I would only recommend Sellers Automotive. The whole team there went above and beyond. I had to bring my Jeep in for some transmission work, throughout the process; Sellers kept me updated through calls, emails, and photos of what was wrong/and what needed to be done.The staff are straight shooters, they could have eye gouged me on un-needed parts however, their Jeep guru, Josh; told me what was good to reuse and what parts I actually needed. On top of that, they really stood behind their work.Worth every dime, and a special shout out to Chris (he helped me out with one of Sellers loaner cars when I absolutely needed it), Josh (being the GOAT), and Katie. This is the only auto repair shop that I will go to, especially near the Fayetteville area.

I highly recommend Sellers, they will go above and beyond for their clients and treat them amazing! The owner Chris, Lil Chris, Cory, Joshua and Katie are amazing!!! Not going into details but when things go wrong they fix what ever it is and help you with a loaner car or even taking you to where you need to go. They are the best place in Sanford!!!! Prices are good as well, go see them at Sellers :-) They also stay in communication with you.

We found a screw in our tire and stopped to have it plugged. It was on the edge of the tire and couldn t be plugged so they priced a set of tires for us. Chris wasn t pushy and told us to call if we wanted to get the tires from them. After checking around we decided to purchase the tires from Sellers. The tires were ordered on Friday and were delivered and installed on Monday. Chris and the entire staff were extremely nice and considerate. Chris checked on my wife several times while she was waiting while the tires were being installed, keeping her up to date with the progress and see if she needed anything. I highly recommend Sellers Automotive. We will use them again.

If I could give twenty stars or more for the Mechanic (Timothy Lucas) I would because on Friday afternoon, January 12, 2024, he was my Life Saver with my Vehicle.I arrived at Sellers Automotive in Sanford NC so Lucas could check out my Ford Expedition.I explained to him that it was driving rough and usually it drives smooth.The engine light kept flashing on and off then it stayed on, and it stated to service engine soon.Lucas was very attentive to me explaining and describing what was happening while driving.It started skipping, jerking and just didn t sound or drive right. He noticed it was skipping when he turned on the ignition with the noise as he drove it into the shop.I was a happy customer and ecstatic when he quickly discovered the problem and fixed it.It happened to be the ignition coil #6 that went bad and it was replaced. My Ford Expedition drives smooth again.A Big Thank you to Lucas from a Happy Customer.I have recommended Lucas to my Family & Friends & Community.Lucas is a Super awesome Mechanic and the Best at figuring out what s going on or wrong with your vehicle and it doesn t take him long to know the problem.I will continue to have him to work on my vehicle in the future. If you want 110% work done on your vehicle and done right the first time, Mr. Lucas is the one!It would be great if there were more Mechanics like him who takes pride in their work. His works represents him being thorough and getting the job done.Lastly, Timothy Lucas is very professional, friendly, patient, very attentive and a good listener when enlightening him about what s going on with your vehicle.Mr. Lucas is a Gem that s hard to find when you are exceptionally good and that s as good as it gets.He is invaluable and a great asset to Sellers Automotive and they are Blessed to have him on their team.I really appreciate you and all your hard work, Mr. Lucas. I had my 2011 Ford Focus serviced twice at Sellers and I was very pleased. At my initial visit in December, I had an oil change and a thorough look over to advise me on what work would be needed on my car. The tech assigned to my car, polite Hispanic gentleman with black curly hair (initials are RT?), actually took the time to escort me back where my car was up on a lift and physically point out to me the wear and tear needing to be addressed. He was completely professional and clearly explained what was needed. Chris the service supervisor compiled an easy to follow problems list with detailed explanations of the labor that would be performed AND the estimated cost. I scheduled an appointment a month Iater to get work done and Chris and RT took great care of my car, provided with me with a service loaner car so I could still take my kids to/from school and gave updates along the way about progress.My car hasn't driven this smoothly in over 5 years and I'm incredibly thankful for their expertise. I highly recommend this business and look forward to their continued care of my vehicle.

This place is amazing! Christopher immediately helped me with getting my oil change done at the most inconvenience time for me but made it convenient!! Well done, thank you is an understatement! Stopped by today to see if someone could change out a headlight bulb for me. (I had the bulb) Chris jumped right on it. Had it changed in less than a minute. Wouldn t take any money. Such a nice guy and competent. Highly recommend!

My wife took my truck in for a simple safety inspection. She came home and told me they said it needed 1900.00 in repairs after they took my truck in the back for a hour and a half. They said I didn't have any power steering fluid not knowing that I had just checked all the fluids and I know quite a bit about vehicles like I said just needed a inspection. Will never go to sellers automotive nor will I recommend to anyone.

Best shop I have been to! They took great care of my 2012 Chevy Silverado. Fixed right, fast and affordable. I highly recommend Sellers Automotive!

We ran over a piece of metal in the road and it slashed the tire. We pulled into Sellers Automotive and they were the nicest and most helpful. Grateful for their help and kindness ! Highly recommend!

November 2023. It was my first time trying this shop stay clear you ve been warned. They had gave me a price around $800. My car stayed in their shop for 4 weeks and they ended up telling me they have not had a chance to even look at it to this day. I m still wondering how they came up with the $800 price tag These people are very shady and crazy priced.Kenneth Garrett Sanford

Zach is fantastic and is very upfront and honest about everything. We have an older vehicle that has been repaired by Sellers now three times for different reasons and we couldn t be more thankful for the calls with the updates in great detail and where I (not mechanically inclined female) could understand. Everyone is all smiles and very professional! Definitely recommend!

Bought new tires 2/2023. Great price and quick service. Toyo tires. Give them a call.Update: I've been back for regular maintenance and a 3rd time for a major repair. Would definitely recommend this crew. If you need the loaner car, have your ID and full coverage insurance card handy. Communication could be better, but that's almost anywhere, and communicating is my specialty. All employees are friendly, especially Will. The repairs have been done with expertise. Check out the website for special discount coupons. Overall, it was a great experience. Nice to know you have a place you can count on to keep you moving down the road.

I've had my vehicle worked on at Sellers Automotive twice. Great service the first time as well as the second. Zack and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended this establishment to my sister. She made an appointment for her car while I was there picking up my car.

Good honest people. Have been getting my vehicles serviced here since they opened. Have always been friendly and they go the extra mile. Recently had a hick up with a repair and they went above and beyond in making it right very polite even put me in a loaner car while mine was being fixed. And considering the amount of work that needed to be done they finished it in a very timely manner. I have no complaints 5 star in my book! Will continue to go for my vehicle maintenance needs.

The service was great from walking into the reception until the final handoff from friendly people who show genuine care. Our service manager was Zach Stutler who went above and beyond for us. We had an emergency repair that he was able to take care of that same day even though they had a busy schedule and originally weren't going able to work on my vehicle until the end of the week. Zach stayed later than scheduled and handed me back my car that same day. My tires were washed and the driver'sarea vacuumed. It even smelled better than before.This is now my "go to" for all vehicle services and will make this place my top recommendation. Thanks!!

The coffee/snack bar was a great bonus on top of a coupon I got in the mail for a $22 oil change! (Synthetic blend) the service was nice and I signed up for rewards through the app!

Sellers Automotive is one of the best mechanics shops my family has ever worked with! They are very reasonably priced! The owner and technicians are very knowledgeable and down to earth. It feels like they really care about my concerns when it comes to my vehicle. They will take the time to investigate what the issue is and then talk options with you, especially if you are trying to stay on a budget! I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else!!!! Stop taking your cars to these big dealerships and overpaying. Stop having them just "fix" your car and then slapping you with a 1000$+ bill without telling you what the real issues are. Go see Chris and his team at Sellers Automotive!!!

Fair review here. New to Sanford. 22 years in Apex and moved down here. Super friendly people. I give them a on friendliness. They get another star on communication. Where they failed? 2012 Ford fusion was blowing hot air. They originally called and said that they would fix it with an AC evacuation. They then called and said that the evacuation did not resolve the problem. They then gave me an estimate of $1900 and change. They also told me that I needed $2600 of other maintenance. This is where I have a problem with places like this. The recommended repairs were things that I had already done to the car. Which indicated to me that they had not even looked at the spark plugs, air, filter, cabin-air filter, brake fluid, and coolant. All of these things were recommended by them for me to replace. What they didn t know is that the day before I brought the car in I had already replaced the coolant, the brake fluid and the cabin-air filter and engine-air filter. I replaced the spark plugs myself in the car 30,000 miles ago.To conclude, this place is very similar to any other place where they recommend basic maintenance based on not looking at the car, but where the mileage on the car is, and what the manufacturer of the car recommends. This is why places like this fail. Two questions to ask yourself when you re dealing with shops like this .1. Had I not told you that I had already changed the air-cabin filter, and the spark plugs, and the coolant and the brake fluid and all the rest would you have charged me for that if I would have agreed? In other words, had they gone in and looked at the brake fluid and decided that it was clean would they have changed it anyway and charged me? The answer in my mind is yes. I am a huge supporter of small businesses. And I m not writing this review to rip anybody. The auto maintenance industry is a shady business. It always has been. It is full of grifters, and guys thinking that they can do a better job than the dealerships. I took my Ford fusion to the Sanford Ford CrossRoads dealership on Horton Boulevard. They have terrible reviews. But I got my AC fixed for $647 and change. Sorry Sellers! I will not be able to give you my business. Best of luck to you.Update: Owner, Mr. Chris Sellers called me and offered me a full refund for the diagnostic work done $195.00. His call is stand up stuff! Obviously not the material of a grifter. I m refusing the refund, as I believe everybody needs to get paid for work done. I have given them two additional s for his call!He indicated that he spoke to his staff. Teachable moment!Chris, I sincerely wish you and your business all the best. You get 1 for reaching out and another for the offer !I ll come down and shake hands with you sometime soon!Thank you,Bill

The prices here are way to expensive i was quoted 4,700 to fix my car in total but just a oil change and diagnostic was close to $400 with a coupon from the website. I was very unhappy. Ive got another shop doing it for $1,500... you can give all the free air freshners and coupons out you want but at the end of the day the customer is still getting the shaft!
