Car trouble is rough, however my experience today with Chris and the guys at Midway Auto was great. Customer service, quality work, as well as honest and accurate pricing. They have gained a new customer and I will be bringing all family vehicles here from now on! Thank you guys again for everything!

Don't let the look of the building fool you. These are very kind people as well as valley intelligent people. They have great customer service and they are by far the cheapest place around they do great work for great prices. I will be a continuous customer

The team at Midway is respectful and helpful. We had suspension system work (and a couple of other things) done on our Ford Expedition. There was a misunderstanding, at one point, not their fault, but they were very helpful and considerate, and we all ended up on the same page. Awesome services and Dean always make sure I am satisfied with my experience. Finding a mechanic that s trustworthy and honest is a major quality Midway has. I have a lot of faith and trust to know I am not being taken advantage of as a female and definitely recommend services at Midway.Also they have financing options available that really assisted me that does not require credit. I love themAfter working on my car a BMW this has all changed and for them to at times say I did not charge you for doing a service. Why would you when I brought it back for the same issues and oil leak. Very disappointing in them after all this time revised 3/19/24

I had my yearly Official State Inspection done in a timely satisfying manner. I ve been a Satisfied Patron at Midway Tires for years. I highly recommend you have your vehicle Serviced here. I am already planning to purchase 2 new Goodyear Tires & have them rotated & balanced at a reasonable price. Associates here are pleasant to deal with & helpful. Thank you Midway!!!

I stopped in to set up an appointment for an annual inspection.Get greeted with hay, Anthony. How have you been?I got my inspection done on the spot.Folks, you really need to give these guys your repair work.If honest, friendly and good work is what your looking for Midway Tire and Auto is the place.

Service was great! Your staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond, even did a few little fixes for us that we didnt expect. Best place to rent a Penske from. They were very professional and extremely helpful. Got in and out in about ten minutes and they guys went above and beyond helping me with the trailer and getting my vehicle loaded.

Every experience I ve had here has been great! They re very helpful and always able to fit me in, even when it s something major. I had to spend a lot of money to get some major engine work done from hitting a deer, and they were nice enough to go ahead and nail my bumper back on so I didn t have it hanging down to cause any further damage. I really appreciated this as it saved me a lot from having to go to a body shop. They were sure to always let me know exactly what was going on & they didn t try to get me to spend a lot of extra money or unnecessary work done as a girl by myself, which I truly cannot say about most of the other shops in town. They also were able to get all these repairs done in the span of just three days, which was awesome as they had to order parts and everything, so I felt that they really helped me out so I could get back to commuting to work and didn t have to go out of my way to spend more money figuring out what to do. I don t live in Sanford anymore, but I always make the three hour drive to take my car here because it s worth it and I know they ll help me out. I normally do my own work and only take any of my vehicles in for tires, balancing, and alignments. However, when I don't have time to complete repair work myself or I need the previously mentioned services, I go to Midway. I initially discovered them years ago upon moving near their location. Then I found all of the great reviews online. Count me in as one of the many satisfied repeat customers who has used them for years. First of all, the customer service is superb. Everyone I've ever dealt with has been genuinely friendly and helpful, including the mechanics I've met. I'm glad to give them my business for that alone. Excellent communication regarding the status of the job. In addition, I've never had a single problem with any of the workmanship. They've always been fast, too.So, I give them 5 stars with no reservations whatsoever. Highly recommended, and I will continue using them as long as I'm in Sanford. Support your local businesses. Drive a 2016 VW Golf R and do most of the basic work on the car but had a tire blow out on the highway and thankfully was close by the shop. They took a look at the kind of tire it was and ordered it from the warehouse same day plus mount & balancing. They we're quick, professional, and very helpful in my current situation. I've used Midway for several years and have never had a negative experience with them. They do good work and they stand by everything that they do. I think sometimes their prices are a little above average, But the peace of mind that is in their quality of work makes it well justified. We aught to support our local businesses That take pride in their craft.

Not that I like having to go have car maintenance done, but when I do, I can ALWAYS count on these guys to give me a really good experience! Very great service. Went in for a tire replacement and for a wheel alignment. Got a call a few hours later telling me that I needed the camber for one tire replaced. When I got there they showed me the diagnostics that were tested on my car showing me that one tire that needed the camber fixed and the after results. Very impressed with how they show you what was wrong and how they fixed it. Will be going back for any future services. Strongly recommend!Service: Wheel alignment

Everything was fine. It had improved from last time I was there. The lady that I talked with was a good addition. I had made appointment and it was kept. I had made appointment in earlier visits but I still had to come another day to get all completed.

Reliable service, even if they are closing @ 5pm. If they promised the vehicle would be finished, it will be finished. If they have to stay those extra 10 or 15 minutes, it will be done by promised day. I have not had much dealing but I was Impressed. They were priced reasonably. Don't expect a dealership waiting room with high dollar complimentary coffee machine with big waiting area with pastries. You can go to the dealership & pay for that type of atmosphere. This place made me feel as though they're trustworthy. I They did have job completed on date they stated, don't think I was over charged.

Top Notch customer service and prices. Very Professional, clean shop, excellent waiting area (most other garages are lacking) and probably the most professional mechanics/employees i ve encountered.Which is why the pricing surprised me. Usually A+ customer service comes with an A+ price. Midway s pricing was EXTREMELY competitive, i would ve come to them based off their pricing rates ALONE, but combined with their service, no brainer.Feel free to check around, but you ll be wasting your time, Midway Auto & Tire is the best, hands down.Thank y all again Gentlemen!

I have taken my car here several times and have no complaints whatsoever about any work they did on it or the way they communicated with me. They would call me if they found something I needed done, did not push me into having it done that day, and explained very well why it needed to be done. Everyone I have come in contact with there has been very courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to go there at all.

They were very kind and I didn't feel as though they tried to play me and up charge me because I'm a woman and clearly knew nothing about cars. They were very patient and explained everything to me! This was my second visit in the last 4/5 months.

Honesty, Integrity.I have been to and called Midway Tire and Auto several times and each time I had all of my questions answered and not pushed in to a different direction, the answers were honest and to the point, no upselling or pressure. The work they performed was and still is perfect. Unlike some other shops there is no return for the same problem, I like that! Midway is now my Go To service center! Good old-fashioned service. At a fair price. It's an older establishment. Nothing fancy. But they do good work are very polite and very fair. Honesty goes a long way these days. It can be hard to find. But I would recommend you give these guys a try.

I came here to get my car inspected. I was told that I needed to replace two of my tires to pass inspection. I wasn't sure if that was true or not. Once, in a different city, an inspection station loosened my lug nuts and claimed I needed expensive and unnecessary repairs. I was braced for impact here, but the owner seemed trustworthy and I believe he worked to get me what I needed at a reasonable price. I had to wait after they put the tires on because they forgot to inspect the car and had to bring it back inside the garage after thinking they were done, but overall it was a good experience.
