so I don`t know what the issue is now or what the added cost of this van will be this time. It will have to be towed and repaired again ; **and the payments don`t stop !!!**. Maybe this place should do a little mechanical checkup on their vehicles before they sell them if they want good reviews ? So after 8 payments [$2,400.00] w/ $1,400.00 cash down , and $1,800.00 in repairs I am into this Van for $5,600.00 for 8 months .That`s $700.00 per month average to keep this van on the road this ! Nice folks to work with , but this van`s mechanical condition is very disappointing ; and costly !! Not to mention the time lost without a vehicle ..

When you notice your need for realiable transportation is near , one has to look no further than 5 star auto sales. No matter what your needs are in cars or trucks, if they don't currently have it , well they can find it. These people genuinely care what others feel about them , in this day and age , shouldn't we all strive to make everyone satisfied ,well 5 star certainly does , if you give them a chance , I guarantee that they will go that extra mile for you. I've written over a thousand reviews for the internet, and this one I took great pleasure writing. They should change their name to Skys the limit Auto Sales..I couldn't be any happier, wonderful folks ,honest and sincere, and great prices.

Don't buy nothing from the owner. Went to go get a vehicle from them and the owner is not so pleasant. I would not recommend them.
