My old trucks rear view mirror finally gave up it's struggle with gravity a while back. I tried to buy kits and re-attach the mirror myself with over the counter remedies from auto part stores with little success.I finally decided to see a professional and found these folks with a local Google search. I was waiting behind a couple of ladies as they talked with the receptionist when one of the employees at Hope Mills Glass Co. came up and asked if he could help. After I explained why I was there he had me follow him outside. He took a quick look at the situation then went inside. Before I could hum the opening bars of Yankee Doodle he was back and at work.I like companies that have cheerful, friendly and competent staff. The name tag read Christopher and Christopher was swift and seemed to know how to do his job as we chatted about movies. Pretty soon I was back in the air conditioning and paying a remarkably reasonable price for the work.If I ever find myself with more work to be done in the glass department these folks will be the top choice for me, I will also gladly send other folks their way.

10 out of 10 would do it again.Not break the window, but use Hope Mills Glass Company in Sanford.They were SOO friendly and SOO helpful. I think one of their techs wanted to keep my husband They got my double pane window fixed in 4 hours for a CHEAP price!So so grateful!

Why would a company that sells glass come out and take measurements to install a glass door and partition for a shower and not give me a quote? Even after calling them a week after they came out to be told by the lady that answered the phone in Sanford that they don't give quotes that fast. It's now been a month, and still no communication whatsoever. They've got my phone number and email. Amazing!

I had Hope Mills Glass of Sanford come to my house and replace the cracked glass on one of our large windows. They were professional and did a great job installing the new glass and reusing the ancient grid that was in the old window. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they never got back to me after coming over to inspect the damage and they didn t show up to the scheduled appointment and no one called me to let me know. They called me the next day and told me how they had an emergency call they needed to respond to. Overall I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a very bad experience with this company. They made an appointment to come out and measure a broken window. They never came out and never called. I made another appointment. They never came out and they never called. I made a third appointment and they finally came out and told me they would have a price very soon. After a week, I called about the pricing. The glass technician that I spoke with assured me he would call back with a price that very afternoon. Without fail! No one ever called. After several more days passed without hearing from them I called to inquire into the pricing for the repair. I was informed that they could not do the job because of the window frame. This is completely contrary to a conversation with I had with the technician that would be installing the glass.Maybe you'll have better luck. I had to move on to another company.

Never returned a phone call for a cost estimate for windshield fix. Called them back and they said they were waiting on the dealership. Still have not heard back in a week. Will not use this location.

Yep, they have terrible customer service. I've been getting nothing but the run around. I work for a very big company in Moncure and I always try to support local every chance I get but dealing with this place has me regretting that!!

Went in the office on Wednesday to get a quote to cut 5 small pieces of plexiglass for the windows in a horse trailer. A very small job and important! Not cheap for the little amount needed .Told them I needed it for a wedding the following week. The girl told me they were busy that it would be Wednesday of the following week. Really needing them I agreed to wait. I called Wednesday asking if the pieces were done. They never even looked at them. Was told they would be done the next day. Called the next day and was told they were still not done to come pick up my old pieces. I was patient, courteous and they were so rude, unprofessional and a waste of my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! You would be better off going elsewhere. Especially if you need the pieces. It ruined my event due to their slack.

I ve been to these guys a few times! Awesome service and super friendly folks. From the front desk to the crew in the back! Great prices with amazing quick service! Def take all my glass needs to hope mills glass of Sanford!Hard to find great people who want to do a good job that you are satisfied with at unbelievably amazing low prices! High five! Thank you all!PS: they have replaced a Jeep windshield and a home flood light glass replacement! Don t hesitate to call and see if they can help you with your glass needs!!

Staff is friendly, service quick, quality of work is excellent. Great customer service. Have had a back window replaced and a windshield repaired (2 separate occasions) and am very satisfied with their work. Will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them. Prices are competitive and they guarantee their work for as long as you own the vehicle.

Scheduled an appointment for 9 days after initial phone call. Company said that was the earliest appointment available. Scheduled for "9-1 time frame". When they didn't show, called company and was informed they were just finishing up another job and my job would be next. No show, no call to reschedule. This is two days later and I have heard nothing from company. Not recommended!

Contacted Brandy for a quote on a 54x17 piece of tempered glass on 12/19/22. She said that they would get me a quote as they don't do the 'tempering' on site. Today is 1/3/23 and I have yet to hear anything back. How do companies stay in business with practices like this?

I have never seen such good, courteous professional service and in such a timely manner. Were in an out in under an hour, even emptied the broken glass that was in the pocket of the door, and then on top of that Windexed the new glass inside and out. They were late to start with gave me a window from 11a.m.to 1p.m. didnt show up until 4p.m. Only reason they are getting 1 star is because the guys were very polite and corteous.I let 3 days go by before I decided to call.When I called they said the quote was still being processed.So I give them a couple more days and had to call again.Same answer quote still being processed and here it is 3 weeks later still haven't got 1 phone call after numerous times of me calling getting the same answer I went with a different company I would not recommend them for any job.

Women at front desk is very polite & very nice & chris that installs them is a cool dude & does great work.. they will even vacuum all of the glass up for you that is in the inside.. did a great job took only 30 mins to install a quarter glass & he was done. Any questions they will answer them or give advice. I appreciate yall. I'll be back for my windshield. A+

The quote to replace my windshield from Safelite was $430 before tax. Hope Mills Glass charged $270. Staff was friendly and professional and did an excellent job. You're missing out if you don't support this business.

I'll just say it's a Father Son operation they have no respect for hiring good qualified installers at the sanford store. I can't say I wouldn't do business with them but I'd never work for them again cause you have no scene of job security at the sanford store. Sorry Chris maybe you will rethink your Owner employment management skill instead of your own wallet and habits.. Your are selfcentered have serious self-confidence issues and if you could learn to trust yourself then trusting anothers that earn it would come alittle easier buddy. Got a lot of growing up to do if your going to be a good owner and employer.. All the best luck.. GLASSMASTER OO7

Wonderful and friendly staff!!!!! Very fast and got my chips repaired immediately! After some schedule mishaps they worked me right in and did not give me the run around! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs Glass repair or replacement!

Placed an order, was told service was "in order of the date received", 9 months later, not one phone call...this was my 2nd order with them. Same type of problem with the first one..no keeping the customer up to date on when service would occur or why service hadn't been done...Got tired of stopping by there to check on the status.

Made the appointment time over 2 week's ago. Talked to office this week , and was told be here today between 9 and 1, well it's almost 5 pm....no show ...no call ....not impressed at all !Only reason a 1 is it made me ! I give you No Stars!

Unfortunately I cannot speak of the work they perform because I cannot get them to show up for the appointment twice they canceled on me so I guess that tells me a lot right there
