Gary took the call in and he was really a pleasant person to talk to. I have explained him the problem. They have arrived to the site where my driver was and fixed him really quick. I would definitely recommend this road service to anyone. Customer service 10/10Service: TiresService: Tires

We had a flat tire on I95 in our RV, even though we had just put on a new set of tires a few days before. G&S was the only company in the area willing to change a flat on an RV. They arrived within 30 minutes of the call, fixed the flat quickly, and we were on our way. The dispacther and road service technician were helpful and courteous. The technician also diagnosed the cause of the problem, which was improper installation. Thank you G &S Road Service!Service: Tires

Pulled into a truck for fuel and saw one of their trucks. My redline to trailer snapped off while driving through the parking lot. The shop on site was closing so I called these guys up to see if they'd replace it.I was quoted $200 for a 5 minute job & a $30 or so part. There was no need for a truck to come to come to me, it was already there. There is hardly any labor involved in this type of repair.Basically just a scam of a business.

I had an MAJOR air leak. Couldn t build! I was losing 70 psi in 3 minutes time when it was serviced at TA in Kenly, NC. They couldn t figure it out. I called G & S and the gentleman was out within 30 minutes and diagnosed the Issue within the hour. (compressor discharge line) Absolutely recommended to anyone in the industry if you re in Kenly, NC!Thank you guys!Service: Brakes

Great road side service. I had a flat on my RV and could not get my jack under to jack it up. They can out and got my spare on in under 30 minutes.
