Some nice cars there. But some shady deals there, too. Went to a different Deacon Jones and they brought up a screen showing how much I should have been offered for some of the cars there. They were between $4000-10,000 overpriced on the sticker.They did say which cars were being sent to the auction for faults.

I've gotten two vehicles from this place, no high pressure tactics, up front and honest. I went to a competitor under the same Deacon banner and it was a terrible experience. The salesmen was doing his job well, however the manager came out and started slaming this place. Immediately I felt like if you have to put other people down to make your car look better then its not the place for me. This location was excellent and both my vehicles have been great quality. I'm very happy with my experience here!

Purchased our used 2008 F150 from here after weeks of searching. It was the cleanest car we had seen compared to much younger models, runs like a dream and very reasonably priced! We love the truck we will definitely be looking for our next vehicle here! Thank you Mr. Mike Cherry!

My daughter just purchased a used car here and this was the best deal we found. We drove a hour and a half to see the car it was better than described. Mike was a pleasure to work with and made the experience very pleasant. When were in the market for another used car we will check with them first. Thanks again for the great deal !

Avoid this place at all cost. Mike is the salesmen that told me the used car I purchased was inspected and ready to be sold. after 2 weeks I had issues and he said he would take care of it. Nothing done as of yet and to make things worse more issues arrive. This car had a bad break system and should have never been sold. The car is a lemon and these guys do not keep their word. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Great place to buy a vehicle. Very knowledgeable staff and willing to work with you any time. Dealt with my salesman yesterday, kept contact after hours last night, and thru the day today while dealing with idiots at the bank to get me in my truck. Huge thanks to the sales manager for being patient and kind.

If I can add a 0 star I would, Salesman automatically thought I was going to buy a car when I have asked how am I eligible to buy one from there. Had asked my information but ran my credit without letting me know or my consent. Test drove a car, took it to a mechanic before purchased, transmission seemed like it was painted on, too many oily leaks and still tried to sale the car to me. I have not made a decision to buy the car at any point and assumed that I was and had paperwork ready to filled out. Left very disappointed. I would not recommend buying at this place. They would try to sugar coat the cars and make them look good but in reality they are just as bad especially with ridiculous price on them.

Sold me a POS. I had to replace the battery within 2 months of getting it. $277, which they said they would refund me for...of course they didn t! They didn t pay off my vehicle that I traded in, I was basically harassed by the bank for 2 months threatening to file it on my credit...I ended up having to pay it off so it wouldn t affect my credit. I would never recommend them!!

I bought an 09 JKU from this place. They are not a good company. They said they did a tune up. They didnt. The spark plugs I took out where black and broke, radiator was filled with brown water. Check engine light came on after a drive cycle. So this leads me to believe they don't maintain nor take care of the vehicles they sale. Don't buy from them. Better off buying elsewhere. They also took two months to get my plates to me. An officer had to make them hand deliver my plates. Worse experience ever.

I didn't mind the place they were actually pretty good folks in there. The truck I looked at was horrifically rusted under the body and the harmonic balancer and waterpump/fan assembly looked like a part of a coral reef from corrosion but they did inform me it had not been looked over by their mechanics yet.... but it was listed for sale online. Kind of a neutral experience.

When I go to look at a car on a lot, and want to test drive it, I expect it to start up! Nope tonights experience was not the case! We went to test drive the Sorento and went to crank the thing and it did not start!! The battery was not even hooked up! Whoever did that mistake should be very ashamed of themselves, they lost what could have been a $15,000 sale! Disappointing!

Probably the worst of the deacon jones, already over charge on their cars. Tells you the best deal possible, but won't tell you what you get till they hit your credit. Would suggest a salvage place over any deacon jones.

A rainy cold day checking out a Jeep on their lot. A gentleman approached to assist me. I immediately told him that the Rubicon wasn't what I was looking for, and he, in this miserable weather went out of his way to inform me of the pro's and cons of different Jeeps, his no pressure helpfulness, and genuine friendliness earned him at least a shot of one day selling me a car.

First, we were not pressured in any way. We went to just look at cars. And we drove out in a very nice DodgeSUV. Don't like being pressured in any way, and if was very nice.

When I purchased my car 4-6 months ago salesman were friendly but my motor went out yesterday called to ask about today all they said was try to refinance loan to get repaired or come back to get another car. Smh I told him when I bought it I needed it to be reliable and I did oil changes so it was a motor issue when I purchased

BOUGHT a 2012 silverado from here.. got home the next day.. shifter cable was broke... did an oil change on it.. water underneath the oil cap.. transmission felt like it was slipping after about the first week.. called and they said they DONT STAND BEHIND any of there vehicles... so be aware.. and if you feel like throwing THOUSANDS of dollars in the trash.. then this is the place for you

Test drove a used van. Salesman said price is non negotiable. So I left. I've never heard that from a used car salesman before.
