They didn't have what I needed - but they helped me find it online -printed out info and i was able ro order it, at a reasonable price. O'Reilly rocks

I gave them 1 star because they were friendly at the store, I also have them 1 star because I brought in the battery to my vehicle suspecting it was dead. They tested it and told me that it was still good, putting out 12.66 volts.I thought something else was wrong with my vehicle so I called a tow truck, the driver asked if he could try something and he used a jump box on my old battery and my vehicle started right up! It was my battery after all... so that was $40 for them to come out and then I went to Auto Zone and bought a new battery for $200.Would not recommend O'Reilly in Shallotte!

Always a better management in place here, because most all other auto part stores have disgruntled, lazzy staff.

They are always friendly and helpful. I use two crutches to walk. The staff will offer to carry things to my car and get the items I need from the shelf. They just installed a battery for me it was cold and the terminal bolts were stripped. However, the person worked hard until the battery installation was done, plus friendly the whole time.

Have an older model little beach truck, left me stranded on Tuesday. But Mike make sure us three ladies had a new battery. Cleaned my cables and away we went. Thanks again Mike for the great customer service

Amanda (with long hair) waited on me, and she was wonderful. She is knowledgeable, and figured out exactly what the problem was, fixed it and had me back on the road in no time.

I don't even know where to begin every time I step into the store the staff is not only welcoming but extremely patient and kind. Today I was in there because I couldn't figure out what was causing my car to overheat I had no leaking and the radiator was bone dry. The one gentleman took his time and helped educate me on the best way to repair the hole I had in one of my cooling lines. After I spent 5 hours making the repair in the parking lot he made sure that the car was full of water coolant mix as well as he got my part order for me. I will never go any other place for parts but this location because of the staff. Thank you again for all your kindness and understanding

I'm building a hot rod, needed a special u-joint. I actually went to a competitor first, no help. O'Reillys guy actually took the time to find what I needed ordered it, had it in the store in a couple hours so I could pick it up today. And the price was excellent. O'Reilly Auto Parts ROCKS!

I came into the store with an impossible situation, and Nikki made sure we exhausted every option available. She was super helpful and very passionate about finding a solution to my problem. Even though we couldnt find the super obscure, unknown matching part, she helped me get to a solution that worked. 5/5 stars.

Went to return an item they sold me that was the wrong size (bad start). There were around 10 customers and 3-4 employees and I was the only one wearing a mask. No one was social distancing. There was a rope keeping customers a foot or two back from the counter. There was a groupd of 4 customers and 2 employees all within 2 feet of each other talking. This is the problem people!!!

I visited the Shallotte store this week.. Not exactly knowing what I needed..But the assistant manager MICHAEL was very helpful, caring and patient..He made sure I got exactly what I needed....Thanks MICHAEL!!!

Hi this is Bobbie Anderson and this is to whom it may concern. I have a very special person named Mandy who works at O'Reilly's and has helped me every time I come in. I know nothing about cars and their parts, but she always makes me feel like I understand what's going on. I have been working on my daughter's car BlaireWhitney'Anderson, who was murdered two streets over back in October 2018 it has been hard for me to get her car back running but I tried to let somebody help me by the name of danny. he not only stole from me he stole from O'Reilly's and did not turn in the starter which I had sent with him all the way up to O'Reilly's. When I got to O'Reilly's yesterday, I heard that Mandy had gotten in trouble and almost fired by one of the people in the company. Please please please do not hold Mandy responsible for this because I did not know that the starter had never gotten to her and to the store. Everybody there always helps me and is right on time everything I need.I want to make sure that everyone understands that Nikki Beresoff is the manager at O'Reilly's and told me about this yesterday. I would have felt terrible that Mandy Galvan, would have gotten in trouble over something that I was responsible for. I called her and told her that the shifter was on its way he already had it out of the car I do not know why he took it. Brunswick county law enforcement is aware of this guy working on my car and other people's car and cutting my catalytic converter off. Then when the car wouldn't run he cut every wire and everything he could off of my car I am starting from scratch. I'm just lucky that I have friends that will help me get my car back on the road because they knew Blaire and want to help me get her car back on the road.if there's anything you need in the future for your car ladies listen here, Mandy Galvan and the manager Nikki Beresoff, will help you in any way and make sure that you don't feel uneducated or will explain anything that you need in the future. I always enjoy coming in and speaking to a woman but guys they have guys there and big guys who are going to throw this Danny out next time. Thanks for listening to me and I appreciate your time. I am in ocean isle Beach North Carolina and I wouldn't call anybody but O'Reilly's at 754-9900. To the headquarters and upper management you would have made a big mistake not keeping Mandy and Nikki at the store. Have a good one y'all. Be blessed, stay well.Bobbie Anderson

Had purchased a tail light bulb and then found I still had an extra in the glove box afterwards so had to return it. People could not have been nicer.

O'Reilly is the BEST brick-and-mortar parts store around in my opinion. I've worked for three of the large national chains, and O'Reilly was the best-stocked and best organized of them, with better prices and selection than Autozone or Advance. The O'Reilly in Shallotte, NC is staffed by competent, friendly, fantastic people. I always use O'Reilly for my auto parts needs@

Typical auto parts store catering to more newer vehicles. I have an older vehicle and have not had any big success getting parts with them.
