Wow! What great, expedient service & sales! The team really performed well all the way through. Jason & Amber were a pleasure to work with as they walked us through the customization process and we eventually purchased. The cart was delivered and looks great! Harry walked through the cart with me and also went through the steps of watering the batteries. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, Harry noticed the brake needed some slight adjustment and did so for us right on the spot. What great service! I would recommend this business to anyone. 4 stars, for now, as I only just received it and want to look it over thoroughly and use it for a week or two. Likely will come back & 5 star this Business!Back for a follow up. 5* now! Amber & the team continue to impress as they follow up with the small details and provide wonderful customer service with our new golf cart!

They have been fantastic to work with a rental last year and a purchase this year. Amber is fantastic, the follow up has been great. Highly recommend using them.

They took over 8 momonths to get parts in. Then they did not ship them to us because the credit card number didn't go through. They never bothered to let us know. When we tried for 2 days to give them the credit card number they said that only a supervisor can do that. There was never a supervisor available. We finally drove 2 hours each way to puck up the parts. That will be our kast dealings with this place.

Very nice to deal with, had the part I needed in stock. Offered to mail any parts i needed in the future and save me the drive from Franklin.
