If you have factory window tint on your vehicle, don't take it to this shop. I purchased my Q50 from Infiniti new in 2015. Never changed anything about the windows.I've never had an issue until making the mistake of coming to this shop. The blad man at the cou ter was rude and he kept repeating "I don't know man, it looks dark from here".The front windows are not 35%. I just randomly picked this place to take my vehicle to get inspected with doing any research. Do your due diligence and research these inspection places.

Had the head gasket done on my daughters Lexus hybrid. Good service, clear communication. I just had car towed and did the rest by phone. Very convenient. I recommend.

Jamie has done an amazing job at staying in touch and making sure all my automotive needs are addressed. This is by far the best automotive repair shop I ve ever seen. I highly recommend them.Great Job

Tracy and his guys do an amazing job. I use them all the time and they go above and beyond and give honest feedback. I recently went and had a few minor concerns with my vehicle including a few warning lights on my dash. They took care of all of it and then some for a great price

I brought my car in for an oil change. All good but a recommendation by the mechanic to address a brake issue coming up. I live on a fixed income and big mechanical bills scare me. It s a little cheaper to get ahead of problems. I did just that. The job was supposed to take the better part of a day and was completed the same day to my surprise. The car drives like new. Thank you for keeping me and my family safe.

I just moved to Sanford in the last week and needed to get my car quickly inspected before I started work. Taylor s Auto got me in so quickly and had me in and out in no time while doing such a thorough job! Tracy helped me schedule and walked me through the appointment, was so kind then and after! Will definitely be going back.

I'm new to the area and first went to Taylor when I thought I needed new brake pads on my car. They checked it and told me I should be able to get about 10,000 more miles out of the current pads. They could have just replaced the pads as I had expected. This honesty from a business is increasingly rare. Since then the only needs I've had so far are for two state inspections. I made appointments and they got to my cars right on time and very quickly completed the inspections. Taylor will definitely be my go to place for all future car work.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Tracy and everyone else has always taken care of my 2010 Prius. They will answer any questions you have. It is great that there are still a few shops like this. Not everyone can work on a Prius.

Great service, kind people. I ve used this shop multiple times. Tracy the owner is knowledgeable and very helpful. I contacted Taylor Automotive and within the same day they accommodated all of my needs. I was treated with respect and great attention and was kept abreast of the repairs and felt no pressures of addressing them and when. They worked with me to get my vehicle to a safe and operable condition FAST, followed up with me and continues to check in and offer their services. My experience with Taylor Automotive was great. The thing I liked most was the fact that they told me how much it would be up front. The only change in that price was something I had added for them to do. That's pretty much unheard of these days.The entire repair to my car was performed in a timely manner. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work as well. I had the option to say yes or no to items found during diagnostics.They were very friendly and knowledgeable. If you want it done right, this is the place.

I have been using Taylor Automotive since relocating to Sanford a year ago. Mikayla and her team are always kind and informative and get the job done. If I was a mechanic I would work for Taylor Automotive. Because of there personal, professional and wonderful customer service. You can tell when you walk in that the owner is a military veteran because of the cleanliness of the shop. And to have such a nice and professional young lady at its frond desk , that just tops it all. Thank you Michaela for good customer care and your call back. I love it !!!

I had the pleasure of taking my vehicle there recently for brakes, oil change and bulbs. I m a procrastinator when it comes to vehicle repair so when I need multiples things completed on my vehicle I truly understand it s my user error and love that a place like this can work with me. I knew going in the first time that I waited too long for brakes and would certainly need rotors since I let the grinding noise get out of hand and was hoping I didn t lock up the calipers but totally did! Yes, that s all on me! The great news is they had me up and running smoothly for a trip out of town the next day and even understood I m a single parent that still needed transportation so they offered me a vehicle to borrow until my car was repaired. I know this isn t an option for everyone, so I was grateful for having this back up!I loved how everyone kept me informed on the process of repair and worked hard to get me back on the road to not miss my trip. Keep in mind I was pretty much a walk-in for a pretty big job and they still found a way to work me in- so awesome! I ve read some other reviews about cost being a concern but dang you get what you pay for, folks and I believe their customer service and precision are worth every penny! I ll definitely being going back, hopefully not too soon but for sure they have my loyalty! Thanks again Taylor automotive staff, y all were a life saver

Went in for a routine state inspection and discovered I needed new rear brakes and they were so kind and helpful. They made the whole process so easy and I highly recommend them. My husband was a mechanic and I never had to take my car anywhere for repairs my whole life. He recently died in March of this year. My car stopped running and I had no clue who to call and what to do. I called Taylor Automotive and explained my situation and they took care of me. Their prices were reasonable. They fixed the problem, and also fixed and checked to make sure all safety features, fluids and tires were good. I have now found my go to service shop. The girl at counter was friendly, professional and personable. Thank you to everyone their for making my experience a positive one including the mechanic who did the work on my car. THANKS AGAIN!!

I had been to so many mechanics here in town and not 1 single person could figure out why my A/C wasn't working, so my last resort was to try out Taylor Automotive and sure enough, they fixed it within hours. My car was ready the same day! I have never been so satisfied with a mechanic like I am with Taylor Automotive. I will definitely bring my car back in the future if needed. What an awesome operation!!! Easy to schedule an appointment and prompt service when I arrived for that appointment! Abby, the Service Advisor is knowledgeable, helpful and super nice! They fixed my car up great and for a price that was more than fair. Glad I received their mailer and gave them a try! Have been there twice now! Will happily go back for all my service and maintenance needs!!!

I have used Taylor Automotive in Sanford for the last 6 years as my primary source for automotive services. I have found them to be trustworthy and efficient in their services. Very reputable and they have always been great to work with on all occasions and all repairs have been completed on time . I really enjoy dealing with this facility and I highly recommend them .

Fast and friendly and most of all honest! They have my business for as long as we live close enough to get to them worth every mile. I drive just over 40 min to take my van and truck to them. They are honest and have available payment options and they are military friendly that's the top reasons we Keep out business with them. Would not recommend these guys to anyone. Two different services performed and both times had to take it somewhere else to fix what they screwed up. Went in for a simple oil change and within a few days the check engine light came on. Come to find out they did not replace the oil with the recommended weight of oil. Changed the oil with correct weight and the check engine light went off. Another time took my vehicle in for an transmission fluid change. The gasket on the tranni pan was a reusable designed by Chevrolet. Taylor auto put on the after market gasket causing it to leak. Very frustrated and disappointed with the jokers. Never going here again.

The most recent example of excellent service occurred at Thanksgiving time when I realized at the last minute that my Honda needed a new set of tires. The Taylor folks scurried around to make it happen quickly so that we could drive safely to Kentucky as scheduled. I was immensely grateful for their care and concern, but not really surprised. They have helped me for years now---more than I can really remember--and in many ways---more than I can take time to recount. THANKS to everyone there!
