I've purchased three new vehicles from Sanford Honda over the last 15 years or so.No one has ever touched them for service and maintenance other than the service department at Sanford Honda.I've worked for 45 years in two dealerships. With that said, Sanford Honda gets 5 stars from me.

Disappointed that a quote on replacement broken rear wiper arm was extremely over price. He lied about a special tool to remove. He wanted $58 for the wiper arm and $ 100 for labor. I replaced myself for $18. Never to return.

I always get my oil changes here since 2012. They check all my fluids and tires while I'm there. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Ask for Allen Black in sales department.

they were very quick to schedule an appointment and then service my Honda, while my daughter and I waited in their waiting room. staff was very friendly

Mrs Rhonda is always a pleasure to work with as well as everyone else we have worked with!! Grateful for everyone's knowledge, time, and attention to detail! Can definitely tell they are customer oriented!!!

I only trust my car service needs with Sanford Honda. Specifically, I always ask for Brandon by name. No matter which of my two Honda vehicles need maintenance, I know that Brandon has my best interests in mind. Whether I just need routine/scheduled service, or I am about to embark on a long, out-of-state trip, I trust Brandon to make sure my vehicle is in top shape. I've be going to Brandon for years and plan on doing so indefinitely.

Michael was the employee who took care of me while I was having my car serviced. 5 stars highly recommend! His customer service was top notch. They got my car taken care of very quickly.

I brought my car in for some recall work. When I dropped it off, I asked for car wash. I saw the greeter write it down. When the car was picked up ... guess what?? No car wash. Sanford Honda service department SUCKS.

I bought my 2017 CR-V (pre-owned) from another dealer. It had less than 19,000 miles on it. Within a month, the touch screen/LCD started artifacting. I took photos and showed them to the service manager at the dealership I bought the vehicle from. He told me he would do some research and get back to me.When the mileage was nearing 34k, I still hadn't heard anything. I took it to Sanford Honda and showed the service manager the photos, he talked with one of his experienced mechanics and found out it had been an issue on several different models. They ordered the part and had it replaced with in a couple of hours.

Super expensive, super crowded, hard to get an appointment, even before recent staffing issues. Even simple tasks like oil changes take many hours, even if you show up with an appointment first thing in the morning.
