We just picked up our brand new Alliance Delta 262RB and could not be happier. Our experience at Campers Inn (Selma) has been topnotch. From the very first phone call with Nancy to our sales person, David Knight, we were given the utmost attention and courtesies. We never felt pushed, rushed or harassed like at other dealers we have visited. David provided us with all the information and details we needed to make an informed decision on the best upgrade for our camping style. He was candid and professional; a true gem! From the time we walked in the door and were greeted by the friendly faces at the front desk to our final walk through with Patrick and financing with Jason, it was as if we were visiting old friends. Everyone was so willing to answer questions and help out. They are truly a team and it shows in their interactions with each other as well as their customers. If you are in the market for an RV, need service or just have questions about getting started, look no further than Camper's Inn.

We recently purchased a Class A motorhome from Campers Inn and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent knowledge and professionalism by everyone we were in contact with. Beginning with the ladies at the reception desk to the salesperson, Tim Wright, to the finance department, Jason Bowen to the parts and service department, John and Patrick, our walk through specialist. These people seemed to genuinely care and went above and beyond in every aspect! There is no comparison, Campers Inn is the best hands down. Way to go, you guys knocked it out of the ballpark. Thanks again Tim, Jason, John and Patrick. We highly recommend Campers Inn Raleigh, Selma, NC for all of your camping/RV needs. Marti & Felix Kerr

I needed service on my motor home and traveling south I saw camper inn. I met Victoria Moira and explained what happened to the motor home. She checked and said she could take care of it. I met the tech named Paul he he explained what happened and did an easy fix. A screw fell from the bed motor due to a rough ride down and it was done. He also did a 12 point courtesy check and found a few other issues and they have been taken care of. Both Paul and Victoria took the time and explained what was being done step by step. My issues were taken care of. What a place. I have never had service like this before. Unbelievable. Ty again Paul and Victoria.

We bought a used '23 motorhome in October of '23 in Selma NC. The salesman was a good talker. We knew that we were getting a good price however, things were not complete with the RV. We were told that there were two sets of keys, that the awning had a recall and on the date of pick up we were told that the carburetor in the propane tank needs replacing. Well, he agreed to have all things fixed for us a no charge by Camper's Inn. None of these things have been done. It is the middle of January now. Waiting....for a call.

We were visiting family when our furnace went out. Called around looking for parts no one seemed to have or could only get the following week (which was pointless since we'd be back home states away by then). Called spoke to Anthony and he found the part on the shelf we came in and got it, then after some trial and error we needed another part. We went back in and talking to Anthony and the parts manager Tyler they were able to get what we needed next day. We had one part that we didn't need thankfully, because it was faulty. We took it back in and returned it no problem thanks to Tyler. The boys also found us a light strip we'd been looking for that no one has been able to come up with since we've owned our trailer. Kudos gentlemen!!! We also had good experience talking to the people in sales and will be returning to buy our next camper from them.

Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. My husband and I drove 3.5 hours to look at 5th wheel RV's. I walked into the showroom and the receptionist greeted me. I told her what we were there for. She then asked a salesman to help, in which he responded, "give me a few minutes". This was fine. I told the receptionist that we would be looking around until he met with us. Forty five minutes later we had viewed several RV's with no help. We finally walked out without ever being helped. This place was a let down and made me feel like I wasn't good enough to purchase an RV. I will never go back!

I am turning 65 next week. Have lived in my RV for almost 6 years. I have had so many times I've needed help and have been promised things by not just people but companies that have given me a big run around and I have paid plenty. These guys are the real deal. They remind me of my brother's who worked hard, did great work, and charged fairly. My furnace was leaking propane into my RV. I have heat and I'm not broke. Thank you Thank you to you both for caring so much. Please consider using them. So many of us now are using RV and small houses to live. And must I say "on fixed incomes". Kathy Chaulk (Garner)

My wife and I decided to trade our 5th wheel camper for a different one. Campers Inn of Selma carried the model that we wanted to look at. On the day of our appointment, we showed up and were greeted by David Knight. David was our "RV matchmaker". Instantly I could tell how passionate he was about his job and that he truly cares for his customers. David took us to the model and showed us all around the unit. If we pointed something out that needed attention, David would note that. After thoroughly looking at the unit, we decided we wanted to trade for it. We went to David's desk and did some paperwork. This is the part why I give them 5 stars. The weekend before we were to trade in our RV, my daughters cats scratched the sofas. I instantly contacted David, and he went to work figuring out what could be done. David contacted his sales manager, James Duffy, and then James called me. James worked very hard to help us make the trade. If it wasn't for him covering one of the sofa replacements, I doubt we would have made the trade. The facility in Selma is fairly new and well taken care of. They have a lot of rv's in stock and will work to get you the best deal they can.

Five stars and will recommend campers Inn RV of Raleigh to family and friends! We were looking at getting an RV and although it was hot standing outside Patrick took the time to listen to everything that we needed and what we were looking for in a camper and within our budget and he got us exactly what we wanted. He also didn t sell us anything that we didn t need. There s no shortage of RVs at Campers Inn RV of Raleigh and he could have sold us one for a lot more money, but he didn t and that s the difference that he and the folks at Campers Inn RV make! We had visited and looked 3 times until we made our choice and every visit we were warmly greeted by all. The girls at the front desk and other salesmen, everyone made us feel at home. After we decided which one to buy we sat down with David for the finance part and the rate and payments are very reasonable and he explained everything to us. After we bought our camper we had a thorough walk through and set up by Shannon, whom answered all our questions outside in the heat, very patiently. We recommend Campers Inn RV to family and friends! Ask for Patrick, after meeting him and talking to him you ll know he s your guy

Just purchased the Winnebago Solis Pocket and had such a wonderful experience! Our salesman Billy was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. The financing process was very simple as well. This is our first camper and we would highly recommend purchasing a camper/RV from Campers Inn RV or Raleigh!

Update: It has been almost three years since I purchased this RV. About six months after we bought the trailer, we found out that it was supposed to come with an RV kit. They called me after we moved to California (Army move), letting us know they would send it to us. They never sent it, and we didn't realize the soundbar was supposed to have a remote. The RV, 2021 Prime Time Avenger 16FQ, is horrible. We drove it to California from North Carolina and are now driving it back to the East Coast. So many things have fallen apart on the drive to California, and more things have broken just from driving. Please don't buy anything from Forest River and beware of this dealership, as we have tried to call them several times about the RV kit and the issues we had with the camper we bought, only to have someone be rude to us.The folks at Campers Inn were all so helpful!! Everyone from the receptionists, sales, finance and service were all friendly and helped get us the RV we wanted. David Knight, our RV Matchmaker, took the time to show us different travel trailers multiple times. They got us into the travel trailer that was perfect for us. They continue to help even after we purchased our travel trailer.

UPDATED: Thank you for resolving this after getting the manufacturer involved. Within 1 day of this updated review I got tracking within 24 hours.Kudos to at least resolving this. Thank you.____________Initially they were great. However, they promised a refund of overpayment due to a miscommunication within 3 weeks. It has been over 3 MONTHS and the 3rd check mailed USPS and refuse to expedite it to us or use Fed Ex.I m very disappointed in their lack of communication and empathy. Feels a bit like they are trying to keep my money. Not happy.

My wife and I have been looking for the right unit for us for about 5 years. We finally met the right company, with the right sales pro.Billy Rubino is not only a PROFESSIONAL, he is a fine American. He has integrity, answered all my questions, and refused to push me into any rash decisions. His patience and integrity have made my wife and I loyal customers. There are three dealers in my town, but I drove an hour away to work with people who genuinely care about the customer and the relationship. As a 27 year Army Vet, recently retired, I have little patience for the game. Billy never wasted a moment of my time, and was completely transparent throughout the process. If you are serious about purchasing an RV, go see Billy. It is worth the drive regardless of the distance. And please forgive me, he does have one flaw, he is a NY Rangers fan. But if you can see past that character defect, he is your man. Thanks again Billy, you made one of the biggest decisions we have ever made, very easy.

Tommy Underwood (sales) and Jason Bowen (finance and insurance) reset my previously negative impressions of RV dealerships. Tommy helped us find just the floorplan we wanted, something we had not seen online. Great inventory, friendly folks, and a pleasant closing. I loved their low pressure approach. Check them out!

Campers Inn of Raleigh is an awesome dealership! Everyone very helpful as soon as we walked it the front door! Billy Rubino was the sales person we dealt with. Awesome guy! He was super helpful in our search for the perfect travel trailer for us. Understood our wants and needs. We were still searching, but we knew we would only buy from Billy! He made our shopping experience fun and enjoyable!!! I would without a doubt recommend Campers Inn and Billy to my friends!Emil Stefan, the business manager was awesome as well! Took the stress out of the finance part and made us feel right at home!!!Both Billy and Emil have followed up with us during the process!!We are super excited to pick up our travel trailer in about a week!!Can t wait to take out first trip!!!If you are even thinking about buying an RV, go see Billy!!!

RV Inn Selma, NCOctober 13. 2023, I left RV Inn in Selma mad and on the verge of tears. On August 29, I purchased a camper propane gas regulator with new hoses. We installed the regulator and continued to smell gas. The propane was turned off. On October 12th I hired mobile RV specialist to find the issue. This cost me $200 only to learn the new regulator was leaking in two placed. I returned it to RV Inn and the same two men that helped me with the purchase were there to help me again. A third employee came to the counter and said, "you did not purchase that here." One of the guys that helped with the original purchase told him that it was one he got off the shelf. The third employee continued to insinuate I was lying. I left after telling them they would not like my review. As I reached my car, a fourth person spoke to me and said I only paid for the hoses. My response was they told me the amount owed and I paid it. Seeing how mad I was he offered me a free regulator, which I declined. Told him I would just order off Amazon. They said I only paid for the hoses and they charged me $49.96. I just ordered almost the same regulator and hoses from Amazon for a total cost of $49.83. I am 73 years old and I don't lie.

Campers Inn RV of Raleigh is a SUPER!!!! RV dealership with awesome staff. Our salesperson Mr. Dave Hamelin was patient and very helpful to us, since this were our first RV. He took out the time to show us Units on their lot and made sure we felt comfortable during our entire search. Thanks, Dave. Not to mention, Matt their technician who explain everything about the RV, he were very informative and patient with us. Matt actually took us through everything on the unit and made sure we understood what he were explaining. And Sue Belanger - Finance Manager ... she's the best! Dennis and I really enjoyed our experience there. And we had the most wonderful experience with all their staff members from front desk receptionists to management all are very friendly and polite. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is thinking about purchasing an RV. " THANKS to EVERYONE "

Great dealership and salesperson I usually do not write very positive reviews, but my wife and I had a great experience with Campers Inn. We wanted a small Winnebago Solis. Tommy, the sales person, was great. Took all the time in the world. Tommy feels like a best friend now. All the staff were great. Dan spent a lot of time teaching us all the features of the Solis. Highly recommend.

I'm only rating them 5 stars because it won't allow 10. We had been in the market for MANY months. We had looked online and traveled to several dealers. It wasn't until we met David Knight and saw the quality of the units and experienced the processes and impeccable customer service at Campers Inn RV that things came together. This photo is our new Freedom Express at a KOA campground on the afternoon we bought it. We left the dealership and went straight there. It's now 4 days later and our smiles haven't faded yet. Thank you David for our new found Freedom!

We dropped in to see a specific used travel trailer and we're assisted by TJ Siebels. Although we were looking at the low end of the price range and weren't sure we would buy, TJ gave us the same level of assistance he would have given a customer certain of buying a million dollar motor home. TJ and his manager, Jeff, helped guide us through the buying process when we decided to go for it. On delivery day, everyone was very helpful. From the sale to the walk-around to the finance department, everyone was helpful and, most importantly, there was no pressure.

Good experience purchasing our 2021 Alliance Paradigm 370FB. Ed Pincus was our salesman and he took great care of us. Just took it in for some warranty work and Victoria and Tanner in the service department were very professional and courteous. Will keep going back with service like that.

From start to finish we were treated with professionals. Amber Jones was a knowledgeable and easy to work with salesperson. Emil in finance was on top of it all! From the front desk welcome smiles to the final walk thru with Josh the Technician an enjoyable and memorable experience. We are now RV owners again, and thankful for the diligence by all to ensure our needs were met!

I can t understand why this place has so many good reviews. I went in to look at a trailer based on the price I was given online. When I got a price breakdown for the trailer, I saw a finance incentive credit added to it for $2000 despite the price still being what I was quoted previously. I was then told that if I didn t finance it, I would not get the price told to me despite that finance requirement never been mentioned in the first place. I thought it felt scammy so I didn t proceed with the purchase. I get a text message not too long after that the price quoted for my trade it was wrong and I gave them another chance since I thought the new amount might make up for it. I was handed off to another trade rep who answered me once, and then not again until he eventually handed me off to someone else who couldn t even find my original quote. Weeks later from my initial conversation, I was told that they can t offer me a higher price for my trade in. (So I guess the first guy lied?) Then I m told I would get a call from the sales manager but I did not and once again, they are not answering messages. They are dishonest and disorganized, and I would not buy from here.

My wife and I walk into the showroom on a Saturday, receptionist says she will find someone to help us look at a camper. After 30 minutes and numerous employees walking right past us, we find a sales associate to help us. He then turns us over to his sales manager who won't return phone calls and hasn't called us back concerning the camper we wanted to buy. These guys make it very hard to actually buy anything. Customer service is terrible, I would recommend going somewhere that is actually interested in selling you a camper/RV.
