My cousin hit a pothole on I-95 on our to a baby shower in Greenville, cutting tree sidewall of her tire.The guys at Rock Auto took great care of her. We were able to source a tire from another tire shop, and the guys at Rock Auto installed it, and we were able to get back on the road.There was a lot of conversation, banter and laughter between us and the Rock Auto guys, which made an aggravating situation secondary to the laughs and jokes we shared.They even took care of another couple's tire need that didn't have enough money to pay for the fix.Everything happens for a reason, and my family is grateful for the guys at Rock Auto.

If I could give this place half a star I would. Went in here not even a month ago when my truck was overheating on the way to work. When I told them I needed antifreeze they came up with any other excuse as to what could be causing the issue without even looking at it. When I told them I myself and mechanic friends work on my vehicle they acted as though just because I was a girl I didn t know how to fix my own vehicle. Come to find out I was right all along. I had an antifreeze leak. What should be maybe an hour tops to do somehow turned into almost $200 in labor plus the parts charge and a random $30 shop fee that was never talked about. At the end of it all a thermostat change on an 02 Dakota cost me $430 out the door. Ridiculous if you ask me. Couple weeks go by and I have my mechanic friend changing my oil. Only to get a text saying my thermostat is still leaking. Call the shop, explain to Rock what s going on and he s simply not listening to me. Told me they closed at 3 pm on Saturdays. Drive by at 3:27 and the shop is still open. If I paid for the work it should be done right the first time. Will NOT be bringing my truck back to this shop for them to fix their mistake. I ll do it myself.

Somehow got charged over 70 dollars for a vehicle inspection and the receipt isn t itemized and they apparently added a tip for themselves.

Please do not come to this place for any service needs, they are not a honest price competition. I was told that it would been $150.00 for alignment and $25.00 each wheel balance and rotate by another shop guy. My bill turned into alot higher which was $366.80 and best part was my credit card was charged more than what the bill was. My credit card was charge for the amount of $381.47 instead of the bill and I didn't noticed that until I got home. I called my other shop that I couldn't get to and they were alot cheaper to do all of it which was about $180.00. I will never come here again!!!

Rock , the owner claimed to be a honest Christian man. Well this honest man charged me $886.00 to fix some sparkplugs and ignition coils on my car. He charged me for a diagnostic and over charged me for labor! He did not have signage about not taking credit or debit cards up anywhere in the building. When I tried to pay with my card, I was told to go get cash. He then said that if I insisted on using a card it would have added a $30.00 fee. The bill would have been $900! The service was horrible and to add injury to insult two days later the car started doing exactly the same thing! I called, and Mr. Rock, himself said to give it a few days to settle. He never looked at it. To make a long story short, I was taken!He said he was honest but the car had a service bulletin out on it, that one of his workers told me about after the third vist! Rock screamed and yelled at me when he thought I was going to ask for a refund. Several mechanics have told me that I was definitely charged excessively for labor. I was basically charged $800.00 for changing spark plugs and coils that lay right in the front of the car and required maybe 1 hour of labor. This place is a wreck and provide terrible service. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I have never written a negative review, but Rock Automotive and the owner, Rock deserve every word of this. Keep driving find anyone else but whatever you do is dont take your car here!

Over priced. Hidden fees. Gives one price then hits you with a much higher one at checkout. Takes advantage especially of women. Steer clear. Untruthful. Got there with a car that drove straight, but left with a car that pulls right. Owner started calling asking for more money. Charges twice the going rate for used tires. Straight up yuck

Not sure who runs this place but they need to hire decent motivated worker(s) at the front desk. I felt my energy being sucked just from being among them. Only decent employee was a black man who did my inspection. I don t know what there prices are and am looking for a decent repair shop in Selma but I was not all that impressed or comfortable coming back for any type of vehicle work. This place has much potential if they have the right people in my opinion.

They charge a $80.00 diagnostic fee to look at any issue. They don't even have a diagnostic machine. It's a visual inspection and guessing. Change my tie rods. Wasn't the problem. Bright side I do have new tie rods. Went to another mechanic to fix my issue and they didn't charge a diagnostic fee.

My car started stalling in the middle of driving on the road. We stopped by here and they took a look at my car and found the issue and fixed it immediately and I was back on the road within the hour. The price may not be the most competitive but they really came through when I needed it.

I went for an oil change and they charged me almost double. Don't go to that place. At first they say one price and then give another. It's a scam and it takes like two hours and then the staff doesn't know what they're doing. They are not professionalsYo fui a un cambio de aceite y me cobraron casi el doble no vayan a ese lugar al principio dicen un precio y luego dan otro es una estafa y se tardan como dos horas y luego el personal como que no saben lo que est�n haciendo.
