So disappointed, I paid my deposit in the first week of January with such hopes and expectations of a brand new strong shed in my backyard before my new job working from home. I was extremely surprised about two and half weeks after deposit I received a call that it was ready and I could come by and look at it. About two days after I did, I was disappointed as there were several spilt studs throughout. When I pointed this out the the sells gentleman could only reply in a condescending manner. Stating it was an inexpensive shed and I couldn t expect much and how Good quality wood is hard to get . This shed was costing me $3,700 as I am front line worker, and what you or what anyone else thinks is expensive or inexpensive is not justifiable for what I was promised and what I expected as a customer. This pandemic has hit as hard and I was affected as well it s already been tough as it is for is was low for how I was spoken too and how I ve been treated thus far, If this company wants to claim their shed are top quality and built like homes then it should have never left the site with such studs to begin with. I called the corporate office early last week and brought this to their attention, they sounded concerned and assured me I would get a call from that store manager but still nothing. NO CALL BACK, NO SHED AND NOW I LOST MY DEPOSIT. STAY AWAY! Not sure if it s a racial thing or a sexist thing as I am Hispanic and a female. At this point I m tired of all the wasted calls and time spent on the phone I don t even want the shed anymore. I am afraid if I still take it and something goes wrong with the shed they will only push me off like they already have been for the last three weeks. Please be aware and read everything. They installed this shell on my truck. The wiring into the trucks brake light has failed numerous times causing my truck tail lights to blow. I ve asked to re-wire the shell. No response. I ve ordered another third brake light from them and rear window props. I ve called several times to check the status of the parts. They said call back next week over and over blaming the lack of parts on COVID. My parts have been ordered for 14 months now . Do not recommend this Leonard accessory location.

Bought a topper for the bed of my Toyota Tacoma & a decked storage system. Installed both in about three hours. Prices were fair & < the competition. Sales staff is friendly & knowledgeable about the products they sell.I have recommended them to others. Great value for the money spent.

Bought a trailer Thursday went to use it for the first time an it s broke stuff is bent on it took it back up there to have them look at it he says my money is none refundable an it s not there problem I will be contacting my lawyer

We had a tow bar and base plate installed on our RV and Tow vehicle and the staff at Leonard's, especially Jeff Johnson, were extremely helpful.When we had a problem with the tow bar on our RV (that we provided) they patiently told us what was the issue and worked hard to get it resolved.These guys showed EXCELLENT Customer Service that we all expect and seldom receive. If we have any issues or what to do any upgrades, we will be coming back.

Great customer service! Came in to get a hard fold tonneau cover for my new Silverado. They offered me an alternative for the same price, when my choice was unavailable. Quick install and I was out the door in about 1 hour. Great job!!

Integrity! I have a 16ft enclosed trailer that is used once or twice a year. A year ago the person pulling the trailer felt the brakes needed replacing. I took the trailer in asking for the brakes to be replaced (my windows of opportunities to do this are limited and I can't pull the trailer). The trailer brakes were inspected and found to have almost all the pad. The problem was a bad wire! This saved me $100. Even though I insisted on having new brakes put on they dealt with the real issue. Thanks.

We were traveling to Florida from New Hampshire and had a tire blow out. 1 of my lug nuts stripped when changing the tire. I stopped at Discount auto and purchased new lug nuts that did not fit. I drove across the street to Leonard s. They gave me the correct lug nut and a new lug. They did not charge me for these. Thank you for helping me get back on the road. Really nice guys.

Jerry and Patrick treated me like family from the beginning! It was a pleasure buying a building through the Selma Leonard store. Jerry was a huge help in deciding on exactly what I needed when describing what I wanted the building for. After a couple trips to the store and some changes, the building was built exactly as I needed. I had to get my site prepped, so I had to delay delivery and it was no problem with Leonard. Then, the only day that worked for me for delivery was a Saturday, which Patrick made work in their schedule. Delivery and set up was a breeze! Honestly, you could not find a better group to work with than these guys! Thanks for the excellent experience!!

My husband stopped in at Leonard Buildings and Truck in Smithfield this morning. We had tried to install a tri-fold bedcover that we purchased on our own. Needless to say, we were not so successful. It was not seated properly and was leaking. Patrick offered to take a look for us and was a HUGE help. He re-seated the cover and even took the time to replace the weatherproof seal. Very nice guy and great customer service. We will definitely be coming back for purchases going forward. Highly recommended

If I could give them more stars or a higher rating I would !!!! Mr Jerry was very helpful and the customer service was above and beyond ,.. a great place reasonable honest reliable service! They helped me every step of the way from picking the right trailer to all the information and helping me get what I needed to get on the road! Being from out of town it s not always easy to find a reliable and trustworthy company they are amazing!

These guys Jordan and Patrick at Smithfield Leonard trailers really help me figure out my needs, after going through a lot of companies, I saw where Leonard trailers offered ladder racks and all the amenities needed for my Mercedes service van's, and trucks, they showed a old fashioned caring service attitude, which is very hard to find these days, and they new their way around the best up fit. The installation speaks for itself. I don't have to leave town anymore, thank you guys.

Ning�n hispano deber�a de comprar nada de aqu�. Este negocio prefiere trabajar con otros menos con los hispanos. We went to three of their locations and they all have inconsistent pricing on the same product we were looking for. They didn t want to work with us at all. They were being extremely difficult about the financing and when we decided to pay ALL CASH for it they increased the price by $300! We heard from other of our friends in the business that these people do not work very well with the Hispanic community and we didn t want to believe it. Now that we have proven that for ourselves.

Great staff! Had an issue with my bull bar that I caused. They jumped right on it and fixed my truck. Also gave my several options to replace my bull bar and information about what caused my issue.Aaa+++
