In my lifetime my wife and I have purchased many vehicles. We chose a Honda this time. Happy we decided to shop at Sanford Honda. This experience was the best ever!!! The Sales rep, Macien, made us feel right at home. No pressure, no haggle, no stress. He deserves a raise. The financial rep, Ollie, didn't waste time or beat around the bush. He told me the deal straight up. Our future vehicles will be bought here. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Accompanied my son to purchase a new Honda Odyssey. Probably the most satisfying car buying experience ever. Penny Howard was our sales person. Good communication and no runaround games. They leave you with your dignity here unlike other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. We landed on a fair price and terms. It was definitely worth the 30 minutes from Raleigh/Cary to purchase this vehicle. I would like to reach out to Ollie the finance person, what a great dude who wrapped the process up thoroughly and quickly. Just good people here.

I had a service appointment on March 25,2024. Jorge met me with a phenomenal attitude. He assured me he would take care of all my needs. He educated me about my car and car care I had in my contract. He is very skilled in his line of work. He put his expertise, knowledge, and background on display. Jorge represents Auto Nation well. He is caring, knowledgeable, and understanding to the needs of the customers. He is an asset to Auto Nation Honda. I went in for an oil change and Jorge informed me of services that I was eligible for. I appreciate his concern for the customers he serves. He takes pride in his work, he has impeccable work ethics. It was an honor and pleasure to have Jorge as my Service Advisor. I look forward to having Jorge as my Service Advisor on my next visit. I am now the owner of a 2024 Honda Pilot. From the moment I set food on the dealership the service that I received from Jose Castrillon was magnificent. Very knowledgeable, he answered all questions and make the buying experience great for myself and my wife. This is the second vehicle that my family buy from Auto Nation Honda. I will recommend anyone to visit this dealership. Gabriel from finance was great also.

My daughter is a medical student in NC and drives a Honda CRV. While driving to attend a weekend conference in Durham, she experienced a tire blow-out in the middle of nowhere. After waiting more than an hour for a tow truck she called me. I do not live in NC but deduced she was closest to the town of Sanford. I called Sanford Honda and spoke with Anthony Taylor (their service department manager) mid-afternoon to check if he could receive the tow truck and replace her tire(s) that afternoon. Knowing she could be waiting for hours and be stranded; He had her cancel the tow truck and sent out 2 of his service guys to meet my daughter on-site and put on a spare tire. They then escorted my daughter back to Sanford Honda, driving slowly with flashing hazard lights on. By now it was after 4:30 pm and he needed the morning to mount new tires and do an alignment. He gave my daughter a loaner vehicle for the evening. Early the next morning, Anthony called me and reassured me that they were working on her car and would have it ready for her to pick up and attend her conference later that morning. Anthony also noted a few things that needed attention and was able to do the work in parallel. Anthony and his team went up and beyond what was required of them, relieving my worries and helping my daughter safely get to her destination. Many 'thank yous' Anthony!

Bought a used Honda and returned it within their 5 day/250 mile warranty due to discovery of rear body damage. All involved were excellent, friendly & helpful. Immediately offered to refund our $ or repair the vehicle (our choice). In the end we were offered a deal on a new (same) vehicle that was too good to pass up. Never pushed or pressured. 1st positive car dealer experience Ive ever had. Kudos to Manny, Adam & Gabriel -great service. Obviously, recommended. <not paid nor employed by the dealership >

I have to say, from the moment I spoke to Charles, I liked him! He is so personable and is so laid back. My husband and I were so comfortable and at ease with Charles. He answered all of our questions and was absolutely a delight to work with. My husband is most likely going to come and work with Charles when he is ready to get his vehicle! Thank you Charles for everything. I love my new car!

I went today to have my car looked at. I walked away with a $363.57 bill. It was supposed to be only $155.00 plus tax to figure out the problem. After about 30 minutes they came back with 2 filters that needed to be changed. I did not ask them to look at any filters but was willing to pay the $110. 00 to have those replaced. When I went to the cashier to pay $265.00 and asked why it was so high. She replied there was a disposal fee of $37.00. I told her I would throw whatever away myself but of course she said it had already been taking care of. Upon further review of the bill there are 2 extra charges for parts... the person that worked there said they did give me a "free" oil change because they technician didn't understand what they were supposed to be doing with my car. They were only supposed to look at my car and let me know what the issue was. That was the only service I asked for. I will not be going there again. I will also be contacting the better business bureau.Update.... talked the manager mentioned in the reply from the honda shop... he said he would issue a refund.... still have not received refund!

Easy and pleasurable. First time at this dealer. Definitely family owned. Great feel. Good folks. Fair deal with minimal hassle. Glad I chose this dealer over the big boys in the Raleigh area. Certainly worth the drive.

Autonation Honda in Sanford has been the place for our last 4 Hondas since moving to this area in 2017. The service is far to none the best I had ever experience. We show without appointment sometimes because we forget and they never turn us down, the work is done very responsibly and with the courtesy of always a call to let us know the car is ready. On top of that they always give us a check if everything is wearing and might need changes in the future and, wash our car.

I have bought many vehicles at Sanford Honda. Ronnie Sasser was our salesperson. Ronnie retired. Like most dealerships they try their best to take advantage on what they charge for service. The GM and I have gone a few rounds on negotiations for vehicles. Probably one of the reasons we have not purchased a vehicle here lately.

Came here to purchase my leased vehicle and was immediately assisted by Chase. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He is so patient and knowledgeable, I couldn t have asked for a better salesman. The Finance Manager, Ollie, is also fantastic, very helpful and honest. So happy I chose to come to Sanford Honda and will absolutely be returning in the future.

We had a pleasant and efficient buying experience. After an extensive search for a vehicle that met our needs, Sanford Honda priced our Accord aggressively, compared to comparable vehicles across the market. The value we gained on the sale, was complemented by the helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient sales staff, led by Sergio Perez. The relaxed, no-pressure culture at Sanford Honda is a pleasant contrast to other visits to dealerships over many years. As we were completing the transaction, Finance Manager Gabriel Echegaray deftly resolved an unexpected issue that had surprised both of us. His can-do, common-sense, and capable demeanor well represents the Sanford Honda attitude overall. Highly recommended.

Macien brought us in and showed us several options in the beginning, all were close to what we needed but not quite. Seeing that, he took it upon himself to find the best pick based on our needs. The car he brought us to ended up being the dream vehicle we we never new we needed but he didn t try to upsell or oversell it and was always upfront and honest about his personal car knowledge and experience. Being this was our first ever new vehicle, he made sure we got all the additives and coverages from the dealer that fit just what we needed. Not to diminish the efforts on the tail end but Tim was wonderful in working the numbers to something that fit our comfortable budget. We couldn t be more thankful for this process being as easy and transparent as it was . Thank you again to the folks at Sanford Honda!

I requested information online and in minutes, Albert Muniz got in contact with me about a used vehicle. After answering a few questions, he set up an appointment with me the next day and that was the start of an amazing experience. My wife and I test drove the vehicle, he explained every single detail and features about the vehicle. He made my wife fall in love with it. Even the finance process was super smooth like said and he set me up with Ed to get a warranty that will protect our vehicle for five years based on our budget. I will definitely go to him in the future and will tell every family member to ask for Albert and Ed. Best experience ever. Thank you again.

I would give ZERO, but can only give 1. Went in to check out three used vehicles. Two of them were being actually driven by employees. Mr Clegg was my salesperson. He did no follow up. I had to go call and reschedule another day to check those out. I loved one, but they sold it from under me. Very disappointed. I called back to check out another vehicle, took it to a mechanic and it had multiple issues. Manager was unwilling to negotiate AT ALL on vehicle price. Mr Clegg said he would call me back with the next pre loved vehicle that came in. He has not contacted me yet.Also, very disturbing, I stated I have my own financing, but as I just checked my credit score, apparently MADE A HARD INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY Permission or CONSENT. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! I am APPALLED at the lack of customer respect, consideration, negotiation, and negligent credit checks with no consent or approval. My stating I had my own financing LITERALLY MEANS I WAS GOING TO PAY CASH. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Please take your business elsewhere. Unless you want multiple hard credit slams on your credit report, no movement at all on stated prices even with mechanic proof of leaking oil nuts, bad brakes and dry rot tires, and no follow up calls regarding any vehicles inquiries at all. I have better luck on Craig's list. Best leave this place alone. No one but crooks here.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I was just looking around, and stumbled on their site. Since then, I have been constantly harassed via phone calls, texts, and emails. It's insured I would absolutely NEVER buy anything from here. Absolutely worst experience with a dealership I've ever had, and I didn't even buy anything. Also, really read the five star reviews for this place. Most mention a Sanford Honda in FLORIDA. So it's not even this one that's got great reviews, they have to steal them from another dealership

Had a really great experience at Sanford Honda. Jerrod was my salesman and I didn't once feel pressured at any step of the process. He and his team were also very patient with my bank taking their time sending over the necessary forms. I had just came from Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford and after leaving there due to a poor attempt at shady business tactics, and Jerrod was sure to rectify the situation. Anthony Taylor in the service department was absolutely amazing. He was very kind and courteous. He was up front with the estimate and offered me a coupon to save on cost. I started looking months ago for a new car after knowing that I wanted to upgrade to a car with heated seats and remote start. We have a suburban for our family vehicle and the luxury alone is something we knew we wanted in my day to day drive. During this time I engaged in a lot of conversations with various salesmen/women, surveyed numerous car lots and spent hours upon hours searching the web. I went to Graham, NC to Westgate Mitsubishi, driving two hours from home, for a 2022 Honda Accord EX only to be let down by a salesman who did not divulge all the dents, chips and damage to the car. I asked for the used car manager, conveyed my concerns and dismay with the intentional failure to inform me of the cars need for repairs. I was outraged as we began to travel back home. We then took a detour to Sanford Honda. We pulled up to look at a Honda accord touring that had more miles than I would have liked but I also wanted to see if anything else on the lot caught my eye. We ventured inside and to my surprise Mr. Stacey Cheek was there. I had purchased my very first Honda at the age of 19 from Mr. Stacey Cheek in 2006 and had a great experience. This is ultimately what I would call a Devine intervention. The detour took us to Mr Stacey where it all began so many years ago. He worked to find an even better car than the one I went to see in Graham, NC. He surpassed every expectation and left no room for error. Mrs. Penny completed the sale and made the experience all worth while. The paperwork took mere minutes where in years past buying cars has taken hours and more paperwork than I care to fathom. I hate that I wasted my time and energy in trying to deal with another dealership when I should have came back here all along. Fate brought us back regardless and I am now the owner of a 2022 Honda Accord Sport SE and I am so happy for the ease of experience, attention to detail and being a Sanford Honda customer once again.

Two years ago I bought a 2020 accord sport from Charles and Tim. These guys left such an impression on me that I would only consider them for this purchase. I didn t want to buy from anyone else so I patiently waited until I heard they had in exactly what I wanted. As always the process was super easy. Took less than an hour total. Charles helped me via text since I live in Fayetteville and refuse to go to those other guys. Once I arrived I was greeted with such friendly smiles and personalities. Penny helped me since Charles was there today and of course tim did the financing quick and easy as always. Once I signed I received a congratulations from Charles which I loved. Take my advice and buy from these guys. They are tenured professionals who love their jobs and it is very apparent. Thanks again Charles, Tim and penny. I will see you in two years !!!

We went to the dealer to buy the vehicle that we had leased from them. We worked with Byron to complete the sale. He was very professional and answered all of our questions candidly and thoroughly. Then Gabriel was equally professional when he helped us complete the sales contract.The price was pre-negotiated in the lease contract, but the interest rate was not. Gabriel helped find a rate that was better than the one we had been preapproved for.I do not like the car buying process and generally have a dread of dealing with people trying to sell me something, but both these men were professional. They offered, but weren t pushy, with the available options we could add.In all, I was happy with the process and would seek out these two men if I needed another car.
