Bill K has been the most knowledgeable and helpful Realtor we've ever dealt with. He is proactive, responsive, and listens to the details. We are from out of town and needed someone who would be on our team and be our eyes and ears when we couldn't be present. Our purchase took some heavy negotiating and Bill understood our position and worked the deal every step of the way. We love our new Cashiers home and without hesitation we fully recommend Bill Kruckenberger.

Bill is a fantastic realtor, dedicated to finding the best fit for his clients, many of whom are travelling from long distances where timing and convenience are crucial. He's knowledgeable and easygoing, yet professional. Would recommend him and any of his agents to people house hunting!

Great house for a large family but the house was not well maintained or particularly clean. The management company seemed to have little interest or knowledge of the property.
