I was a first time buyer looking to find a decent ride with $2700 down. I went to auto saints and was pointed to a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Was told there was motor work done and that it just passed inspection. Well boy were both of those wrong. Let s start with the long list of issues I ve had in the first month of having it.Firstly, I had ONE hi beam working.. other one wasn t, one low beam bulb was blown and the other bulb wasn t even in the housing.. When I put new low beam bulbs in it, they wouldn t work at all.. turns out the fuses were both blown.. put two new fuses in it and they blew IMMEDIATELY.. You guessed it! A wiring issue! Had to spend hours tearing it apart to track down a spot where a ground wire under the dash had been burned through and was coming in contact with a positive wire. Fixed that issue and then I finally had all lights working..Secondly, after having it for a day or so, boom that check engine light that they erased before selling it to me came right back on.. They 100% knew it was there and unfortunately being a first time buyer, I didn t really think about having the engine checked for stored codes. Got it checked and what do you know.. 5 out of 6 cylinders were missing. Pulled out all the plugs and of course they were all fouled out. Replaced them and it fixed that issue. However check engine code was still on for a Evap leak at that point in time.Thirdly, windows were working for a few days and all of a sudden they quit all together. I m aware this is a pretty common issue for Jeeps so wasn t too shocked however when I started pulling fuses and checking common issues, turned out it looked like it had been jerry rigged pretty recently where the rubber grommet holds the wires between the door. Wires had been retwisted and electrical taped.To put the icing on the cake, on the ride home from work last night the car started revving high. I was going 55 on 211and it started slowing down, lost all power, I gave it gas nothing. It finally gave in a little but had nothing but hick ups.. wouldn t go over 15 mph. The whole car was shaking, check engine light was flashing had to pull over and turn the car off and turn it back on. I didn t think I was going to make it home.Long story short, this thing has been nothing but a money pit before you know it I m going to have to spend more on the issues than I did for the whole vehicle. Only reason I m giving two stars and not one is because auto saints did give me 100$ for the spark plugs and headlights. Pretty much made me sound like a bs-r when I said there wasn t a headlight in the housing and told them there was no way it passed inspection. Also made it sound like they were doing me a good solid by selling to me because they showed me how they were apparently charged 800$ for a first time buyer fee.If I m being honest, I 100% believe they knew this thing had a lot of issues and they sold it and just gave me a little hush hush money to try and act like they were doing me right. Made me sign a form of good faith when they gave me that, now I realize that was just to make sure I can t sue them in the future for selling me a pile of junk.

Purchased a GMC truck from Rick at Auto Saints and as with most pre owned vehicles, the truck had some issues. Rick assured me that any issues were minor and he would make sure to make me happy with my purchase. I want everyone to know that this is a man of his word. Rick went far above and beyond to satisfy me with my purchase. This man and his company will go far. Great company and great salesman. Thank you.

My husband and I had a top rate experience at Auto Saints. Rick was very patient with us while selecting a vehicle & allowed us to test drive a LOT of vehicles (some even twice). All the vehicles were nice and clean with clean titles and good car faxes. Rick was honest, knowledgeable & straightforward with us - which doesn t usually happen at small dealerships. Overall I highly recommend this business!

First of all, I really need for everyone who see this review that everyone go visit Mr Ricky Bary and his dog Oscar, who is very professional and very honest about his vehicles. My son just bought his very first truck from auto saints and he love it. Mr. Ricky didn't give us this old car sale routine or put in a vehicle that we didn't like. He made my son and I feel like we were good paying customers. He help us make a great decision on what was affordable for us. If you are look for a vehicle that fit in you budget, I recommend auto saints. This place is the best. Thank you so much Mr. Ricky.

The truck we bought had alot of repairs that were needed. Many were wear and tear that simply hadn't been done. When you buy used you expect some wear and tear. We just kept having issue after issue which we didn't expect for a truck with less than 100,000 miles. However; Rick did work with us and tried to make things right. We appreciated his effort and professionalism. He did more than most used car dealers would.

Rick, the owner, and all the employees at Auto Saints were fantastic with customer service, work ethic, and honesty. Great place to shop for a reliable vehicle at a fair price. Rick also offered us an extremely good trade in value for our older truck.

Buyers beware. I lost 10k on a deal with Rick. The Diesel Jeep he is selling is not road worthy. I owned it for 4 months and had nothing but problems. It needs a fuel pump, and a turbo a 8k$ job. Not only that, its emissions deleted. Which means good luck getting a clear inspection. As it's emissions equipment has been tampered with. I was able to return the Jeep to him at another loss for a pickup he had on the lot. As I was in desperate need of a vehicle. All in all with the harassment from Rick and his lack of integrity I urge caution in doing business here. Thoroughly test drive and have eny vehicle looked at by a competent mechanic before purchasing. I'm sure many have had good experiences with Rick. Mine not so much. Like I said from the beginning. Buyer beware.

Rick is awesome. I called him and he held a truck for me until I showed up. Then he stayed with us well past closing hours to help my Brother Inlaw get approval on a car. I highly recommend them

Rarely do I post a review good or bad, but I wanna let the public know of my experience with Rick at auto saints in Shallotte. It started with a camaro that was a bit outta my price range or so I thought, after a couple of brief conversations with Rick, he went to work on numbers. The next day he called me and had a way that I could afford the car and the payments were in the exact range that I needed them to be. The car runs and looks great, truly a super experience in buying, making a new friend, and getting exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. If your in the market for a like new used car, go by and see Rick, don t just drive by and assume you can t afford the vehicle stop in he can make magic happen. Thanks again Rick.

I can not tell you how wonderful it is to know that you can trust a used car dealer. Rick is the best and he will move mountains to take care of his customers. This guy really cares and it shows. He really stands by his vehicles and will shoot you straight. Go see him if you are looking for a nice used vehicle and don t forget to say hello to Oscar while you are there. Auto saints isnt so "saint like" They sold the truck I was coming to get from beneath me. Messaged their Facebook on 5/25/23 about a truck and told them we would be coming from Myrtle beach and I would be there the very next day since it was to late and was told okay. On 5/26/23 I got off work early to go pick up truck, and when I walked in they informed me it had just been sold for cash. Shady business. Do not recommend.

Go see Barry at Auto Saints I guarantee you re not going to find a better deal or get treated with respect the same way anywhere else. We drove an hour to check out their lot and they got us in a vehicle no problem. This is the place to go get your truck or suv if you live in the Wilmington, Brunswick, or Myrtle Beach area. These are honest, local, and hardworking people. I ll never support big business over Auto Saints.

I am out of state and contacted Rick through a good friend of mine. From beginning to the end it was a smooth process. He constantly texted or called me if their was something I needed to know, very informative. He was polite, courteous, upfront, honest and organized. I could have not asked for a better experience! We saw a car we loved and the very next day we brought it home. The owner was a no nonsense, HONEST guy!! He treated us with such respect and kindness. Making it a seamless deal! I would recommend Auto Saints to ANYONE looking for a great deal!

We just bought a 2008 Honda Ridgeline from Barry yesterday and I can say he made it happen for us. He was so helpful and was willing to negotiate with us to make the price work with what we had. They re knowledge of the vehicle and process to get us on the road was great, but what really impressed us was his honesty. Everything he said lined up with the Car Fax reports and he didn t try to blow smoke or make a fortune off of one sale. This is a locally owned and operated lot that s looking out for the community. If you re looking for a well maintained truck or suv this is the place you should take your business. I promise you you re not going to get a better deal and it s nothing like these huge dealership where you feel like you re swimming in shark infested waters.

Rick was a good guy but the truck I got was junk don t buy from here he go s to the car Auction and he get them for dirt then try to sell for 13,000 to 30,000 like there new if I go here to get a car go to the Car auction be cheaper
