I drove 150 miles from Charlotte to Sanford to work with Tyler on trading in a Honda for a beautiful Corvette. Tyler took the pain out of negotiating and made the entire transaction painless. It was worth the drive to work with Tyler and the Sanford Import team. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

The purchasing experience was easy and Jacob was pleasant to work with. There were a few things they promised to provide on the Acura RDX that we purchased, and Brian with the service department came through to take care of those. Brian stayed in communication with me until everything was completed.I would have gone 5 stars but was upset once I discovered that the black wheels and red calipers were just spray painted by their body shop and not original to the vehicle. This was the main reason we purchased the Acura since we liked the look of the black wheels against the white vehicle. I had assumed the wheels were factory and never expected painted wheels since the vehicle was a lease vehicle with only 21k miles on it, and the wheel wells were dirty from brake dust which made them appear to be black. A closer inspection of the wheels when I first washed them showed runs in the paint and some small areas where the original silver wheel was showing through. Now I'm worried the paint may start peeling off as it ages.If you chose a vehicle from Sanford Imports just make sure to take your time and thoroughly inspect everything.

I found a vehicle I liked on Auto Trader that Sanford Imports had. The next day I went to look at it again and the price had increased $500. I looked the vehicle up on Sanford Import s website and saw where they had the exact same vehicle in a different color (same features, year and everything) with 2000 less miles on it for $1500 less than the one I was interested in. I decided to call the dealership about this only to be informed that they not only don t negotiate their prices but they also adjust the price based off interest and clicks online. Just thought people should know that this company thinks it s okay to rip you off and charge a premium if others are interested in the same vehicle instead of just charging a fair price.

Terrible experience with this Used Car Dealer. We drove 2 hours to see a vehicle. Tyler met us and the car was filthy outside. No attempt to at least rinse the car off. While all pics of the car online showed a 12 month warranty splashed across the car, we find out that this car is excluded (even tho it's on the pic). The manager never came to meet us and only to find out there is NO negotiation on this over priced vehicle at all. In fact, they ADD things like lojack/fees/service that you don't want. Obviously more commission to the dealer/sales person. Would never buy a car from them and will tell others not to. PS a few days after we left, they lowered the price of the car anyway. They could have had a sale and lost us as ready buyers.

Best car buying experience I ve ever had! Wade is the guy to see for both candy and cars. I ve only ever bought junk cars with cash and this was my first time putting money towards a NICE car and getting an auto loan. Wade did everything he could to help me get a price on the car that would work within my limited budget, and somehow the loan they were able to offer me ended up beating my local bank s rate??! I wasn t EVER expecting that having a reliable, clean, safe, newer car would ever be in the cards for me, but Wade made it happen. Thanks homie!!! I don t think I ll be back anytime soon since the car they sold me is seriously going to last forever, but when the time does come to get another car, I ll definitely be reaching back out to Wade :). (He was also kind enough to drive it to my preferred mechanic/meet me there at my request to save time when getting everything checked out! He definitely went out of his way to help in any way he could past what you d expect from a salesperson).

Alex Smith was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and was very friendly. He never pressured us but was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Sanford Imports and be sure to ask for Alex Smith!!

My wife and I went down to look at a car. We were instantly greeted by Tony D. He was very kind and professional in helping us decide on our new car. The entire process was so much better than I could have expected. Great people but poor policies.Drove in from Raleigh to check out a car. Jazmine was very responsive and communicated very well. Andrew met me when I arrived, and he was an awesome salesman. Friendly, no pressure, and had answers to all my questions. My big issue came when it was time to talk about pricing. Typically, used car dealerships will add on anywhere from $500-800 for tags, tax, doc fee... Totally fine with that; that's the business. After Sanford's asking price, they added an additional $2500!! Their asking price was below market average, so I guess that's how they get you in the door. It's definitely a business strategy, just not one I am a fan of. If you want to buy from them or their sister dealerships, make sure to have some extra room in your budget...you'll need it.

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Sanford Imports. I rated them with 5 stars. This was a smooth process from beginning to end. Matthew Dufur was the product specialist that worked with my husband and I. His approach was extremely genuine and quite relaxed. He worked with the rest of the team to find a way for the deal to work for us. Not only did I leave Sanford Imports with a wonderful Honda Odyssey, but we also left feelling good about the deal. Thank you Matthew and also to the entire team there, including Bill in the finance department!! Thank you for your patience and for staying late to wrap up the deal.

My Girlfriend and I had been looking for a better car for her with more features, we had been looking for some time and had backed out of some for issues with car or many other things. We were very specific in what make, model and trim we wanted. TJ helped us with everything, he felt like a close friend not a sales person trying to haggle us. Any questions We had or concerns were addressed by the staff. TJ, Bilal in finance were also very helpful with everything, Jerry in the service center was very helpful with a tiny Issue we had. And John was also very polite and as mentioned we never felt like we were being forced into something we didn t they made sure we were taken cared of. Thanks to Sanford Imports for our experience. We will be coming back.

this was my second time buying from sanford imports. the whole process was very smooth & professional. the salesman alex was very patient with me & helped me find the car that was just right for me! he made sure everything was perfected as far as the whole process. sanford imports also has some of the most affordable prices for cars right now. i will more than likely use them in the future as well

Alex was our sales rep and he was very curtious and patient. We drove a couple of cars and ended with a Honda accord. Alex was a trooper and we are very appreciated for all his help. The dealership has a sales rep that is a true asset!

First time buying a car for myself and safe to say it was an easy and quick process. Started out just thinking about test driving it and seeing how it feels then later made the decision while driving it like yeah this is the one. I am over the moon excited about this car. Huge huge thank you to the sales rep, Josh and to the financing manager, Bill. Thank y all so much for making this first time experience so easy and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Highly recommend buying a car from them

Giving a 5 star for Drew! He was willing to work with us and go to bat when we needed a little wiggle room. Of all the other people there he seemed the best one to work with.If you re serious about buying a car here, he s the best one to work with and he ll do what he can.

*******please DO NOT go to this dealership. I bought a car there, traded in my car. 2 weeks later there s a check engine light AND an air bag malfunction light. I call them assuming they will address this as I only had it for 2 WEEKS! They tell me they can only service recalls that have been made on the car and can t do anything for me. This is after 3 Weeks of trying to get in contact with their service department and getting NO RESPONSE. I had to call the sales department 6 times and get them to follow up and get the service department to call me. I m so disgusted by this situation.

I have to give props to all the guys here! They were so nice and fun to hang out with during our car buying experience. Tanner was very funny and put up with us for three hours lol. But honestly these guys really do all go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable and best of all, we got a great car for my daughter and got every shred of information we needed about our purchase and all of our financing options. I will definitely be coming back to get my next car and to hang out with these guys for a couple hours.

My family and I love coming to the "Imports" family dealerships (Apex, Sandford, and Hanna in Raleigh)I've been to a quite a few dealerships in the past few weeks trying to find the perfect car at the perfect price. - These guys are more than fair with their pricing - Just keep in mind you'll need to originally finance through them to get their competitive pricing.Give this place, or their sister locations a try first when looking around. - It's worth the drive, even if you're not super close to Sanford.Manny helped me with purchasing 2020 Mustang Ecoboost yesterday and the process couldn't have been more simple. He was very kind and patient with my antics and questions. There were a few minor issues with the car, but we worked though to make it work for the both of us - and hey, that's used car buying!The low pressure sales experience is always was and will always be well welcomed.They detailed the car after the purchase and gave us as much time as was needed to move our personal belongings from our trade-in to our new one.The location was very clean and provided coffee and water.

Terrible experience. They sent me a video of the Jeep Wrangler I was interested in and within the first few seconds, called it the wrong vehicle ("Jeep Renegade"). Provided the wrong advice on what to do with the title on our trade-in and caused tremendous delays and issues. Not a place that knows what they're doing.

My husband and I just bought a suv from here and everyone is so nice and kid friendly! We absolutely love our suv!! Jacob sold us our suv and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and never pushed us to buy anything and gave us our time to look around and think of what we wanted, answered all of our questions and was just very helpful. Highly recommend him.

AVOID THIS USED CAR LOT! typical used car scam lot that entices customers with low classes just to tack on fees and warranties that are mandatory to buy! They install a security system that tracks your vehicle and then the company will sell your information to third party advertisers.Deals seem good at face value but at the end of the day it s a huge scam.

We were able to purchase a beautiful 2016 Toyota Tacoma XP. So far it's a perfect truck. And having a warranty should any major problems arise provides peace of mind.We would especially like to thank NOUR in finance! He made the purchase a smooth , no pressure process. He was a pleasure to deal with before and after the sale. Most of all, we appreciate Nour's professionalism, honesty and integrity. He was able to resolve an issue after the sale. We wish that we could say the same for our salesperson who failed to respond to messages after the sale. Also, thank you to Kelly! Your timely communication and follow up is amazing!Overall, we recommend Sanford Imports. Their selection of vehicles is top notch!

I m very pleased with my overall experience at this dealership. Drew was my salesman and he was extremely honest and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He even reached out to check in days after I bought the car. I ve never had any other salesman do that before, these guys care! I highly recommend to buy your next car from here. Bought a Dodge Journey there recently. They went out of their way to make sure we were approved on the car. They also made sure we got the best deal we could on it. Cornell Odem was especially nice and helpful. He answered all our questions about the vehicle. He made sure we got a great deal from the sales manager. He was also extremely nice to me and my family. Even playing with the kids to keep them entertained while we read and signed paper work.
