It's hard to comment on their service because they couldn't do it. I called to get service on my VW Winnebago Rialta 1995. They said they could do it so scheduled appointment Wed. On dropoff, informed they were a little behind and the lift needed was out of service.I left my vehicle, checked back several times since I received no calls.Long sorry short, the requested service not done after 9 days, basically because of broken lift, which it seems they should have known from the start.

They finally found my problem. I had a light that would pop on and off. We had it checked twice, "nothing on the diagnostic "We took it to them they found out that we had a light that was overheated and melted some wires. A little longer and it would have burned up the sensors"mucho expensive "Great job!Would recommend to anyone who owns a Mini Cooper in Brunswick Co. , NC.

Done oil change I paid for the kit just labor. Was supposed to fix park brake light. I got new brakes didn t install oil change brake inspection $300.00 I paid for supply just labor and light is still on park bake light

I love taking my car to this place! They do great work, on time and I know my car has been fixed with the right parts. They explain what is wrong and what needs to be done. I highly recommend them and will have work on my car in the future.

They really helped me out me out with my car. It was overheating and another shop told me I needed a head gasket. Well it turn out to be a hair line creak in the radiator and a dry rotted hose. It was way less then a head gasket. It was nice to deal with honest guys. Thanks!!!

Not good on communicating and leaving you in the dark not know how much when they have it done and found out yesterday was told that there was core charge on my my water pump and then I find out at autozone where I got my new one there isn't one and when i find out a deposit when I supplied my own when they said we won't touch it and come to find out they did and had it done and later was told that I shouldn't of been told that and excuse for attitudes was it's hot outside which is understandable but not attitude when a customer asks a question or says something they have an attitude doesn't do or help for the inconvenience of what they put their customers through and the lack of communication I will not be back if this is how they treat customers then that is not business like and professional

While driving our new to us mini motor home with a VW engine to the NC beach, the check engine light came on. Anthony worked us in and fixed that problem and found a leak. He worked us in again and fixed that. Anthony was very knowledgeable and concerned for the road worthiness for our trip home. Also some nice restaurants around. However I pulled in rt behind my sons saab that we were picking up after $800 in 2 weeks and a lady came in the office raising hell that I was in the wrong place awesome shop unprofessional owner I don't talk to my dog nor kids like the lady spoke to us! My low air pressure light came on as I was leaving the Holden. Stopped at Ray's . Very nice gentlemen helped us checked air pressure, added air at no cost!! Very polite and helpful! Will go back!

They told me an ignition coil was going out and a cylinder was missfiring, then they didnt fix it and charged me $200 to change my spark plugs, that didn't need to be changed.
