I had an unexpected issue with my car and I'm glad that I was able to drop my car off with short notice to get worked on with no push back. Jason was very honest and he was even searching high and low for the part that I needed to be order. I felt comfortable with them working on my car. I would recommend them.

Called ahead to schedule a pre purchase vehicle inspection. They promptly made time for my wife and me. The inspection took 1 hour. They were very thorough and detail oriented. They were honest in their findings, not hiding anything or playing things up. They even gave us a cost breakdown of the cost to fix the vehicle to help us in our negotiations with the dealership.Overall, it was a fantastic service. The employees are kind and more than willing to help you out. Highly recommended.

I m so happy I found Integrated Auto. The staff is professional, friendly and extremely helpful. If my car is in need of a repair, IA explains in terms I can understand and lets me make the decision. I don t feel forced or pushed into something, they take time to address any concerns. I feel the staff is trustworthy and they have my best interest in mind. I would definitely recommend!

We ve been going to integrated auto for a few years now and they ve always taken care of us. We didn t make it easy either. We have brought IA whole array of issues with our vehicles, not just regular maintenance, and they have made sure everything was addressed and we have vehicles that we can rely on.Thank you to Jason and Eric and the whole maintenance team. I am really grateful I found this place on Google.We had called them when we were doing pricing for a transmission on our sons Durango. We went the hard route and fixed it ourselves. We landed back to calling them. They were judgment free and got us in to get the problem solved. They kept us in the loop on what was going on and went the extra mile when it came to helping without killing his with the prices. They were so fair and genuinely cared in helping us. I really felt like they enjoy what they do and want people to have their cars running and safe because they ve done a great job fixing it!My sons Durango is shifting fantastic and we are so thankful. Thank you guys and just know there was a happy 17 year old boy when he got his truck back and driving smooth!I wanted to wait a bit to write the review to make sure everything was smooth and it s running perfectly!

I found IA thru the CarMax Repair Pal search. They are 40 minutes away from me but so worth the drive. I never feel like I m being encouraged to get something done that doesn t really need doing. Super easy to get an appointment (unlike the dealer who only has appointments weeks out not good when your check engine light comes on). I ll continue use IA for the life of my car (and beyond).

IA automotive did an excellent job on my truck. The rear disc brakes were making a couple of noises, one sounded like metal or sand rubbing and another when the truck rode over bumps in the road. And now no noises at all and the brakes feel a lot better. Below it says select service below will not change from exhaust but I had the brake service and tune up service. Excellent work on both occasions. Thanks

I was having difficulty starting my car in the morning they got me in that afternoon, realized the problem and we re able to fix it immediately! Both times I have had my car fixed here, the quotes seemed reasonable and the cost has been equal or less than the quotes both times I ve brought in my car! We have been coming to IA for maybe 3-4 years now to have all of our vehicles fixed, maintained etc. Jason and the team always go above and beyond to find the issues or get the parts we need. They are honest and can tell you upfront about costs or upcoming repairs. It quite literally doesn't get better dollar/value than Integrated Auto. Eric is one of the most professional people I've ever encountered. Especially in what some would think to be a lucrative business. You pay for what you get. Jason is also amazing and always giving advice to save me money in the future. When i was releasing emissions-he was our go to go for everything. Even with a tesla. He is capable of the imperative 6 months wheel rotation and alignment to due to auto-pilot system needed it to be constantly correct.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

As always, superlative service! I will not take the family vehicles anywhere else. A full service shop that goes the extra mile every time.Yesterday my tire pressure alarm went off. Took it to IA this morning and they plugged it while we set up an appointment to put new tires on. The cost of the patch was hand waived as part of the replacement next week. Seems they appreciate loyal customers quite a bit.

Respect from staff!! Professional and kind!! The mechanics really know their craft, were able to find the problems with the engine quickly and able to tell us exactly what was needed without confusing vocabulary. Great shop! I would highly recommend! I brought my vehicle in during the New Year holiday. Jason went above and beyond by calling my warranty company on three different occasions to get me the lowest price for the best services. They called with updates on my vehicles progress appropriately. They where a timely auto shop that worked hard to get me back into my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks again!

This is my second review but I love these guys. They have a new sales agent and she's awesome as well. I wouldn't go to any other place. Trust is hard to find within the automotive industry so a safe place to send your wife to get affordable automotive work done is always a bonus. They all seem to truly care
