I really had a really good experience with the Jones Ford service department. I have had my truck serviced twice there so far and each time I got in and out much faster than anticipated with no issues. Service advisor was friendly and helped make the process smooth.

Went here for an oil change and inspection. The service writers are never friendly, not ugly, just not nice or welcoming. I don't recall ever seeing either one of them smile. I always take my car to a Ford dealership, but I hate this is the one closest to me.The best part about this dealership is that the other customers are always friendly.

Only reason I didn't give half a star is because it isn't an option and the half a star would be for the sales staff doing their job. If you have to get your vehicle fixed here expect a month plus wait and a bill that reflects time spent not actual work on the vehicle. The service department lacks any actual service acumen on the clerical side and the lone saving grace is the service manager who can instantly tell when a customer isn't happy. I was told my truck was ready for pick up but it needed batteries (it didn't they had left the interior light on and it ran the batteries down over sitting for two plus months) I declined and was given a total of $1,440 for diagnostic, troubleshooting, and replacement of the abs sensor. They STILL installed new batteries after I explicitly told the shop secretary Christine not to (it added $500 to the bill) and had to wait another hour to pick up my truck for the techs to return from lunch. Upon inspection after my old batteries were reinstalled my truck STILL wasn't ready as they neglected to reinstall the fender flare on the driver side front and had placed it into the backseat instead of the bed of the truck. I guess after 2 plus months though you forget some things. The previous negative reviews about the service department are spot on. Do not take your vehicle here for anything service related.

Jones ford has, hands' down, the best Ford service department I have encountered in my time as a Ford owner. They set my appointment in a timely manner, repaired the vehicle the first time as promised. Had the vehicle ready when promised. Returned my vehicle to me just as clean as it was when I dropped it off. (This sounds trivial, but twice I took my vehicle to Capital Ford in Wilmington (yes I called them out like that) and it was returned to me with mud all the way up the side of the vehicle). I picked my vehicle up on a Saturday when the service department was closed and the sales department was very helpful in taking my payment and directing me to my vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Terrible service department . Poor communication and quality of work is sub par . Greasy fingerprints left all over head liner , poor fitment , and a dent. Car was returned in worse shape than before the "repairs".

I went through the ordering process starting last September 2022 and ordered a 2023 Ford Maverick. I appreciated how Jones Ford explained everything about this process including the long wait and it was worth the wait!! Working with Sarge was fun. He was super helpful in explaining the features of my truck. Jason worked the financing end with us and it went smoothly. Answered all our questions. Wonderful experience!

He stayed in touch, followed up, and made the whole car buying process easy and enjoyable. He answered our many and varied questions with both professionalism and accuracy. The sales team Dwane and Manager Brandon are honest and fair. Gave us a great deal on our new Bronco. Jason in finance gave us an awesome deal on an extended warranty. We could not be more pleased with our experience. I wish we would have found them years ago.

My car would not crank so it was towed to Jones Ford for repairs. After 7 weeks of the car not being touched and still in the same spot outside, they finally started working on it. I actually went to the service department 4 times over the 7 week period and always got an excuse from Chris the service manager! Finally I got my car back yesterday and had to pay $330! I was told that something in the ignition had burned up and was replaced. The job took 2 days but yet my car sat there for 7 weeks! I will never take my car back there nor will I recommend anyone else to do so!!

Dwane Galey and Jason Marshburn were extremely professional during the pre-delivery and delivery of our 2024 Maverick. Jones Ford's no-hassle/no additional dealer markup way of doing business made it worth the extra drive from out-of-town to order and purchase our new vehicle.

From service to sales I have had great experience with Jones Ford. Owning a few different Ford models they have always been up front and worked with me to get my service work done in a timely manner. I took delivery a Bronco recently (took some time to get) but the sales staff was fantastic in keeping me up to date with all delays due to supply chain issues. I will definitely be back.

Jones Ford was recommended to me by a neighbor. I made an appointment and went in for service.They did what they said they would do, did not try to upsell me on other maintenance, and charged a fair price. How refreshing it is to find an honest dealership. I will be back.

Best Ford dealer ever! I was helped by Mike Huey, DJ and Jason, fantastic group of people there. Over the years I've been to many Ford dealers, and Jones Ford in Shallotte is the best. Was worth the drive from Myrtle Beach. Highly recommend them.

Let me just say that I wish there was a selection for zero stars. We should have ran when my son said to run but we were played from the beginning. Jamie was very nice but you can t trust anything said from him. We paid cash for a vehicle but from car issues to service, just a joke after they received our money. We won t make that mistake again. Very disappointing.

I was turned down for a loan without them even checking my credit score. They didn t even try to work the numbers or anything. This is the most ridiculous car buying experience I ve ever had. They definitely cater to the rich and not the everyday average person! And I have great credit! I definitely will not be going back to this dealership, I m going back to the Chevy dealership in Wilmington. They already said they could help me.

50-65k on any 2024 Mustang. You have got to be kidding me. I can't imagine spending anymore than 35k on a GT! It's a Ford not even a Shelby. Dealer markups are only going to get worse, don't buy anything until they pay up themselves. These people are tweakin

It took 19 months to finally get delivery on a Bronco Outer Banks that I ordered in 2021, but Jones Ford made the final process very easy. They honored original pricing after several price increases that Ford implemented over the course of the model year change over and 2023 mid year price increases. I would highly recommend them for your next new car purchase.

The nicest peopleThe most professional peopleAnd the most true to their word people.A while back I broke down with a car I didn't purchase from them .The sales Manger saw we were stress. Calmed both myself and wife down.Got us off so we could get home safely .The manage Chris wouldn't take a penny from me.I didnt know this guy at all yet he just wanted to get us home safely.I swore that day when we left that jones Ford would be the place for me to buy a car if the need arose.Well yesterday we actually bought a car from them.Tbe owner was appreciative of what I told him about his service Manger of 27 years and we reunited with Chris and told him that we bought this car because of his kindness when we needed help.Would reference jones Ford every day and all day long.Thanks very muchJc
