Great and honest mechanics. I took my car to them with a rattling exhaust and asked the to look it over and see if I also needed a tune up. Scott fixed the loose bolts on my exhaust and told me the car was running fine and what to look out for in the future. I know I will be going to them for my future auto maintenance. Thank you again for your honest work and not charging me for unnecessary work and labor!

Love this place so much! Very professional and very helpful. I have had to call them two times for towing on the weekend and they have shown up in what I felt like was record time!! As far as mechanics have always been so fast and on top of things and reasonable prices!! Been there 4 times with 3 vehicles. Each time no issues with repair. Always honest and accurate before and after the work. Last trip they didn't find anything wrong and didn't even charge a diagnostic fee.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I needed a golf cart towed .5 mile from the home and first they told me 125 and then doubled it 225 with no explanation other than the boss changed his mind. The owner was extremely rude and not helpful at all!! Call Paradise Towing do not use Jimmy Kellam towing EVER!!!

Let me first say I typically do my own repair work, but when I know my limits I have to reach out for help. Well that reach out was to Jimmy Kellam Towing. And I was extremely pleased with this establishment. Very professional service, they met the repair schedule as they said they would, corrected my problem and it was cheaper than I imagined. Had some very expensive repairs done on my work van. Went to pick it up and waited 45mins for them to bring it around to us, come to find out the battery was dead and they didn't bother to tell us that was the issue. Went to go to work the next morning and guess what, Dead battery! Before we even pulled out of there lot there was oil leaking heavily from somewhere, and they said it could be a couple week of they fix the oil leak, mind you after they just got paid over $1000! Also my ac didn't work anymore, so basically they repaired 1 problem but caused many more which of course they were not going to admit that! God forbid they fix there own mistakes!!

Super mechanics! Great people! Down home folk! I have been with kellams for about 22-23years and I can't think of not 1 complaint. Job well done EVERYTIME.

I am a 67 year old, 45 years of government service disabled veteran. I have been a customer for more than 3 years paying many hundreds of dollars to JK Towing in Sanford. I called ahead of time to ensure they would take a personal check from USAA for over $2000.00. They said yes until I showed up then acted as if I was at fault and tried to tell me what I should have done. Obviously, they don't care about returning customers that have been loyal in the past using their services. It's not people they care about, it's money. If they had told me when I called only cash or credit card, I would have complied and it would have prevented this issue, but they gave me false information that changed my opinion of trust and integrity of Jimmy Kellam Towing in Sanford. I told them that they just lost a loyal customer and for what, a check? Go figure.

Just got my car back!Gave these guys a long list of stuff to fix.Price was beyond reasonable and my car is back to the way it's suppose to be!! You are my hero's!! Definitely will be my go to mechanics from here on out!Thank you so much!!!

Reasonable prices when not many places that tow will even answer the phone on the weekends when I have needed towed both times so will continue to use this company
