Love this Meineke! Clean, good people and great service. I went for an oil change and an inspection and had a wonderful experience. My husband generally takes care of this but I had to this time and it was a great experience. God Bless!

Excellent service. Had multiple services/inspections done and was given options/suggestions if they needed to be done that day or at a later time. No pressure into purchasing any service. Friendly staff and was kept updated as to when I could pickup me vehicle. I have used them many times for different reasons and I will continue to do so. Definitely would recommend.

great place! didn t try to cheapskate me or overcharge me. the people were nice, honest, and reliable. fair prices and SUPER quick work done. i expected my repairs to take about a week to a week and a half. Meineke got done with my car the next day. awesome serviceEDIT: grammar and times

We stopped in for an emergency issue with our car. Although they were closing, they still went out of their way to accommodate us and check to see what the issue was . Trish and another gentlemen helped us and were so very helpful and nice. The service was greatly appreciated, and we will be back for future repairs .S. Frederick

I absolutely love and appreciate the staff here. Erin is phenomenal! Every time me, or my partner go in, she knows our name, our cars, and which phone number to call us back on. I manage retail, so I appreciate the level of customer service they provide, and the transparency/understanding around the service of the vehicle. 9/10 times they can fit you in same day, and those days that they can t, they are quick to turn around and schedule you as soon as possible. As long as I live in Sanford, this will be the only place that we take our 3 cars.

First time at Meineke Car Care. I took my 96 pick up and they were on the ball. Great people and very knowledgeable of older vehicles. They saw me without an appointment, which was HUGE for me since my weeks are busy and hard to schedule things like vehicle care. Kudos!

The owner at this place is a good guy, But the people that is working for him. Will let's just say you better know Your Vehicle inside and out, You might want to do a check point with the person working on you vehicle. Because if something happened, they are going to pull together to say it's not their fault. And I just went in for a Oil change, In trying to take off the remanders sticker They scraped the tint on my window. One of them even said the tint is illegal, That's crazy Illegal for a oil change You need to be working down at Dollar Tree.

Driving down from up north. We realized our AC wasn t working. Called and got an appointment. Dropped the car off and it was fixed perfectly for far less than I would have paid up north.

I had to have my car inspected. I was there for less than 30 minutes. They were very professional when I walked in they greeted me with a smile. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I recently move to the Sanford area and needed a good mechanic to work on my wife s truck. I chose this shop following my supervisor s recommendation. Well, they did not disappoint! My wife and I are extremely pleased with the amazing customer service and the mechanics workmanship is EXCELLENT!I have another vehicle that requires work; and have decided this will be the ONLY shop I will entrust with my vehicles.Thanks again Meineke Staff!!!

Check in was quick and easy. Women up front were helpful and friendly. Service was excellent and completed in timely fashion. I was an out of towner and a first time customer and I highly recommend.

The staff was not knowledgeable on my car. Also I m new to the state and when I got my car inspected they weren t very helpful. Taking 30 seconds to educate rather than slap various fees on the bill would have won a loyal customer.

I took my car in to have the brakes inspected. They looked at it and determined I needed rear brakes and rotors, that my brake pads were down to 2 mm - the estimate was almost $350. I felt like that was high, so I took the car to R & N Motors for a 2nd opinion. They showed me the brake pads and the measuring tool which showed my brake pads at 8 mm and advised me that my brakes and rotors were fine. I know that mistakes can be made, but this seems like a blatant attempt by the Meineke employee/staff to rip off an unsuspecting customer. I'm glad I went with my gut and got the 2nd opinion. I will never go to the Sanford Meineke shop again.

Took my car here a few weeks ago because it was have grinding and power issues, I was told it needed a routine brake job and to take it back to whoever put your alternator in . Got the brake job they recommended somewhere else and took it to certified mechanics who actually looked under my car. Turns out I had a bent axel and needed the alternator replaced. Good to know where to NOT take my car, I ll take it somewhere they ll do the needed work. I don t think this place wanted my business, which is fine because I ll take it to the GMC service department in Fayetteville who acted professionally, did my car s assessment and is doing the necessary work, not leaving me with a still broken vehicle. Will never go here again nor will I recommend them to others.

Y'all, I have found my new auto care specialists. No more Ford, no more Nissan, I am going to stay with this Meineke. They are friendly, and had no problem explaining to me what the issue was and the repair needed. Most of all, I trust them. Thank you guys.

Went to meineke because i couldn't figure out why my wheel shook aggressively everytime i drove over 60 mph. They figured out what it was after a quick test drive that all i needed were the tire weights. I am ao grateful and love driving my car aqain.

Highly reccomend! They are always looking out for my best interest and are always quick to get work done. I am NEVER worried about being reccomended frivolous work and they are upfront and honest anytime. They have even made reccomendations that have helped me to save money!

I love the fact that they tell you exactly what s wrong and price before working in your car. They work with me until the issue with my car was fixed. I had just brought a used car and took it there for an oil change. They were fast, courteous, and attentive to the needs of the car. They even told me that my battery was testing low and said I should be looking to replace it. Thank you, Meineke. A satisfied customer!
