I have been here a few times and they are always friendly, professional, honest and helpful. Even referred me somewhere else if they couldn't do it.

Ran over a nail with run-flat tire. They took me in and plugged it for $20. Kuddos to Brandon. He was very polite and had my vehicle out in 5 minutes.I'll take my business there from now on.

I had picked up a small screw in my tire . I called and they said to bring it over. The mechanic didn't charge me because it didn't puncture the tire. Which was awesome because being on vacation my money was tight. What a blessing and thank you Coastal tire for your kindness

After 3 years here, just discovered Coastal Tire. They've been around since 1985, and from what I heard in the office from customers, they have some really loyal customers. I'm now one of them. They were able to get a hard to find tire quickly, made it easy to set up an appointment, were on time with the appointment, and I heard nothing but respect between employees and with customers. Love doing business with this type of company. Coastal will be my first call next time we need tires!PS: It's a shame people are posting 1 star reviews for really minor things. This is a 5 star company.

Found this place from a family friend, they are very friendly and courteous. They aren t out to take every penny you have. Small town feel and right on point with every aspect from customer service to knowledge. Use them for your needs!!!

Coastal Tire was recommended to me when I purchased my car. I have used them for months now and have been very happy with the employees and service. Then today I had an oil change scheduled and a friend of mine almost had me cancel because he said he could do my oil change for less......I thought about it and was like thanks but I already have an appointment set. Thank God I kept my appointment because when they were pulling my car out an employee noticed a rear wheel bearing issue..... That could have been a huge problem. I thank them for discovering it and taking car of it right away. My son will be driving my car in a few short weeks and that could have had life changing results. I recommend this company!!!!!!I love coastal tire and all the employees there I have used coastal tire and alignment. They have service my two vehicles I wouldn't go anywhere else

These guys are the greatest! Top notch service! Most of all these guys are honest. I took my Jeep in to get a front end alignment the other day because I had just put new tires on and wanted to make sure my alignment was good. After putting my Jeep up on the rack and checking it out the tech asked me how the old tires has been wearing and I told him I had no idea. A few minutes later he comes in and tells me I m good to go and it will only be $20 instead of the regular amount. He told me he hardly had to adjust anything that the alignment was good. Now they could have said nothing and charged me the full price and wouldn t have been none the wiser, totally satisfied. That earned them a customer for life now. I will be sending all my friends and family here for their auto needs. Like I said earlier these guys are # 1 top notch in my book!!!!

I've never had a negative experience here. That says alot!The owners are personable and treat everyone with respect. Women definitely won't get taken advantage of, here.

Made an appointment to check a leaking tire. They took me a few minutes earlier than scheduled. Found a nail. Fixed it. Checked all the tires thoroughly. Said they were good. Very professional. Reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

I'll start off by saying I'm new to the area, and I have been looking for a fair, trustworthy mechanic to replace the one I had back home. I needed just one tire for my daughter's car, don't ask my why. So I saw Costal on the internet, and they were close. I called and told them the make and model and the brand of tire to match the other 3. He said they would have it the next day, so I setup an appointment to have it installed. I arrived 10 mins early and checked in. My car was taken back immediately and in 10 mins I was at the check-out desk paying for the service. I will add that he never told me the price of the tire and service on the phone, nor did I ask, so I thought this would be a good test. My conclusion, I am extremely pleased with the price, service, professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely be back for other tire and service needs.

Inconsistent vehicle inspection prices... Brought my vehicles here in 2020 was charged $13.60. This year I was charged $23.60 because of the tint on my windows. I was told well I could come back so they can charge me for the $10 they missed last year! Oddly, my parents went here recently as well and also have tint and weren't charged a tint fee! So luck of the draw you may or may not get a Tint Fee!!!

My dad's been coming to this place for a while now for front end alignments, oil changes, brake work, that sort of thing. So earlier this year when I needed new brake pads, I brought my car here. Brake pads worked beautifully - for about two, three months. Then they started squeaking and squealing like crazy. Well I brought the car back and they made good on it. It was obviously a faulty set of pads on the front of my car that they got from their supplier so a new set - better than what was put on before - was ordered and brought out in a matter of minutes. From front to back, we were there for maybe 40 minutes and left with brand new brake pads on the front of my car at no charge. These guys do good work and stand by it. I'd definitely recommend.

I went to get a car inspection because I had moved to NC a week before. Had extensive conversation with the gentleman about moving from Columbus Ohio and found that I lived in the neighborhood as one of his relatives. So he was very aware that I had just moved. So I took the inspection to the BMV and the lady stated that because I had not lived in NC at lear a year that I did not need an inspection and should have been told that when I went to get it. So I called the shop and told them what happened, the gentleman laughed at me and said well you wanted an inspection. Needless to say I canceled my appointment for my oil change which supposed to happen the next day. I will never go back to this shop because there is a thing called Integrity, and they don't seem to have it.

It is a awesome place with great people, I've dealt with them for years now I've found them to be very honest and reasonable in price, the employees there seem very knowledgeable as well. I would definitely suggest doing business with them.

They have servicd our Vehicle for 6 years. They have never taken advantage of us, They have always treated us with respect and fairness, and we would highly recommend them. Is rare to trust a service provider for automobiles but we trust them100%

When you make an appointment, they are very prompt. Very courteous and friendly. Additionally, their prices are very competitive, even against Costco!

I had tires installed on my Explore yesterday, the 4th or 5th set of tires I have purchased and had installed at Coastal Tire in Shallotte. The folks there are friendly and always do a great job. I had an appointment at 4pm and arrived at 3:50pm, I was driving away with new tires at 4:20pm. Great, great service and highly recommended.

I was in a tight spot to get an inspection in time. I was turned away from multiple places, but Coastal took me right in even though they were busy. You can t put a price on customer service! Thank you!
