Highly recommend this body shop for collision repair. I was going through the other party's insurance and Gerber made the process easy. They keep you informed, sending updates twice a week.If you rent a vehicle with Enterprise while your car is in the shop they also inform them so your rental is able to be extended the length of repair (within insurance maximums) & when you pick your vehicle up, you can leave the rental at the body shop to be returned due to their contract with Enterprise. Truly a convenient service.Gerber's representatives were great, very kind throughout. They even called a few days after I picked my car up to make sure everything was going well with the repair work afterwards. Very much appreciated their efforts & hard work--especially the honesty and transparency.

Gerber Collision and Glass truly exceeded my expectations when repairing my vehicle from a serious accident. Customer service is great and their automated update system will keep you informed along the whole process. The craftsmanship was top notch because when I picked up my vehicle I didn t notice anything being off. The paint job matched perfectly, the replaced parts were installed perfectly, and most importantly once I drove the vehicle for about 2 weeks since the repair everything is working perfectly. I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend them if you happen to get into accident and want you back in prestige manner.

I was there to drop my vehicle off for repairs. The staff was friendly, curteous, and attentive to the need of their clients. The waiting area is spacious and clean. Waiting on the repair.

I can t recommend this place enough. The repairs were flawless. The office staff was extremely accommodating, responsive, informative, and overall made the process as smooth as possible. The repairs were completed well before the estimated completion date. I had a minor issue with a piece of tint on one of my windows following repairs and management went over and beyond to have that corrected in way that didn t inconvenience me in the slightest. Unbelievable customer service. Hard to find a business that is ran this well these days.

This place told me that my jeep would look like the day I bought it well they put in the wrong headlight and fog light unit and kept the bulbs that Were in my old headlight and fog light unit and did not completely fix my jeep my tpms had quit working right after the jeep got hit and they was Supposed to fix it. Also the new headlight that they put it has a gap from the it to the car. When they should have put in an ome factory headlight assembly this place should Absolutely fix the problems. And put the Correct stuff on my vehicle.

To all those who need auto body work, Gerber in Sanford NC is the absolute best. Dan, the GM and his entire staff are among the nicest and most professional folks I have ever met. My repair was held up almost 5 months due to parts availability. Dan worked constantly with me to get parts expedited. If it were not for Dan, my car would still be waiting for parts. When you have delays due to parts, you must go directly to the MFG and the leasing company. Always insist on lease deferral and expedited parts shipping. Don't expect anyone to help you other than yourself and your repair ship. Dan...and your entire staff... Thank you so so much!

Both my husband and myself were involved in separate accidents (6 weeks apart). Me a parking lot pole and him a deer. They did a wonderful job repairing our vehicles. They kept us informed on the status of each vehicle as Covid issues caused delays in getting parts.

It took them 1 ENTIRE month to "fix" the minor damage on our company truck. I have a small business to run, I needed my truck back asap. They also sprayed white paint behind my wheel, masking shouldn't be that hard. I know my truck wasn't esthetically perfect but how can you take a step back and think "eh they should be fine with that"?Also they texted me on a Thursday evening letting me know that my truck was ready for pick up, so I went ahead and made changes to my work schedule to pick it up on the following Friday morning, then they text me Friday morning telling me that my truck wouldn't be ready until later that evening...after I had already made changes to my workday.... are you kidding me? Such a huge headache dealing with this place. I should have taken my truck to a circus instead.

True professionals from start to finish!Drop off was seamless, Enterprise picked us up, communication was continuous (for each step), the receptionist were very kind and explained what action to take if there were any problems, we were able to leave the keys of the rental at the repair shop which made picking up the truck very convenient, and the repair looked amazing!

An excellent experience. The were efficient, professional, and kept me in the loop as to the progress of the repair work. If I ever need work done on my charger in the future, I will absolutely go back here.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.They received our vehicle on 12/6/22. They finally started working on it 1/11/23. They kept calling saying it would be ready in a week. This went on for weeks. Then, they said it will be ready tomorrow, then another tomorrow. The final tomorrow was on 2/10/23. Luckily, we had another vehicle to use while the repairs were being done because insurance only pays a portion of rental car fees. When we went to pick it up we could tell the work was not done with care. The paint job was awful. They redid it and we picked it up. Took it to replace the tires (which probably should ve been done as part of the repairs), but the tire shop wouldn t do it because the front end alignment was so bad. It was a head-on collision, so obviously, that should ve been repaired also. Gerber didn t even add it to the claim or try to fix it. When we tried to get them to back up their repairs that they ADVERTISE ARE GUARANTEED, it was a lost cause. They just kept talking in circles. Called our insurance about the front end alignment and they said Gerber could ve easily reopened the claim and had it repaired. We are having the dealership do it. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM ABOUT GUARANTEEING THEIR WORK. THIS WAS A SLOPPY JOB done on a new truck (2021). I added the only photo we took. Will come back to add more if the dealership sends them of the alignment. BEWAREUpdate to your response: that s not true. They did not try to reach out to me. They have my number.

I just moved to Sanford NC & had to have my Ford CMax repaired. I m so glad my insurance co. gave me Gerber s #. They kept me informed on the repair work & not once did they make me feel unintelligent when I asked questions. I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Sanford, NC for any repairs or work needed in your vehicle because of their professionalism, reliability, and accuracy. Seriously. Sarah Angelo called me at least every couple of days with updates about the repair process which put my mind at ease. She was professional but courteous and friendly. Joe Angello, was there at pick up to explain all the work he had done and ensured my satisfaction..I was more than pleased with every aspect of the process from drop off to now driving what looks like a brand new vehicle. This was our family's first experience at Gerber Collision at the Sanford location. The entire process was strictly professional and pleasant from the very beginning until the service was completed. Ms. Sarah in the front office was very welcoming and customer friendly. Her smile lights up a room! Josh was very detailed with me during the consultation and going over the estimates. He answered all of my questions. I felt very confident leaving my vehicle with them for repairs. The turnaround was very swift and the body work looks amazing! The company lost my car initially. Then, took over 2 months to look at it. When, they did, they totaled my car. Be aware because they price gauge. Get more than one estimate & if they total ur car, get another estimate. They can t be trusted! End result was my insurance company had to resend the totalmeant because Gerber had fraudulent repairs. It is concerning, and consumers need to be cognizant of this business.
