Friendly, engaging staff throughout the facility. Nice waiting area when needed.Fair pricing for services provided.Honest! Could have completed all of the requested services, collected payment, sent me on my way. They took me back to physically show why completing the requested service would be wasting my money, which is also a waste of their time in my eyes.I was charged for the services provided with the opportunity to get credit for diagnostics when I return to have the requested work completed.2001 F350 7.3L New tire install & alignment

My boyfriend and I called ahead about a flat tire and when we arrived they said they couldn't patch it bc they didn't have a spline in the right size, luckily someone nearby had one and they were able to patch it. They said it was all done, we payed, and left. I thought the tire was slightly wobbly so we stopped at a gas station. Turns out the broke or lost a lugnut. We had 5 when we arrived but 4 when we left. Nobody thought to tell us about this SAFETY HAZARD before we left.

They mis- align my wheels and tried to steal a bushing from me..you have to inspect your truck before and after or else they will get you.

I take all of my semi truck tire and brake needs to Thomas Tire. I did have them to work on my transmission problem,but it needed rebuilding which was out of the normal scope for the shop. Always pleased with the professionalism here.

Had a less then Ideal experience on my first visit, However, the general manager promptly called and resolved the issue. I am always pleased to see good customer service. They refunded the not-needed work on my car and discounted the work that needs to be done.

Front office personnel are friendly and willing to help, making sure that you are satisfied with every detail. Guys in the back are extremely knowledgeable and go beyond to make sure your vehicle is squared away and running at its best. I found my new go to place for all of my Tundras suspension and off-road needs. Very rare to have a comfortable and pleasant experience at a auto shop, but Thomas Tire is breaking the mold.

This is my new go to place for car repairs and tires! Everyone was so professional and knowledgeable! Super nice waiting room with Nice chairs coffee and water. The staff were all friendly and made me feel comfortable. I am a woman and they treated me with respect and equality. I know some places treat the women customers like idiots. Not here! I would highly recommend Thomas Tire to EVERYONE THEY ARE THE BEST! They give great prices on tires and service!

I am very satisfied with the service I receive from Thomas Tire every time I go there. They are always prompt and efficient with my time. Their mechanics are very good at what they do. They do not leave my car dirty (no grease, dirt etc). Their prices are very competitive. Their facilities are clean and neat. When you call in they are polite and helpful. I appreciate them so much and highly recommend them!

The staff and technicians that serviced our travel trailer at Thomas Tire of Sanford, Jul 15, 2021 were exceptionally personable, professional, courteous and skilled. They completed a wheel bearing inspection and service in a timely manner while I waited. The administrative, service and customer courtesy areas were impeccable.I highly recommend the this organization and facility for tire and suspension work.

Great place to get tire work done. They had a lot off work ahead of me to get done, but they managed to get me in and out quickly. Time is everything when the clock is burning for CDL drivers. I recommend them highly.

Was told my truck could not be aligned due to bad tie rods and were asking close to $900 to fix. picked up my truck and took it to another professional shop where to double check and everything checked out nice and tight no bad tie rods. i couldn t believe they tried to scam me

This is the worst tire shop I ve ever seen. There so bad when you take your car to other shops to fix there mistakes they already no who worked on it without saying anything. They scam you out of your money and when you have problems they blame you. And if a woman goes in there treated like there dumb. I spent 3k there in a year on three cars one car had to return 9 times the other 8 the other 6 and because of there mistakes. The good reviews on here were bought are the people that work there I promise you if you take your car are semi here you will be dissatisfied it isn t the same place it use to be.

From the time I walked in the door to the time we left, my twin boys, my service dog, and I were treated like royalty, seriously.Everyone at this company are more than just polite. They go above and beyond to make sure you re comfortable while you wait and explain everything they are doing or did. The tires I got were very affordable and high quality compared to other places I d checked at. Also let me add that I have severe anxiety and it s extremely hard for me to go to places like this, but not when you re treated like royalty, like I said. They made us feel like we mattered not just another paying customer. That s rare these days.I didn t catch everyone s name that I spoke with or that helped me out to give them credit for their professional and amazing attitudes.But Brandi was up front and she was so sweet. She talked to me about my dog and hers, plus just overall made me feel welcome and helpful for any questions I had.Jody is the 1 who recommended I bring my Jeep there and I couldn t be more happy with everything they did. Jody did a fantastic job on finding me the tires I wanted, which let me add every other place I called acted like I couldn t get the style I wanted. Well Jody knows what he s doing and found the perfect set. He was very polite and professional as well.I m sorry I didn t catch everyone s names but Thomas Tire in Sanford is definitely where you want to go for quality professional work and atmosphere. I will never take my Jeep anywhere else but Thomas Tire.Thank You All for taking care of me and my Jeep.

Highly recommend this place. My wife went to get tires mounted and balanced on our jeep and she started having mechanical problems when she got there. They went out of their way to help her diagnose the problem and do a temporary fix to get her home safely. Also bought a trailer tire after a blowout and they had it mounted and balanced in under 5 minutes. Just good solid hardworking people.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I dropped my car off there for an alignment. Called them around 5 hours later to see what was going on, about 30 mins before they closed. Mind you, if I hadn't called them, my van would've been there until the next day & I would've missed work etc. The woman answers the phone & says "oh, someone was supposed to call you. We didn't do anything to your car. It needs an entirely new suspension, so the alignment would've been redundant." I show up & they proceed to hand me a $35/40 bill essentially for wasting my time. & then hand me a $6,000 estimate for the suspension. What do ya know, it was right at tax season. Coincidence? Not to mention I've had my car at several different shops in the months before that & not a single one mentioned a thing about my suspension needing to be replaced. Now my car shakes more than ever..... All around shady experience for me. (Sanford location In tramway)

I have taken my work van here twice. Both times they have had it for two days when I scheduled a appointment for a oil change and tire rotation and even dropped the van off prior. While losing money every day the van sits still. I will not return after the continued run around.

Fantastic organization! Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Service is often same-day and prices are very competitive. Facility is extremely clean and comfortable. Can't say enough good things about them and so glad to have them as a vendor.

This Company & their entire Staff is of due diligence, professionalism and integrity!! AWESOMENESS!! My RV was totally whacked. The dealership put new tires on but failed to align and torch. The job took longer than anticipated. They let me borrow their 5speed. Service with smile and shine. Customer Service to the max!! I cannot say enough about these folks. Prior to rolling out of NC, I plan on stopping by to share smiles once again. You want fabulous work and feel like a welcome customer, don t hesitate to call on Thomas Tire Commercial & Off-Road

The front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. I pulled my RV into a stall and didn t even have to unhook the trailer. The crew jacked up both sides of the trailer at the same time. They pulled all four wheels off, replaced the tires, stems and had me back on the road in less than an hour. I would recommend them to anyone needing tires.

Had some issues with a lift kit that was installed. Thomas Tire went above and beyond to find all the issues, there were several, acknowledge me of them and resolve them. Everyone there was very professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Now my truck rides like it did when I bought it, they were terrific. If your looking for a company to do any type of off-road or lift work for your vehicle, just take it to Thomas Tire, you will not find anyone better.

Previous experiences with Thomas Tire has been good. But this time not so great. Did not fix the items they told me needed fixed. Instead fixed other things that were not in scope discussed. Tires they put on were not the ones they said they were going to install. 2 weeks to complete work and I went to pickup and found one of the major issues that needed fixed was not resolved and will cost me a few more weeks down time to get corrected. Not a great way to serve a vehicle that is working everyday.

Best service ever! We were on the way to beach & had a blow out on motor home. Arrived at Thomas Tire Commercial &within 90minutes we had new back tires! Very clean waiting area for Joan & grand daughters. Snacks drinks & cartoons what else could you ask for? Thanks to you guys! Still need 2 new front tires & know where I will be going to get them!! Appreciate the wonderful service we received Thank you?

I had a issue with play in the steering on my motor home. I called on Monday and was told to bring it in. There were two vehicles in the building with several bays open and no one but me waiting. I called the next day and was told other vehicles came in and they were in front of me. Thursday, I got a call and was told they couldn t find anything wrong with it. I went to pick it up and got a bill for nothing being wrong. Problem is, there is something wrong. This is only one negative view. I ve done business with Thomas Tire for 40 years and have been 100% satisfied

Brought in two drag radials to be mounted, staff told us to pull into bay six. Pulled into bay six with wheels/tires and helped the staff unload them and move them to the tire machines. Staff walked away for ~3 minutes and came back with an attitude about waiting in the bay near the tire machines, never once politely asking us (myself and my 65 year old father) to step out. Simply rudely said ya gotta go and waved toward the door. I obliged, loaded my tires and wheels up and took my business elsewhere. By trade i am a Sheriff s Deputy, with prior military service and go figure mechanic work. I do not talk to people on the street this way and expect the same courtesy where i choose to spend my hard earned money.Will not return.

Excellent shop. Got me in without any issues on a Saturday close to closing time, and helped me out a lot after a 700 mile drive to TN and back. Friendly and very helpful. I will go back anytime I need tire work done on my trucks. Even let me take a nap in the waiting room while they went above and beyond and checked for more than just the leak I showed them. 5* for these guys!

I had Thomas tire come out to the house to repair the rear tire on my backhoe. I thought it needed an inner tube and was quoted a price on that. The price quoted was very fair and I was happy that I wasn t going to have to remove and haul a 300lb wheel and tire. They came out while I was at work and made the repair. When they called me for payment I was told that the tube wasn t needed and the total price was about $40 cheaper than quoted. I am very happy with the service that Thomas Tire provided. They will definitely be my first call for future service.
