Great place to do business with. Staff is friendly and helpful and will do whatever they can to make it as easy as possible to get what you want. No pressure to buy something. In my 48 years I ve never dealt with such professional people who treat you like family. If you re looking to get a fair deal this is the place to go. I drove from out of state just because they were able to deliver what I wanted and how I wanted it. Couldn t be happier. I had some set backs with my bank and they were beyond patient. I will do business with them in the future despite the distance because of the buying experience. Couldn t be happier. Thanks Rusty and the rest of the team. 10/10

We purchased a new 2024 Suzuki 750 GSXRWe had the pleasure of working with Evan in Sales and Daniel in Finance. Honestly from start to finish they made everything a breeze. They were friendly and answered all are questions. My husband loves his new bike. We will definitely will be shopping here for future buys. Purchased a 2023 fury. Simply the easiest and no pressure sale I have ever done !!! I used them in the past for bike maintenance and now purchase. The whole team is excellent will not go anywhere else for my motorcycle needs!! Thank you again!!! I absolutely love my new bike!

The process of purchasing a 2013 Suzuki Boulevard M50 was one of the easiest vehicle transactions I ve ever been apart of. I had initially touched base with them about a week or so before purchasing and communicated primarily with Evan & Daniel via text.When the day came to sign the paperwork and tow my bike home, which was today, I was in & out in roughly 45-60 min.The only negative experience is that by the time I got home, the bike wouldn t start. I reached out to these folks when I could and I was put in contact with their service manager Josh. He did give me some tips to try and get it started. Those I will try after I get off of work.

Just Awesome!! Was able to prepare all paperwork prior to arrival, the shop went over general maintenance of the new 2023 Honda Recon. Great buying experience! Best part was the Full tank of gas so was ready to ride when I got home! Highly recommend this businessFeb9th2024 Well it s been a year, needed service completed called scheduled dropped off the ATV around noon received call the next day saying service complete. Once again an excellent experience with this shop. Service manager is very knowledgeable, shop is clean and cost is reasonable.

I recently purchased a used Honda dual sport motorcycle from Honda Suzuki of Sanford. I drove up from central Florida to purchase the bike because it was the exact model I was looking for. I was completely pleased with their customer service! The salesman Evan was honest, courteous and responsive. The owner was very friendly and treated me as if I was buying a new expensive motorcycle. The used motorcycle I purchased was super clean and even was freshly serviced. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely professional. I m an older guy and have seen the decline in customer service in businesses over the years so it was very refreshing to do business with Honda Suzuki of Sanford. I will certainly be back for my next motorcycle purchase!

Hands down the best people to deal with. I purchased my motorcycle from Honda Suzuki of Sanford and they made the process simple and stress free. Special shout out to Rusty and Daniel for going above and beyond with assisting me and making sure all my needs and concerns were addressed. I knew exactly what I wanted so I did most of the purchasing requirements via text messaging with Rusty and Daniel. My stay was not long at all when I arrived for pick up as they had everything at the ready for me. I cannot recommend Honda Suzuki of Sanford enough.

Great experience purchasing our 4-wheeler. Talked with Evan on the phone and did the paperwork online. When we got there they went over everything with us and we were loaded and out the door in 40 minutes. Everyone there was super nice and very helpful.

I can t say enough good about Honda Suzuki of Sanford. I bought my new Honda Rancher here. Rusty (sales) was very helpful/knowledgeable on the machine with no high pressure sales tactics or anything. Josh (service) explained everything operationally about the machine and answered my questions. The parts department is awesome. They have helped me order a ton of parts/accessories when needed. I have 3 machines so I m constantly calling about something and they are very patient with me! I highly recommend Honda Suzuki of Sanford for sales/service/parts. Customer service is top-notch there, and that s a rarity these days. Thanks a lot! Todd S.

We dealt with Evan Presley. My son is 13 and we have been to a couple of other dealerships looking at dirt bikes but the sales people gave me a bad feeling. One was pushing him to trade his smaller bike because they had a buyer looking for one!?! Anyway as soon as we talked to Evan he was nice and laid back. Evan talked to both my son and me. Nobody was pushy. Everyone including Josh in service going through everything on the bike with him. Great experience!

We have purchased at least 6 mopeds in the past. The experience with Honda Suzuki of Sanford has been the best by far. Rusty, in sales, was wonderful. Everything was up front and honest. No hidden fees, he was so easy to work with. Between Rusty and the office manager, Daniel I believe ,had all the paper work completed so it went smoothly. Please believe me this is the place to go. Thanks Rusty, you're the best! Just want to add Josh who delivered the moped was great, explained the moped systems, and very reasonably priced delivery.

These folks are the best. We have been trying to find the right ATV for quite a while but not having much luck where we live so we gave these guys a call, a little bit of a drive for us but 100% worth it. They made the whole process easy from the first phone call to loading up. Rusty helped so much to make our purchase easy and painless! Cliff, Josh & Jason also helped make the process a pleasant experience. Very friendly staff and a nice hometown feel to the shop. Will definitely be lifelong customers here!

I called and drove past at least 8 dealerships, but I chose to do business with Honda Suzuki of Sanford because of Vann Gibson (salesman/manager). He is very personable and knowledgeable , which helped me make the right decision on a motorcycle that was not even on my radar.They are very fair with pricing and fees! So before you buy a motorcycle or ATV, give Vann a call! It will be the best decision you will ever make!

I ve gotten routine maintenance done on my Honda motorcycle a few times. It s always been a great experience with them. I especially like Josh in the service department. I think that s his name anyway, haha. He s the main service guy there and is always easy to talk to.Recently I also purchased a 2023 Benelli 302S from them. The financing approval process was fast and the contract signing and hand off the day I picked it up was very smooth. Evan in sales did a great job walking me through everything and making sure I knew what to expect. I even got a free T-shirt with the bike!I moved last year and live 45 minutes away now, and there are closer dealers nearby, but I like coming back here for all my motorcycle needs because I know I ll get good service.

Very Professional experience with everyone I dealt with at this dealership. The bike was ready for pick up when I arrived. The bike was as exactly as described online.Evan was Johnny on the spot returning my texts very quickly.Daniel in the finance department had all my paperwork ready to go as well.Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

My experience with Honda Suzuki of Sanford was excellent. I had been dealing with Evan for a few months on-line and on the phone. I arrived in the morning with my trade in bike in tow, but my truck was going to strand me.Evan Pressley and Daniel Barker helped me out by letting me leave my bike and trailer in their fence till my truck was repaired, much later that day. Mr. Barker stayed later and helped me load the new bike and get me off towards home about dark. I made it home before midnight. These are first class people.

I bought my King Quad back in 2015 new, and continue to bring it back to get serviced anytime I need something done. Josh and his crew in the back are experts in what they do and always get the job done right the first time. Even if you didn't buy here, bring your machine to get serviced here, you won't be disappointed!

This is so much more than a "small town" motorcycle shop! They have a great selection of bikes, ATV's & side by sides. Not to mention their retail items & accessories. Awesome people. Great deals. And, no pressure sales!

Great service, was able to get the bike, serviced, and gear to ride in one stop. With shipping running behind Jonas Suzuki of Sanford had what I needed to get out and play. Very knowledgeable staff, felt welcoming as well as the willingness to share knowledge of gear and places to ride. I will be back. Cheers!!
