Thank you for your service. A special thank you to Officer Keith who went above and beyond on a long distance tow from Sanford NC to Raleigh NC. Holiday weekend and AAA could not provide service for 3 hours. You got to me in about 30 minutes. They kept me safe and handled my vehicle with care. Let me not forget the kindness of #SanfordPolice.

Great service. Jimmy Douglas went above and beyond. The girls at the front desk always have a smile. Mechanics know their profession and have a wide array of vehicle options they can work on.

Very professional, courteous and knows how to treat their customers. They're honest about their work and they go above and beyond to make sure the customers are taken care of. I will never look for another tow company or mechanic shop and I recommend Paradise Towing and Recovery for all your car care needs.

Unbelievable. Had a tow on my brand new 2023 Bolt. Very young Driver scratched my front end. I called the tow company immediately and I sent all of the photos of the damage to the representative. Candie promised me they would fix the damage multiple times through multiple conversations. Candie personally talked me out of going through my insurance by promising me they would fix it at their own repair shop. I am the fool in this scenario for taking their advice and passing on going through my insurance immediately. I take my vehicle up to them about a month after the incident and then the body shop guy named Donny refuses to fix it. He tells me it s curb damage when I have cameras on my vehicle and I ve never hit a curb. That s the whole purpose of the cameras. He was not very nice about it either. Well I m just not gonna fix it. I would like to see this guy in court but honestly lawyer fees are more these days then it would cost me to fix this little bit of damage. Buyer beware with this place. There are many services out there definitely do not choose this one! These people are trash and a stain on the community.Service: Car towing

Keith came to my rescue to tow my truck to the dealership closest to my house. He was extremely professional and a great guy to ride with for about an hour to the dealer! Would recommend him to anyone who's caught stranded dude to car trouble.

The amount of incompetent people who work here is insane. 10/10 would not recommend, they fixed my car but put a bad catalytic converter on then try to say it was good even though my check engine light kept coming on..now they are refusing to fix said damage even though it s on warranty, I ve been calling for 2 YEARS!! And keep getting excuses like some dude had Covid in the warehouse, then the employee that was handling my paperwork was apparently FIRED for throwing stuff under the bus as the man said on the phone

Traveling from the East Coast back to Charlotte, I ran over something in the road and it cut my tire! I called my roadside assistant but it took them almost 2hrs so I found Paradise Towing in a Google search and they were there within 15 minutes! Great service!

I bought a car and had it towed from Sanford to the Cary area by this towing service to my job. After I had time to go to my vehicle I noticed two different things about my car and now they won t answer anything about what happened!They keep giving me the run around about having the owner contact me but he doesn t! These guys came through in the clutch. My Insurance company had contacted several towing companies for over 24 hours-- and FINALLY Paradise Towing came through. I guess a tow from Sanford to Cary was too far for the other locals. Thank you Paradise Towing -- for service and service with a smile. Called for a tow for my car on the side of the road. Woman who answered the phone (candy?) was super nice and quickly took my info. John showed up in less than 15 minutes, and was super personable and professional. He carefully winched my lowered car onto the flatbed, being extra careful not to scrape the lip. Drove me to the dealership along with my car, had a nice chat, super cool dude. Great price, great and fast service, easy from start to finish. Would definitely call again.Service: Car towing

I gave them a 3 cause I didn t like how he answered me. Check it I disguised my voice to see if they would try and rip me off and he TRIED. I said my car is stuck I. The mud how much would you charge to pull me out on to the pavement like 20 feet basically anyways he was like 100 no 150.00 he gave me two prices but the 150.00 he kept that price firmly thank God my insurance sent me a text message saying they found someone in the network! Look at God want he do it! Not only did he pull my car out the mud within 5 minutes he also have my brothers diagnostics on their 2 vehicles. Thank you Jesus

Owner came and towed me back to when other operators had longer wait times. He came 30 min after initial phone . Very professional. Gentle putting pickup truck on/off rollback. Would recommend to anyone needing tow. He only accepts cash, fine by me, but be aware no credit cards accepted.

One of our guys Martin's Electric is out of town doing work and locked his keys in his truck. The lady on the phone told me it would be 30 minutes or less for them to come out. It did not even take that long and they were super fast about getting it unlocked.A very professional place and the lady was really nice on the phone!Service: Car lockouts

Driver was really nice and took extra measures to make sure my car didn't scrape the ground while being pulled into the truck. I appreciate the extra effort involved in taking care of the cars and the customers. I can't speak for the price, because I have no baseline, but it wasn't terribly expensive. I recommend this company.

Called the company at 830 on a Saturday night and they dispatched right out to get us. Louis came out and hooked up the car and took us the 20 miles to get home. The cost was not nearly what I was expecting being we were so far from our home and that was honestly the best part of an otherwise crummy situation. Thank you for your great customer service and affordable pricing.

We broke down roughly 30 miles away from our house (and about 32 miles away from Paradise Towing). We called and requested for someone to come tow us on a Sunday, and within about an hour even with high call volumes they were out and getting us taken care of. Louis was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. All that and the price was more than fair given our situation. Would absolutely recommend them if you're in a pinch or otherwise in need of assistance!

Technical Experience: 5/5Responded to call very quickly. Changed tire in timely manner. Didn't mind the curt attitude as it was early in the morning and cold.Customer Service: 2/5After having the tire repaired, the sarcastic attitude and rude behavior of who appeared to be in charge put me off to ever using this company for my own vehicles. Though the mechanic staff was very friendly and efficient.Bottom line: Go to this place to get the job done. But don't expect a friendly interaction for the most part.

Thank you Austin & Co for coming through today with the wrecker. Towed my car with a broken tire rod to a trusted place to see what could be done so I could drive. Will use this place again in the future.

The truck driver did a 360 degree with the massive tow truck and messed up the ground. The lady came and took pictures but nothing is been done yet. I called and she said that her Boss was out of town. Really like we don't have cell phones. Still waiting and from the way she spoke my hopes are very low. Hard to function when people are not clear with their words

I would like to personally thank Chris for his great help and professionalism. He arrived at my location within 10 minutes after two other tow truck companies canceled the call (after 4.5 hours waiting). If you need towing contact Chris at Paradise Towing & Recovery, you won t regret it.

Best customer service I've ever had. Our SUV was towed before we could change the starter. When we finally could afford to get it out we were told that we couldn't put the starter on it on their property due to insurance restrictions. The owner came out and asked us what was wrong and we explained our situation to him and he asked if we had the new starter with youUs, which we did and hook took it and had his mechanic install the starter for us. The owner commented to me that he wouldn't want to make a bad situation worse. Thank you.
