Thank you Luther! Once again I am reminded why I'll never drive anything other than a Toyota. I have been driving a ton of miles lately camping/ fishing and always struggle to get in when service is due. YOU Sir have always got me in and made sure my 2016 Taco with 165k stays on that 5k plan.. Sure says alot about how focused the staff are on customers. P.S. my son loves the new lobby.

Tagged along with a buddy who purchased a vehicle here and all I can say is this is a great dealership. All staff very friendly and Mr. Harden is very knowledgeable and a great person to have a conversation with.

Came here to service my Corolla for the first time on a busy Saturday. Someone was outside to greet me immediately when I pulled up, then about 20 seconds later a service guy came outside to escort me inside to input the information in the computer. Car was done an hour later, and they texted me to let me know. Afterward, they sent a short video of the work done. That's right, THEY SENT A VIDEO of my car in the service bay.I would also like to note that I live in Fayetteville. I happened to be in Sanford that day, so I thought I would stop by this place to service my vehicle because I was unhappy with how the Toyota dealer service center in Fayetteville treated me. I think I will continue to stop by Sanford Toyota instead.

My first time here at Fred Anderson Toyota Service because a friend of mine recommended this place and Sylvester was very professional and attentive. I spoke to Sylvester about my past visits that I have done to Toyota (service centers) at El Paso, Texas in which they did not help me at all with my warranty and vehicle maintenance and Sylvester made sure they were going to take care of my vehicle and as promised they did. What I like about this place is that they will do an inspection and send a video of what they checked and recommendations that they have for having your vehicle good and ready. Their waiting area is nice and comfortable. During my wait Sylvester was updating me with the paperwork and vehicle maintenance steps and procedures. Again, my first time here and very impressed with their care towards me, my vehicle and every other clients that were their for vehicle maintenance.

The representative, Aaron who helped me, was very polite and courteous. I was there to get a regular mileage inspection update on my vehicle and the representative stated it was recommended at the mileage that I was that I was at to get a tire rotation/alignment. It would be recommendable in the future to notify customers of how much additional services would cost beforehand so the customer can accept or decline. As I was not aware of the price and did not think it would be too much, I let them know I did want the tire rotation/alignment and at the end ended up paying almost $200 for a service that I thought would only cost at most about $80. I was also offered a free car wash and when I went to pick up my vehicle it was not washed. Overall service was ok.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Lee was friendly and helpful in explaining the 10k service scheduled oil change on my 2021 Tacoma. He presented the optional alignment package that packed lots of value over a span of three years. The work done was great and I was in my way in no time. The waiting area was well lit and very clean. The coffee was excellent as well! I had concerns that my truck was not shifting gears properly, the service dept personnel were really professional and courteous. They listened to my concerns and took my truck back right on time of my appointment. The service tech explained to me about the different transmissions that are in the 2021, verses the 2014 , that I had. I only ever get my 4Runner serviced here. They always explain what needs to be done and why. I even had things I didn't think would need to be done (like my brakes) but after watching the video the technician sent and discussing it with the advisor I decided to move forward. It has been a few days and I can honestly say I NEEDED BRAKES! The shaking I had just gotten used to is now a smooth ride again! Scheduled an appointment for 9:15am to get my oil changed as it was part of my purchase that I had lifetime oil changes. Arrived right on time for my appointment. Spoke to the gentleman about checking my alignment as well despite just purchasing my car two months ago, he stated they had not performed on before my purchase and it was recommended. I was informed that the alignment would be $139 and a cabin air filter would be $30 while I was checking in. I waited over three hours for these services to be completed. And when I was finally returned my car I was charged nearly $300! Likely won t be returning for another free oil change. What a rip off.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

I have been using this location for services since 2019. I like how the maintenance shop provides video of inspections. This provides me with more information to either self repair or pay for repairs at Toyota.Overall, I have had good experiences minus one that was very upsetting. A technician didn t put an oil cap back on after the oil change.The sales staff don t pressure you to sell your car or purchase a new one and for that I am appreciative.

My appointment at Fred Anderson service department was a disappointment today. When I arrived it took approximately 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the service desk area, I was at that time the only customer. The service writer said it would be approximately an hour wait, that is what I expected. At the hour mark I finally see my van pulling into the oil change area. The oil change area had ONE vehicle in that last hour which was only in the oil change area maybe 15 minutes. The technician did not reset the maintenance warning light and did not put a new reminder sticker on the windshield either. I noticed a lot of standing around/playing on cell phones by service employees. The service department area looks like the area employees come to socialize.Service: Auto maintenance

Brought my truck in for help with my 4wheel drive staying on. Very helpful excellent service as well as them giving me a discount. Only reason I gave a 4 star would be it wasn't a hard fix and if I could have been helped with the issue over the phone it would have saved me some money. I'm not currently working and spending $100 to get information on how to work my vehicle in and out of 4wheel drive was a lot but I understand the hourly rate for looking over my vehicle and it was reasonable. I'd definitely use this Toyota dealership again they helped me out all they could. Service was fast and looked at my vehicle much faster than I could have expected.

The last time I took my car for an oil change they forgot to replace the cap to my windshield wiper fluid. Today when I had the tires rotated they said they topped off fluids in the report but the coolant had not been. I had to go back and have the coolant refilled. If you bring your car here I would recommend checking their work and not having major work done other than oil changes.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Took to long. My car sat in the parking lot for two hours. I had a 10:30 appointment. My car was serviced at 12:33. They were not very busy. When I complained they drove it to the express lane immediately and the service took 30 min. The express lane had no one there for almost 45 min. That's when I decided to let them know. The mechanics had a lot of time to BS before my car they serviced my vehicle. Not happy with them. Went in for my first oil change/service since purchasing the car. Bryant and the service team were very friendly and very professional. After my service was complete, a gentleman came out and told me a quick overview of how the cars tires, alignment and brake pads were looking. Brought vehicle in for 25,000 mile service and to perform fuel pump and back of roof brake light recalls. The service advisor, Kyle J., kept me informed throughout the service process. One new aspect of the service experience here is the multi-point inspection video where the service technician briefs you on your vehicles condition, tires, brakes, battery, etcetera. It was very impressive and definitely motivates me to perform future services at this dealership. At the completion of service I picked up my vehicle where appreciation was expressed for choosing to service at Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford. Overall I am very satisfied with my recent experience and can highly recommend this dealership to others.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations

Mike (my service guide or concierge) was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding of how much the fixes were and how it might impact me. He seemed very sensitive to my stress. Chan was very courteous about my getting to the shuttle. Jimmy was an excellent driver and I have no clue how he knew how to get me close to my house (I could not see that GPS or his flip phone was being used). When I was given my ride back to the dealership, Chan was there. The three of us talked about lots of neat things and I did not even notice how long the ride was!!! I had an excellent experience. Worst customer service experienced in a long time!!! Arrived for my 8 AM appointment time and was quoted 1 hour - 1 hour 20 minute wait time. My service representative, Silas, asked if I d like a complimentary car wash to which I agreed. I waited and after 1 hour 45 minutes I hadn t heard anything and inquired how much longer my car would be. Turns out the car had been ready (no one knew for how long) and a technician had just hung my keys up and I was forgotten. I was forgotten by my service representative and technician. When I drove off I realized (a) I didn t get my car wash, (b) they didn t change my sticker, and (c) my car still thinks I m due for an oil change. Shortly afterwards I called to speak to the manager. Of course, he wasn t available (Mike), so I left a message- never heard back. I called again the next day right as they opened to speak to the manager again. I was told he was settling in and he would call me back in a few minutes- never got a call back.Find another Toyota dealership for service and parts. These folks don t care about their customers or their reputation.Service: Oil change

Customer service was great. Left very happy however, I got home went inside for about an hour came outside and there was a puddle of oil under my truck. I tried calling and of course you were closed. I managed to tighten down all the bolts and clean after your mess. Mechanics were lazy at removing the additional after market items that I have. It has 4 bolts. I would ve paid extra. I can change my own oil. I am just really really busy and decided to take it to the professionals. At the end I paid you to do a poor job and I a woman had to fix your lazy mechanic work. Recall airbag, had appointment on Thursday there 2.5 hrs told I have to come back next day they didn't have harness need to order it. Called Friday to see if part was there told it was, when I said I would be in got told they didn't have any appointments. I said confused because my service wasn't completed on Thursday that I was told to come back. I got out of for Saturday went in and waited 2 hrs.When it was time to leave my car was brought out and I waited for awhile until I said something. I was the last customer in the department. I was quickly handed paper then I had to ask if I was good to go. Guy said yesI hope the work was completed correctly.

My car was in for regular 10,000 mile servicing. They were supposed to reprogram my low fuel light that was recalled as well. I waited for over 90 minutes and checked with the customer service person to check on my car s status. I was told it was done and handed my paperwork. I went out to find my car and realized it hadn t been washed (as promised and honestly it needed it). That wouldn t have been a big deal really, and when I asked them about it, they said they d have someone come and grab it. I waited for another 25 minutes and finally found my car up on the lift. It was having the services I brought it in for done. Mind you, this is after I was already told it had been done and I was free to take it home. I asked the mechanic and he confirmed that they hadn t done any services to my car until that moment. The lack of organization and professionalism was unbelievable. Basically, I was given my car back without having any services performed (besides the fuel light issue) and told it was ready and maintenance had been completed. Service has gone downhill. the last 2 times I've spent 1 1/2 for basic service. This 3rd time for service maintanence waited 2 hours and when I went to check the status they didn't even work on my car. Blamed it on their computers. I was offer my service for free when I reschedule, but I'm not even going to bother with this location.The people who check you in basically stand there talking to each other while people are waiting.You should take you car to another Toyota dealer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have my car serviced every six months as part of the sales package when I bought the car it was ca great perk and still other than I have to drive to Sanford (45 min) . Only twice a year so not bad. They change oil top off fluids rotate ties all in about hour. The statement I get after service tells me this . New statement only tells me the changed oil and complimentary car wash, do I assume that other stuff was done? I am older widow lady, I rely on these things to be done by dealer as I am unable to check battery or top off fluids and I know tires I better if they are rotated . Service had been good. Prompt and staff friendly. I just would. feel more secure if I saw that these things were done in writing. I just don t like new billing form. Very unprofessional, poor service. I love the car I purchased from Fred Anderson... unfortunately that is the only positive thing I have to say. While the Fred Anderson Family Plan initially seems like a great benefit, I have never once visited the dealership for routine maintenance without a charge or without feeling coerced into getting some exorbitant service that isn t included in the family plan . If you don t pay for the services recommended, you are informed that your Family Plan will no longer be active or your vehicle warranty will be voided, even if that isn t the case. Today I visited Fred Anderson in Sanford for a 2:15pm routine maintenance appointment... I arrived at 2:00pm, was checked in and told my vehicle would be ready at 3:15pm. I waited and waited and my vehicle wasn t ready until 4:03pm. I was never informed that my vehicle would take longer than expected nor did anyone apologize for the substantial wait... in contrast they were actually rude when I asked if something unexpected came up that caused my appointment to take longer. The Toyota promise boasts unexpected convenience yet each time I have been unexpectedly inconvenienced. I would give zero stars if I could and I will be looking for another vehicle and dealership.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Had a service done on my Tacoma the department was very clean with clearly marked lines for separation which is a nice touch. The service staff where very friendly got us in and out in no time at all. A special thanks to Luther who took a little bit of time out of his busy day to talk and congratulate my wife and I on our upcoming baby. All in all a very good experience as I always have getting service done.

When checking in to have headlight replaced for an appointment scheduled 4 days earlier, was told they would have me out the door within the hour. 1 1/2 hour later asked for a status. Guy said he d have check and let me know. It was then I noticed a technician pulling my car into the shop. I asked a second person what was going on and explained what I had observed. He cam back a couple of minutes and said they would be pulling my car out in a couple of minutes, but he had my bill ready. Car was ready. Appears tone 2 hours after checking in for a 15 minute repair. No explanation as to why.

Today was my first time at the Toyota in Sanford and everyone there was absolutely amazing. I typically go to the Toyota in Apex and usually for just my oil change and tire rotation I am in there for over an hour but today in Sanford I was only there for about 20 min. I will definitely continue to schedule my future services there every time!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change
