Spoke to Randy Todd, while he can not do the job on my 2008 Mercedes convertible top (because he is no longer doing convertible tops) , he took his time and his expertise to refer me to another local shop . Appreciate your time sir. Thank you

Took 4 chair cushions in for recovering. They came back 1/2 as dense. Owner is who I dealt with and he was sketchy about getting cash only so it wouldn t need to be reported on taxes. Not a place I recommend to anyone.

Quality workmanship at a fair price. Turn around time was around a week which I was very impressed with.Randy likes to joke around so be ready for that. :-) He redid my boat seats and I couldn't be happier.

I brought my Ekernos chair to Randy three days ago. He basically had to rebuild the seat. Not only did he do a terrific job he completed the job in two days after he thought it was going to take 2 weeks. Great job Randy. Will tell all of my friends about the outstanding job you did. We will also be back with other jobs.

I have 4 vintage barrel style vinyl chairs that belong to my dinette set and are a very unusual design. I called an upholsterer nearby me who said that he didn t think they would turn out well in vinyl because of the curve of the chair. I didn t agree so I searched the internet and found pictures on Todd s upholstery site. I sent him pictures then brought the chairs to him. When I saw the finished chairs I couldn t believe it, the chairs were exactly what I had envisioned and I was totally amazed at the beautiful workmanship. The chairs were done quickly and I am so pleased! Thanks Randy!

The new boat cover looks great. Very quick to contact me when he found the vents on the old cover to be cracked. Did the work in the time promised and had it ready for pickup before I was ready. Will definitely contact again if I need work done.

I had my headliner for my 2006 Dodge Caravan replaced about 2 to 3 years ago. Pleasantly pleased with the outcome. Professionalism is a key trait for this establishment. Thanks Todd, look forward to bringing you my next car for you to tackle.

Randy was great to work with! He repaired the vinyl on my boat's sun-deck and he made it look good as new! At the same time, he made a full new set of carpet sections for the boat. Looks great!

We dropped our 2004 truck off with them Monday night to have new leather seats and headliner installed. They ordered the leather Tuesday and received the order Thursday. And we picked it up Friday all done and it looks amazing!! I will use them anytime I have any reupholstering needs. I highly recommend them!

Be sure to get a quote for the job before allowing this shop to do any work for you. He will take advantage of your trust in thinking he will charge you honestly. He did a poor job on my bimini top/cabin.He will also offer you to pay cash in order to avoid collecting or charging tax. Not very honest.

We love this place!! Incredible personalized service! We brought in a pair of leather chairs for reupholstering and Randy, the owner, walked us through all of our choices and helped us get exactly what we wanted! We just picked them up and we couldn't be more pleased!! Randy is professional, friendly and talented! This is THE place to go in Sanford for your upholstery needs!

Just had work done at his shop yesterday and was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism. Not sure about all these negative reviews but everyone at his shop was very nice including his pup. Thanks again for your assistance and the quick turnaround.

Took my vehicle in to have my headline redone. He did it within 2 days. Very clean and organized. I would recommend Todd s for any upholstery work needed.

Very rude and refused to do the work that was promised. Also wouldn't repair damage done. (Edit) They then reply to a 2 year old review and some how try to blame the customer. Instead of trying to solve the original issue. Point proven. (Edit) I guess a hole in pop up camper canvas, the size of a half dollar requires a miracle to be repaired?

Took my couches to Todds to be reupholseterd. Holy cow it was pricey, but boy was it worth it. My couches are now real leather vs pleather and I love them!!!! JOB WELL DONE TODD. I am a forever customer.

I've used this business many times, I have actually watched them work on anything from boats to RV's to furniture, old and newer, to cars and trucks, and motorcycles, to patches on leather jackets, if you think it, they can do it. NO OTHER UPHOLSTERY STORE IN NORTH CAROLINA, AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED.This is an upholstery shop, they do not clean rugs, or drapes or curtains, they do not removed pet stains or odors...so google maps needs to take these off the services this company performs.Anyone that gives this company a rating lower than FIVE STARS does not understand what it takes to do this kind of work. Try, just try and find someone else out there, in this area that will do the work this company does, I dare you.

Had a desk chair done here and he did it backwards and charge me why to much. Will never go her again and I don t recommend.
