First time visit, because O'Reilly's couldn't even tell me my battery was dead! The woman behind the counter acted a little as if I was putting her out but she thought about how she acted and became more pleasant.

Very attentive to me and changed my windshield wiper in less than 30 seconds! They also didn t try to sale me the most expensive brand! So no complaints from me.#PayAttnToDetail

I HIGHLY recommend AutoZone in Shallotte! I had an issue with my battery and Sarah explained the situation and fixed everything! Excellent customer service from Sarah and Keith and the rest of their team! They are the best!

Love my local AZ. Always quick service with a smile. Plenty of solutions and parts. smaller size store does not have as much inventory as some other stores.

Oh My Gosh! I had the Best experience today with Associate Lee at Auto Zone . He is the Best Employee Ever! He was Kind, Considerate, Patient and was Helping me while multi-tasking and making sure other people were taken care of as well! Thank you Lee!!

I needed a new pair of windshield wipers, so I went to Auto zone during my short break at work Maria helped me SUPER fast, installed the wipers for me, and was so kind and genuine. I have never had such good service at an Auto Zone. I was in and out within 5-7 minutes. Highly recommend!

Maria was extremely patient with me ( I am an 81 yr widow). Maria did not rush me and was as sweet as can be, even tho I called her at 8:45 p.m. She should get a bonus. Thanks for such good service.

Clean, well stocked friendly staff. Had everything you needed and then some. One female employee was coughing really bad, hope she feels better with all this tree pollen going around. Can't beat those prices.

Counter help were friendly as usuallyfor this store. I was disappointed though because they had 3/4 inch drive rachets and breaker bars, however no sockets to go with them.

I had a suspect battery or charging issue and spoke to a young lady at the counter. She immediately checked the battery and the engine codes for possible related issues. The battery was the issue and she made a couple recommendations and then changed the battery and checked the alternator to insure proper charging. She informed me on every step of the process and was always very professional. Thanks Maria, great customer care!

It would have been better had the worker not been a jerk over a tool. The tool that would have fixed my car in 2 minutes... We said, "Can we borrow "X" tool...or "Z" tool, either one will work." Because the worker heard X tool first he said they didn't have it. He didn't offer the tool that would work to replace the part...that he did have. Why be so literal and not think outside the box...offer another option..."Oh, we have this rather..."

I have been going to this store for many years and I have never been disappointed (that I honestly remember). They are knowledgeable, polite and helpful people who will assist you or point you in the right direction. I have no attachment to the store. I am not affiliated in any way with the store nor its employees. I am giving this review in all honesty and from the bottom of my heart.

Needed wiper blades for my jeep.I figured they could help. Spent way to long trying to remove one and finally gave up. I went in and she new exactly what I needed and which make was the best for my needs.Then she asked if I needed help getting them on. Haleluia! 7 minutes flat she the old ones off and replaced with the new. What great service!

I used advance auto parts for a little over 10 years only because of my dad working there and that sweet employee discount of his I was able to use. During his time there I never used any other parts stores because I was saving allot of money shopping there only. It's been a blessing in disguise because of the fact that AutoZone is actually a much better shopping experience compared to advance auto. AutoZone carries a much larger selection of auto parts as well as detailing product and accessories. This store is very clean as well as being shockingly well organized. The staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I'll never darken the doors of advance auto or O'Reilly's ever again. I'd rather pay a little more to get stellar customer service and the joy of buying my odds and ends for my cars from a person that is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable vs saving that money and in turn buying those same things from someone that hates their job and knows nothing about a car or how it works. AutoZone is in my opinion the best of the best when it comes to auto part stores and their employees fit into that exact same best of the best category. There are a lot of businesses that could stand to take a few pointers from AutoZone on how to make buying the things you need an enjoyable experience and giving the absolute best customer service possible. Shop here and you will not be disappointed.

While on a trip from out of town the check engine light came on. Being so far from home we were concerned about traveling home with this light on. We stopped by AutoZone and David came out to help us with the scan tool, identified the problem and found a solution quickly. Thanks to David he saved our vacation and trip.

Our battery light came on at 2:30pm in New years eve. We went to Auto zone and Maria checked our car. Alternator was bad . She and hubby replaced the alternator twice after she got off work on Thursday and Friday. What an angel is. We are so thankful that God chose her to help us. Thank you Maria and thank you Auto zone for hiring such and amazing lady.

All the staff are friendly and take the time to greet you when you enter the store. They are very helpful even if you can't exactly remember the name of your item needed.

i had a friend drive me from N. Myrtle Beach to Shallotte to pick up a mass air flow sensor that they said they had in stock. I called first. I got the part and went back to N. Myrtle to get it fixed. Wrong part. Had to get them to take me back to Shallotte to take the part back. They told me it was boxed wrong. They did not have the right part and it was too late to get it. I was told if it was an hour earlier they could have gotten it. I was there two hours ago so whose fault is this? I had to wait an extra day to get my car fixed and I m from out of town. I asked to keep my receipt because I did not know that they were going to refund cash and one lady rudely said I don t know why she thinks she needs a receipt. I wanted to make sure they credited my card. Then they were unsure which register had any money. It was one big CF. I got a really lame sorry

Walked in to ask on how to change windshield wipers, the young man behind the counter came outside and not only showed me, he helped me. I have shopped here before, same great service.
